Have been trying to get gas lines run for 6 months. First appointment was a no-show. 2nd appointment was late. 3rd appointment, when they were supposed to run the lines, they said there was a problem and couldn't do it. I finally called around and was told by the city, there is no problem. Waited 4 weeks, thinking I would hear from them and nothing. I call and they want me to start all over, with the let's see what is needed appointment again. We had already done that. That was going to take 4 weeks to get done again! I've spent too much time with this company. They were recommended to me by a friend.

Had Mike and Dan as my technicians. They were professional and helpful. Spent a lot more than I anticipated to replace a leaky toilet, ended up just replacing 2 toilets. All in all, it was a good experience and will be going back to them for any other plumbing needs.
