Our basement flooded from a blockage in our cities pipes over a holiday weekend. Mike talked me through our options as well as what the city could be doing to be proactive I making sure nothing like this happens again. I called at least 12 other plumbers, water drainage companies and insurance agencies and Mike was the first to take time to talk to me.

Bill Drake came to clean/unclog the kitchen sink in our house. He came only 30 min after I got his number!! And fixed our drain in about 30 min! Cost $145. Very professional and super nice guy! I highly recommend him! He even gave me plenty of free tip to avoid that issue in the future!

Bill did awesome. Straight to business and had the problem fixed within an hour. Fixed our bathroom drain and leaking pipes in our basement.

Ray was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to fix the problem.

In the initial visit Eric came and was not qualified to do what I'd requested so I had to wait 3 days for a licensed plumber. Brian came out and complained about the mess Eric had left. Brian did not give me a straight answer if he could complete the job. When I asked to stop beating around the Bush and tell me yes or no, he wouldn't. I said it seems that you don't want to do it. He finally confessed and left extremely quickly. Mind you he left my drain under my sink open and did not reattach the p trap. EXTREMELY unprofessional.

Had sewer drain issues. Called them came out right away. Upfront with prices. Came out with the right equipment to get the job done right. Top notch service and work. Very nice people. I would highly recommend to anyone.

They made a special effort to get to me the same day, explained to me the problem and the options I had, kept everything clean or cleaner than what they found it, and stayed until the job was finished. It’s been a long time, if ever, I needed to call a plumber. So it was a wake-up call for me to face plumber rates. I’m sure I only paid standard rates. But be prepared to pay a bit of money. Ouch!

Wonderful experience. Two drains done for less money than I paid for 2 drains seperately. Both times the job not done. Major Drain did both of my drains with no problems and still no problems. They are really committed to their customers and back up their work. Will recimmend them for any and all jobs.

Excellent job snaking the main Sewer line!

Tony and Justice with this company were absolutely professional, respectful, prompt and awesome with their hands. They did wonderful work getting pipes pulled out and new ones in through the kitchen, bathroom and basement. They even cleaned up their mess and threw away scraps leaving me and my twin brother's home still looking brand new. Those pipes were so hideous in our basement and to see the new pipes down their and through the kitchen and bathroom, me and twin brother couldn't be anymore full of joy at this point. These guys definitely take their work and time serious and they definitely know how to get the job done. We are all smiles. What a blessing these men were to us considering we have only been in our home for 4 months, literally. I most definitely recommend these two, hands down....
