Paul installed backflow for sprinkler system-very easy to work with- did a nice clean job

Had them come out to install my new dishwasher, so they pulled out the old one and couldn’t install the new one because of older copper waterline so they pushed back the old one and didn’t connect the waterlines back up so I have about $7000 worth of mold and water damage on the floor below the kitchen now they say they didn’t do that which I have pictures. And the fact that I didn’t let them know two months until after it happened. But with pictures from their installers showing that they had disconnected it . And because I didn’t let don’t let them know in a certain mount of time they deny my claim. So pictures from the installers disconnecting it and not hooking up waterlines saying that they didn’t disconnect them but they were disconnected and the time that it’s been disconnected I have led to this amount of mold and water damage. I would post pictures but I can’t on here. Horrible customer service, Will not return phone calls or answer phone calls what kind of business can be around like that.

My problem started with another plumber getting his snake stuck 80 ft out in my main stack, after I had a sewer backup in my basement. I called several other
companies, all stating I'd need to have the snake located and extracted. Which would be thousands of dollars. That night I prayed for someone with skilled hands to come and resolve this issue.
The next morning I called Equisure Inspectors. Scott and Jordan showed up, after speaking with Scott explaining my issue. Scott informed me he was optimistic, he could remove the snake. Sure as s***, he and Jordan got the snake out! Scott advised me to wait a few days and they would come back out to clean the out roots and hydro blast the pipes/main stack. He kept ne informed throughout both processes. Both men were professional and great at their craft. I will be using this Father Son team for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Very good company! The person who come to service my house was almost right on time. I think his name was Dan. I showed him where I was having issues and he very quickly explained what was wrong and gave me a few options, price ranges and wasn't intimidating or pushy at all. Even after I hesitated a little bit, he said he would gladly give me time to think it over and waited while I called my bank and then did the work promptly!

This is not the first time we have hired Major Drain, nor will it be our last. Very professional and quick. They were done in no time at all.

Called at 7am on site by 9:30am. Unclogged the main underground pipe and also did a smaller one. Both clear and draining. Cleaned up and out by 11am. Awesome job.
