Was referred by septic pumping company for pluming issue and placed a call and had to leave a message on a Wednesday, now the following Tuesday and still no return call. Customer service?????

Bill Drake came to clean/unclog the kitchen sink in our house. He came only 30 min after I got his number!! And fixed our drain in about 30 min! Cost $145. Very professional and super nice guy! I highly recommend him! He even gave me plenty of free tip to avoid that issue in the future!

Andy and his crew came to my house and put in a water heater the very same day I called. They did an amazing job and are nothing but professional and proficient. I would recommend them 110%. Awesome!!

One morning I glanced downstairs and noticed water and something black on the floor. I called Roto Rooter and they sent someone out within the hour. Once the young man reviewed my problem, he determined it was caused by a back-up from the kitchen drain. He called the project manager from their mitigation side, who also got here very quickly. The PM notified my insurance company and confirmed it would cover the clean-up and repair. Fortunately there was a crew available to start the clean-up immediately.The following day while the crew was here I took a bad fall. Jake, the young man heading the crew yelled out Are you OK? I said no (which was an understatement) and two of them came upstairs to see if they could help. One got a first aid kit from the truck and cleaned and bandaged my cuts; the other swept up the glass from the floor. They made sure I had something to drink and was safely seated in a chair before they went back downstairs. Boy, talk about service above and beyond!

Scott and his team have always been easy to work with, they are on time, honest and will explain procedures and any issues they may encounter. It is often hard to find a quality service provider, but I believe I have done so with Equisure...no need to call anyone else.

I'm very satisfied with Major Drain. I called them in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment at 9 AM the next day. They were very knowledgeable and fixed the drain problem within 30-45 minutes. I recommend Major Drain if you have any drain or plumbing problems.
