Owner is a genuine disappointment ( Dave ) gave him a big job on a platter. Offered a small job and cost was questionable?.. ask for disclosure.. response didn’t match response. My intuition- price gouging stay clear from this business!! No integrity!!

They broke my vanity wheel unclogging a drain.
We agreed the bill would be settled when my vanity was repaired, their technician took a crucial piece with him at the time, this was in June of 2022.
Now in march 2023 they tell me they are taking my account to collections and do not care about my broken vanity or the agreement we made. Not to mention the drain was never even fixed

Absolutely do not work with them

They fit us in right away and very professional and they fixed our faucet without needing to replace it. We will call them again in the future.

Typical situation of not knowing I had a problem until I had one... Drain in the basement would not drain. Andy from A&A stopped by on a weekend and within minutes had the problem solved. He was concerned with the weather and his shoes tracking snow and water into the house which I appreciated. While he was there we discussed some additional plumbing needs and since our initial meeting he has replaced our water heater and did some gas line work for a fire pit and bbq. He is as honest and professional as I have dealt with. Plus he has a great looking new truck!

402 saved me the day I had a plumbing issue and needed it fixed ASAP same day. I was in a bind and he was not only able to get me taken care of, he was also extremely professional, fast, prompt, efficient and courteous. He was able to get the a quality job done by the time I needed it completed. I will be recommending 402 plumbing to everyone from here on out.

Called for a quote. Was told someone would have to come out to see in person before they could give me a quote. Was not told there was a fee for them to come out, but guess that's on me for not asking. I scheduled a time. They called two separate times to change the appointment. The first one I agreed to, the second time I stated I'd prefer my original time and they said ok. Then the appointment reminder comes and it's for the time they were asking for on the 2nd reschedule attempt. So I contact them and say I need my original time because I have a meeting at 1:00pm. They said ok.

Long story short. He arrive 25min before my meeting, and I told him when he called before coming that I had a meeting at 1:00pm. We discussed the work needed and what he'd recommend. He then spent more time to upsell me on other services and talking about why the company is better than others and asking me if I want to sign up for their annual service plan... I just want the quote for this one job. 5min until my meeting and he says he'd start with just turning the water to the house off and on to make sure the valve works, and said that'd be like $240. I was shocked. He then called the owner to make sure the rest of his quote was right because he doesn't want to make me mad. I'm 10min late to my meeting, they come back with an ok quote, still more than I was expecting but probably reasonable. I told them I'm going to hold off for now, so he emailed me the quote. Then I had to pay $70 just for him to come out, which I wasn't expecting, but still paid. Between the scheduling issues and then ignoring my time constrains it felt inconsiderate, and the first quote was enough of a shock that I had decided at that point I'm not going to use this company.

In all honesty, the guy was nice, and I'm sure a fine plumber. But wasn't considerate of my time, and the quoted price and upselling just didn't meet my expectations.

Plumbrite plumbing was a joy to work with, Matt came out to do the estimate and explained all that was going to be done. Matt came out to do the work and did a great job, the drywall man came out next and did a wonderful job also . Thanks for a great team.

Chris has reconfigured my indoor piping to address construction weaknesses, replaced both outdoor faucets so they operate smoothly, created shut off valve units for my pool plumbing to make pump maintenance super simple.
I’m so happy with Chris’ work, I’m going to have him install a water softener next. It’s such a relief to have confidence in a contractor.

We have always used Two Men and a Snake. They have done great work and stand by it. JOHN came early on a Saturday on a Callback and did a thorough job to make sure it was done right. We highly recommend John and this company for all our plumbing concerns and needs.

My service tech for today was John Erickson. Many thanks to him for the cleaning/maintenance he did on my air conditioning unit. He was very thorough with explaining any issues he encountered and answered all my questions I had concerns about. I would definitely request him when air/heat servicing is needed in the future. Tritz is awesome - they came out and helped us when our hot water heater went out this week. They made time for us in their packed schedule and we now have hot water - yay! The office staff juggled the service staff schedules and fit us in at the last minute, very professionally and respectfully - kudos to them!
