Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Rob M. was the plumber who fixed our toilet. He was very professional and friendly. They called when they were 15 min out which was helpful. We've used them before and we'll use them again.

I manage three commercial buildings in the old mill area, and every time I have called there office chris has always answered the phone professionally. She has always found me a plumber or drain cleaner when I needed one and when they arrive to do there work they are very professional and they thoroughly clean up after themselves all the time.

Service tech was a nice enough guy, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of when billing came. Service call is $59 to look and tell me what is needed. He looked at my sump pump and with me there called the manufacturer. I guess that call was going to make the interaction $108. When I asked about the difference in rate he said he made a phone call so he did something (5 minute call with me). I stated that on the phone the rep said nothing would be done without my authorization. He then took the fee back down to the service call rate. I'm glad he did the right thing and changed it to the $59. I don't think I should have to fight for that. Outside of that he was very professional, kind, and gave me an honest estimate to replace the whole pump. My advice is to take surprises out of the equation. I don't mind paying what you are worth, but if a 5 min phone call is going to cost me an extra $50 then let me know so I can decide what to do.

Typical situation of not knowing I had a problem until I had one... Drain in the basement would not drain. Andy from A&A stopped by on a weekend and within minutes had the problem solved. He was concerned with the weather and his shoes tracking snow and water into the house which I appreciated. While he was there we discussed some additional plumbing needs and since our initial meeting he has replaced our water heater and did some gas line work for a fire pit and bbq. He is as honest and professional as I have dealt with. Plus he has a great looking new truck!

There is still work that needs to be done on our shower leak fix. They were 2 hours late showing up to do the initial work. We noticed something a day later that needed fixing. Set up for them to return Sat at 9:30 am. Received a call at 12:45 asking if ok to come over. That time didn't work for us so rescheduled for 3:00 today(Monday). No call as of 5:30 explaining why they are late. Got a return call around 5:45. Fernando was here in 20 minutes to fix the issues completely and to our satisfaction. I take full responsibility for not looking things over well enough before they left after the initial work, and thus requiring him to come back. I appreciate Fernando apologizing for not being on time or calling. I would like this rating to be 3.5 stars but that isn't available.

I received unsolicited advertisements in the form of text messages from this business, despite my never having a relationship with the business. I reported the activity to both Verizon and the FCC.

I certainly would never recommend, or patronize, and business that engages in illegal forms of spam advertisement.

Brent and his team are hands down the best in the business. As a contractor, and home owner, their punctuality and attention to detail is second to none.

I heartily DO NOT recommend Two Men and a Snake if you need a plumber.

The guy who came out first was not only inept, but he didn't tell me what things he didn't actually finish until he was waiting for me to pay and I probed to find out what stuff he had completed. Then he just made a bunch of excuses for why the things couldn't be done, though he had made no effort to explain these things at any point before he had run out the clock for two hours at his hourly rate. He also wore his mask under his nose until I glared at him and he fixed it. He also left water running in a disconnected line under my sink and left for an hour long 20 minutes while the kitchen flooded and water seeped into the ceiling downstairs.

Then when the manager came out to fix the things the first guy flubbed, he held his flashlight in his uncovered mouth, then touched the flashlight, then touched things in my home. I wiped everything down that he touched and aired out the house with open windows and a fan on exhaust, but I feel violated and unsafe and I will never use this disservice again.
