The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. Big Birge put in a new water line for us and did an amazing job with this extensive project. In fact, the already involved job got even lengthier due to a severe weather day and a surprise buried set of concrete stairs that the team discovered in our yard and that was directly in their path! Despite the obstacles Brad and his team faced, they were professional and prompt throughout, plus they held true to the contracted price, despite the setbacks, which we so appreciated. From customer service to craftsmanship, we were 100% impressed with Big Birge and highly recommend them!

Fernando did an awesome job installing hard pipe for a sump to exterior and adding a new hose bib. He also repaired two toilet issues I was having, replaced multiple issue faucets and recalled my master bath. Excellent work and would recommend.

The owners are no less than amazing. They're beyond friendly, they are not above working after hours or long days. They're friendly and will get you taken care of immediately. They work non stop and love what they do. Deb and Steve are the ideal owners of a company. Most of the time you never get to meet or see the owners, and that is not the case here. I love that they're prices are reasonable and I don't have to break the bank to get a job done!

Brent and his team are hands down the best in the business. As a contractor, and home owner, their punctuality and attention to detail is second to none.

These guys were very professional and personable- got the job done quickly and helped with a small plumbing leaky valve issue that just needed tightening. Very good at communicating too.

Back in the spring I had my main drain backup into my house called several plumbers, but Backlund was who answered, showed up, and snaked my drain. After the water started going down, they brought in there scope truck and scoped my main drain that just backed up and told me the reason why it backed up was cuz of my tree in the front yard. This is where it made me mad because the previous owners stated that they have replaced the main drain pipe. It was only because of Backlund that I learned that only four feet of my main drain was replaced in PVC and not the whole thing. But Backlund went above and beyond and help me out and ran their root cutter down my drain after they had already cleared it of the clock because they said that it would just come back within a month. So far it's been 8 months and not one single issue if I have any other plumbing problems First Call will be Backlund awesome service awesome people!!!

I've had Burton come out for multiple reasons, and every time they do amazing jobs. They always send the right tech to help with whatever my problem is. I cannot recommend them enough, plus with the VIP plan I get annual checkups for routine maintenance built into the plan.

We had this company out on 11/29 for a clogged kitchen sink. Gary spent 1 1/2 hours grinding with a battery operated machine with no resulte. When we would ask him a question he would ignore us as if he haden't heard us. Once he did answerr & was very rude. Finally, we had to ask him if he could fix it and his response was no. we asked him to stop and leave. Called Major Drain the next day and they had it fixed within a half hour. A month after Tritz was here, we recieved the bill and what they charge for not fixing anything is way over what we were charged by the company that actually fixed it. I will never recommend Tritz to anyone.

I'm going to give Wayne a bit of time to respond to the unfinished job he left me with. I am a bit PO'd due to his lack of response. A 15 to 20 year relationship is on the line. If he continues to ignore his responsibility then I will update this review
