Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! Big Birge put in a new water line for us and did an amazing job with this extensive project. In fact, the already involved job got even lengthier due to a severe weather day and a surprise buried set of concrete stairs that the team discovered in our yard and that was directly in their path! Despite the obstacles Brad and his team faced, they were professional and prompt throughout, plus they held true to the contracted price, despite the setbacks, which we so appreciated. From customer service to craftsmanship, we were 100% impressed with Big Birge and highly recommend them!

Terrible experience with this company. The plumber was messy, disrespectful and unprofessional ! He used our bathroom towel and bathroom rug to wipe the water on the floor. He doesn't care at all about
our belongings. Every time I ask a question he quickly snaps. He seems angry and unhappy ! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone !

Water heater went out on Friday. Searched around and found one company that seemed awful expensive and couldn't get anything done until at least Monday. Saw their company on Google listings and had good reviews. Fernando said they could get it done on Saturday, it would take about an hour and they would pick up the Water Heater from where I ordered it-Home Depot. They would also of course haul away the old one. The price was very reasonable and they were even able to get here earlier-had it done in no time and take payment via CC reader. Super nice and made this process very easy. Nice to have hot water again thanks guys!
