Joe R came and fixed our toilets (3) after we noticed water leaking from our basement ceiling, we thought it would be way worse than what it was, he fixed the leaky tank, and changed the flappers and even cleaned up the water and mess around the toilet, he also got our downstairs toilet to flush properly, very happy!

Big Birge installed a tank-less water heater for me 6 months ago. It was worth every penny! Would recommend it to everyone that is looking never to take a cold shower again or have a deep soaking tub. Best investment I made in a long time!! This company responded quickly to my request of a bid and was very professional throughout the entire installation process. They talked with me about all the pros and cons and then coached me on the use and service of the new equipment. They have also done some work for me on a bathroom renovation. I have found my plumber for life.

We had 5 companies out within a span of a couple of months because of our main drain. All of them tried snaking / getting a camera into our main line and couldn’t get through because of a root. All other companies told us we needed a new main line which was around 20K. Major Drain came out and within an hour was able to get through, clean the drain out and repair the line. He was so sure he fixed the issue he guaranteed it wouldn’t back up again and it hasn’t! We haven’t had any issues since it last happened in June!You have a loyal Major Drain customer here! I’ve recommended you all countless times!I wish I could remember the name of our service rep, he went above and beyond and was so kind!

Cannot recommend Omaha Drain enough. Travis was very friendly and very thorough. During the hydro jetting he showed me what was going on through the camera and showed me all the roots being removed. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Do not hesitate to call them.
