I first used A & A when they were the vendor of choice for my home warranty company. They did a good job unclogging a couple of drains. Since then, they have installed new toilets and a sink faucet, and today installed the toilet flange and shower pan in my basement bathroom remodel. Each time they were prompt to scheduled the service call, arrived on time, and completed each job efficiently and professionally. They also answered several of my questions and left the work area clean. Anthony and Nate are very professional and did a great job. Also, the receptionist (I am sorry that I don't recall her name) was very pleasant on the phone and very accomodating in scheduling my service calls. I would highly recommend this company!

Scott and his team have always been easy to work with, they are on time, honest and will explain procedures and any issues they may encounter. It is often hard to find a quality service provider, but I believe I have done so with Equisure...no need to call anyone else.

We had a burbling drain and called Major Drain on the recommendation of our plumber. They were able to come out the same day and take care of our problem. Chad was our technician and did a fantastic job. Excellent service! Their card is stuck on our refrigerator to (hopefully not) be used in the future.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Jesse was our technician, and he was extremely friendly, very quick, and just great to work with. He was very up front about the cost and what each charge was. He made sure to tell me what the different possible charges would be for if he ran into a certain situation. Luckily, it was pretty straight forward and no hidden surprises! He made sure to keep our area clean and cleaned up after himself. Also, he loved my giant dogs and they equally loved him.

This is my 3rd experience with different plumbers, and although none of them have been necessarily negative, this one was by far my favorite. I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to all my friends!

Cliff G was awesome. He came and not only serviced my AC, he also explained what he was doing as he did it. My AC is old so he made sure it was in tip top shape before leaving.

John was very knowledgeable and helpful while snaking my sewer floor drain. Did it in a timely manner and fixed the problem I was having with my floor drain overflowing.
