Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

I had Bill come out and clean my main sewer line as part of routine preventative maintenance. He was very polite and informative. Not only that, but he was able to come out the same day! I'll definitely be calling him again.

Truly a 24/7 service unlike others I tried that morning. Had early AM drain backup in basement. Cory showed up earlier than expected, was professional, explained what he was doing, cleaned up thoroughly when done. Cost for service was reasonable, and I will use Southside Plumbing when needed in the future.

These guys are rockstars. I had to have my water main service replaced, they did the whole thing in one day. My water heater cracked and between me calling and a new heater being installed was a matter of hours. They work fast, do a great job, and their prices are very reasonable. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing issues.

I called Roto-Rooter at 3 AM when when my shower valve broke and would not turn off the flow of water. My phonecall was taken immediately and I scheduled a plumber who arrived promptly in the time listed. Zach expeditiously diagnosed the issue, identified the faulty parts, and installed my shower valve with quality expertise. Zach answered any questions I had, explained the problem, and how to identify future signs of wear-and-tear. Great service and exceptionally professional.

Needed help quickly, plumber was polite and efficient. Hopefully I won't need their help for some time! 😂 Thanks!

Called Mark first thing in the morning and received a prompt response/call back. We discussed the issue and he gave me options as opposed to something else shady. He had his tech at my home within 30 minutes, with the parts, ready to install. After installation, the tech, Bill, gave me some nuggets on how to lengthen the life of the water heater with the new parts. I will be using Integrity in the future for all plumbing and water heater repairs. Integrity are the Professionals… 5 Stars!

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. $130 service call to tell us they can’t troubleshoot a hot water heater issue, and we’d be better off buying a new one because they would simply have to replace parts until it started working. I called and expressed my concerns to Dawn and apparently they stand behind this “quality” of service. They say you live and learn, and this is one of those occasions I get to inform other people before they call this business and find themselves with a hefty bill and nothing to show for it.

Update: Hired a reputable company who was able to troubleshoot and identify the controller was bad. Cost of service and part - $200.

Andy and his crew came to my house and put in a water heater the very same day I called. They did an amazing job and are nothing but professional and proficient. I would recommend them 110%. Awesome!!

Christmas Day totally clogged kitchen drain. Called, got service in less than 1 hour. Tristan our service person was amazing and fixed the problem quickly. He was the best!

Great job replacing a broken kitchen faucet. They arrived within 2 hours of my phone call, replaced the faucet, tested to make sure there were no leaks, ensured reverse osmosis system was back in working order, and explained how to remove the hose aerator filter for cleaning. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!
