I called at least ten companies from the BBB-rated plumbing company list on Friday. Everybody was fully booked for the day including Southside Plumbing. However, after I explained my problem, the wonderful lady at the desk told me that she would try to send somebody by the end of the day. Around 4 pm, here comes Ray, looks at the job, explains what needs to be done, finishes the job at lightening speed (less than 30 minutes) and takes off. My wife and I just could not believe that
plumber's work can be that fast and so efficient. With 40 years of plumbing work experience, Ray is the true expert and an honest
professional. We are going to ask for Ray for any plumbing work in the future.
Job that Ray did was removing the old shower valve from the tiled wall, adding two cut-off valves for the hot and cold water copper lines and two adapters to hook-up a new shower system.

These guys are awesome ! We used them at our previous home for a new water heater and that was seamless. At our current home we recently had them out to replace an outdoor faucet. Also great ! I was told to replace sewer pipe by other company's. I wanted another est. So I called 2 men and a snake. They came out with their jet pump hose kit and got the pipe cleaned out. So I didn't have to replace my sewer pipe(which was 3500k), just had it jetted out for 1/4 the cost. I did run some rootx down the pipe afterwards and will do again in 6 months. The tree is dead and cut down. I will have the pipe looked at again in a year. I feel with the tree dead, cleaned out, and rootx I can save the money for something else. The jet cleaning at this time is highly recommend by me. Thanks

Ali was great today for my annual furnace check. He arrived on time and reported his findings to me. He was prepared with what was recommended and did not pressure me to do anything. He was very courteous and completed his work in a timely fashion. You would never know he had been working on it as he cleaned up afterwards. Great job and happy to have him back any time for furnace work.

Our plumber and his apprentice were very thorough and explained everything to us before making the repairs. Very well done
