These guys are rockstars. I had to have my water main service replaced, they did the whole thing in one day. My water heater cracked and between me calling and a new heater being installed was a matter of hours. They work fast, do a great job, and their prices are very reasonable. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing issues.

They were here on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Lucus explained the process he was doing each step of the way. He was very courteous as well.

I can not recommend these guys enough. I called and spoke to Brad on the phone to get a quote for replacing a washer hookup and moving a water line for my new fridge. He got out there within a day or two to actually get us the quote, then scheduled one of his guys to actually perform the work just a few days after that.

Carlos (the guy that did the work) was awesome. He offered to wear booties on his shoes even though our house is completely demolished for a remodel right now. He got the work done quickly, it looks great, and he didn't leave a mess when he was done. Best of all, it ended up costing less than what we thought it was going to cost.

Seriously, stop wasting time with Burton or whoever else – call Big Birge. They're fantastic.

Made an appointment. Said they would be there the same day between 8am and 12pm. Called at noon to check on the status of the technician. Lady said they only had one technician for my job and she would call to let me know when he was on his way. Called again at 3pm and they said no one was coming. No updates. Had to call every time. Took the day off work to be at my house. And to top it off, the lady in dispatch made no apologies. Completely unprofessional. Just sat at my house all day and waited. Used a PTO day based off of what they told me. If they knew they were short technicians, they could have called and said so. I would have rescheduled and went in to work for the rest of the day.

Phil did an excellent job explaining the condition of our furnace and the work he performed. I greatly appreciate him walking me through options on repairs. Very professional and knowledgable!

I called Major Drain with an issue that they could have easily came out and charged me for. Instead they offered to help me over the phone for free after hearing what the issue was. Brent was genuinely helpful and professional.

It's rare these days to have an outstanding customer service experience and these guys nailed it! Call them, they came same day, completely professional.
