Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

Mike K. did an excellent job. He was efficient, hardworking, and knowledgeable. Clean-up was awesome, and he even cleaned up some of our mess. Amy and Michelle were very proficient. You have a wonderful staff!

Worst company. They collected $640 from us and were trying to collect money from the insurance company as well for the same service. Their final word was to get another company to give us an estimate after they supposedly located the broken pipe, and were going to start working.
Reported for Insurance fraud, Federal Trade Comission for this guy business practice.

A & A Plumbing showed up on time, was able to fix my problem within hours of calling them, and charged 1/4 of the price!

My experience started off by calling the wrong company: B*rtan. They would not give me a price quote over the phone, and 3hrs late someone showed up at 8pm. Without even trying to fix my problem, they gave me a quote of either $500 or $1000 if they had to get on the roof.

A & A on the other hand- Gave me a quote of $250 over the phone after explaining my problem, got to my house at the time they told me, and who I talked to on the phone -was the person that showed up- I didn't get handed off through two different dispatchers.

Our sewer line had broken and backed up into the house. They cleared the back-up and investigated the line, finding the break in the line. They replace the broken section. We are waiting for the city to finish the repair by paving the drive-way, but the repair itself was great.

ARS was able to come out the same day and help us with multiple issues in our new home. They were efficient and presented us with multiple options, and quickly fixed everything! They also were very safe and maintained social-distancing while in our home. Would highly recommend!
