After needing a plumber in a jam, and in a rush, I have found the cooled and best dude. Judgment free, too. It's such a great feeling knowing I have an affordable and reliable guy for that... Diamond in the rough!

Worthless! You can not even get an estimate or a return phone call to speak with someone!!!!!!!

I called Perfect Plumbing because I had a leak and a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I was scheduled right away and was told the tech would give me a free estimate before doing any work. On the day the tech arrived they called me 30 minutes ahead so I was able to go to work right up to appointment time. The tech that arrived was very polite and respectful of my home and me. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a loose pipe and repaired it quickly with no new parts. When he was finished he took time to explain what the trouble was. I asked what I owed and he said nothing since the problem was minor. I was shocked. I said surely I at least owe for the service call since I took him away from other customers but he said no, no charge. I then called the owner and again offered to pay a service charge but he also said no charge. I have to say in all my years experience working with contractors, this is the first and only time one has ever performed work and refused to take payment. This company's honesty and integrity is above and beyond any I have ever worked with before. My husband and I are not handy people so if we were told the repair needed new parts and a lengthy repair, we would not have known the difference. You feel so vulnerable calling contractors and just hope you picked one that will be fair and honest. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, Perfect Plumbing is an honest, ethical company who's employees are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this five star company from this point on.

They charge you to give you an estimate. Basically, before they even do anything. How can you charge anyone before you do any job?! We, the customers, should make them to get rid of habits like this. I'm sorry, but this is a rip-off.

JP Plumbing has been a great company to work with. I have had them out multiple times over the past few years and each time I have been grateful for the quality work that they do. The most recent service I had from JP was a water heater change out and drain cleaning. Ken was the technician that completed the work and he was a top notch guy, very knowledgeable and efficient. I was having an issue with the water valve on my bathroom shower, and Josh with NxtGen Plumbing promptly came to fix the issue where other plumbing technicians could not. I was truly appreciative of his friendliness, professionalism, & service. He took the time to explain the issue and showed me what needed to be repaired. Our service technician Matt was great to work with from start to finish. We were notified of his estimated arrival time, when he was just a few minutes out, and then they also called my husband at work to let him know they had completed the job. He was respectful from the minute he arrived and took care in covering his shoes before entering to not track any of the winter mess inside of our home. He assessed our situation and explained he was going to prepare a few options for us and go over them with me. Once he had the options ready, he thoroughly explained each of them. This was our first time working with Burton and he explained the costs and coverage with each option very well. No one ever likes to have unexpected home repairs right before Christmas so I was stressed about making the right decision for us financially and that would work well for us in the long run. I can't say enough good things about how patient Matt was while I went back and forth on what decision, spoke with my husband over the phone, and asked Matt to go over the options with me MULTIPLE times. I didn't ever feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and that he was just trying to sell me something /services. I felt like he was a trustworthy technician and comfortable with him in my home as a representative of Burton. I would recommend Burton to others and definitely call them back in the future if needed.

Good professional immediate response but charged $220 to advise us how to fix the toilet we already had the parts. Seems like a lot of money for an hour including their drive time!!!

Monte replaced a outdoor faucet for us. He was fast and did a fantastic job. Thank you!
