Had OCB come out on Saturday evening as our septic was clogged and had family home for Thanksgiving. It ended up they had calls ahead of us and it was getting pretty late. Even so they called and said they would still come out when being over 50 miles away. Needless to say they were able get the clog open and if things couldn't get any worse our water went out and even as late it was they put that in for us as well. I own a HVAC and electrical company and understand the value of customer service and workmanship as well as good business ethics. Let me tell you OCB has it all. Oh I didn't mention the pricing. It was more than fair in fact very unexpectedly reasonable for a holiday weekend. You guys have a customer for life with us! Thank you

My husband was out of town when our heater went out. Being home with two kids and a cold house is not fun! It felt like Eyman dropped what they were doing to come to my rescue. Gary was awesome and checking in frequently to make sure everything was going well and to make sure I understood what was going on. Ryan & Justin also did a wonderful job keeping my house clean, not minding my dog and getting the job done as quickly as they could so we wouldn't have to worry about our heater another night. They broke my drain stop in my tub, did not replace the tank cover to my toilet, said they replaced the wax ring and did not, did not properly secure my toilet, and lied about the “obstruction” in the line. Services were not rendered. I had to have an independent contractor come out 2 days later to fix the problem at a 1/4 of the cost

Bill and Scott treated me like family and saved me Thousands of dollars by snaking my main drain instead of tearing up my drive way . I was scared because of the magnitude of the situation but Scott calmed me down and walk me through the situation . Also when my garbage disposal broke they were able to come the next morning to fix it . I highly recommend and trust Scott and Bill I won’t go to anyone else. They also cleaned everything afterwards

CHECK HIS PRICES!!! ESPECIALLY FOR LABOR. We have used Josh in the past, was satisfied with his work and felt he was reasonable in his charges. I had some things that needed to be done so called him to come out. I failed to ask him what his labor rates were per hour however because they had always been reasonable before. BIG MISTAKE! When he gave me the bill it showed over $500 for labor for 3.5 hours. Said he now charges $145 per hour along with increasing prices on parts (expected that on the parts). While the replacement of the drain connection on the tub was tough the other work was pretty basic. Charged over $200 for parts and $500 for labor for 3.5 hours. I about gaged when he presented a bill for over $760.00. Even though my fault for not asking ahead of time I will never use him again as I felt he took advantage of me by not giving me an idea of what he charged ahead of time. Especially since we spent some time looking at faucets on the internet and he went someplace and was gone for half an hour but included all of that in his labor rate. I would NEVER have hired him if I had any idea he charged that kind of rate.

THIS GUY IS A SCAM! Charged $390 for 10 mins, then left & had same situation. Said he would be back in the morning & never showed! New plumber charged less than that for weekend hours & was there 2 hours! Got on the BBB website & sounds like this is what fernando does! YES REFUND THE MONEY! You said u would come back the next day & never did! If it is the only person u did it to u know who to refund & if u did it to several u should refund them all!

Had a drain clog issue that was fixed within 2 hours of me calling them! I also had other plumbing related issues that my provider Dan Kelly pointed out. Very professional and detailed service. I would highly recommend him!
