Quickly came out and fixed my toilet. My kids had put a large charging cube and it was completely stuck. Job took about an hour to fix, repairman was courteous and didn't seem to mind the audience of my 3 very curious little boys supervising the job.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

We had a bathroom remodel, so we didn't hire them directly. They had to take out the tub and then reinstall. They left a huge hole underneath our house to access the tub and didn't repair it. I went underneath and could feel the air conditioning exiting our house in the crawl space. They had to come back out and fix. When the tub hardware was put back on one of the knobs leaked. It was not leaking before the remodel. They quoted us $325 to come back out and fix something that was working fine before they removed it.

I had Michael's come out to install a tankless water heater after my old water heater had stopped working. They were very polite and clean and much cheaper and less pushy than the other company I originally had quote the project. I was very satisfied with the end result and the water heater has been working great.

However, once they left I realized that they tied the new water heater onto an existing circuit in my living room. This means that my living room light must always be on in order for the water heater to work. If I turn off my living room light, the water heater also turns off. I called Michael's for a resolution and they sent a team member to take a look at the problem. While they were on time and polite, the end result was that I would need to hire an electrician to fix the issue. One issue has just turned into another.

Don’t waste your time! Worst service I have ever encountered. Was overcharged for “work” they never did. And they were rude over the phone. They promised me they wouldn’t leave my house until heat was working and, not only is the hvac not fixed, I never heard from them again. Terrible company.

REGAN IS AWESOME!! We live in a townhome on a slab and knew we had a huge leak somewhere and every plumber told us we were losing gallons a minute but couldn’t locate our line or leak. Because of these factors, we were either not getting calls back or estimates above 6k, which included excavation and lots of destruction inside our home to repipe the whole house.
I reached out and Regan responded within 30 minutes and took the time on the phone learning about our situation before he even came out! He was super friendly,responsive, and came out on a holiday. Called late Fri afternoon to fix water leak from back of fridge. Response time was great and tech quickly analyzed problem and provided solution. Highly recommend!

Honestly the gentleman that came out was great but spending $408.00 only to not have my problem fixed is very poor service in my opinion. Garbage disposal caused my kitchen sink to back up. Tech spent maybe an hour using an auger to then saying the fall in the pipe is the problem. House built in 2008 and I’ve not had a problem with this sink in the 3 yrs I’ve lived here. If the fall in the pipe was the problem it would have shown itself way sooner than this. Spending $408 to have a drain unclogged should result in an unclogged drain. It didn’t. Won’t be using this company again.

I trust them and my plumbing problems have always been an emergency to me they come in and fix my problems. I am very satisfied. I had leaks and faucets replaced so happy with the work Michael T. Did. He took photos took his time checking everything out and explained things to me. I am very pleased with the service
