They are reliable and thorough, but it's only fair to say they are VERY expensive compared to other established plumbers. I had a septic job for them and their bid was 10x the other bid. But usually they are 2 - 3x more than a normal going rate. If you want to make one call for it to be done right regardless of price, call them.

Jason and Cole did a good job installing my kitchen faucet. Thumbs up to them. The service was a lot more expensive than I expected but Jason made an inquiry that knocked some $ off.

Just called Buchi Plumbing. The receptionist said they were 2-3 weeks out on work and hung-up on me. Didn’t even offer to take my name or number.

I was in a sticky situation on a Friday before a holiday weekend and American Leak Detection helped me get my repair fixed quickly so that I’d be able to have water. Jesse and the other employee with him were very professional and walked me through everything that they fixed. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again!

Very nice and open. The plumber explained everything to us, showed us the leaks, gave us an estimate, and repaired the issue very quickly.

Edit: I still use this plumber two years later. They always help me out, they are open about prices, options to fix the issue, and helped me plan a project to install a new tankless water heater.

Called Wednesday morning and a tech was out within an hour to check for gas cutoff. Purchased new hot water heater; was installed mid-day. Same day service! Fred & Gavin (sp?) did great job installing. Follow up next day by Adam & Tyler to check on pop in indoor water lines. Works fine now.
