Best Residential Commercial Remodel in Nashville TN

Be aware it’s 200 dollars an hour for this company and they will stack service charges and all kinds of other charges on your bill. Expect 1k for a service call. My husband and I are in disbelief as we have a special needs child. Drain guys who are wonderful referred Andy’s Republic plumbing but they won’t after I show them the bill for a simple 2 hour service call.
Total greed! Please do not be tipped off like we were

I have always had great customer service in the past and today was no exception! I was very happy with the installation of a new water heater!

During bathroom remodel, they failed to cap and remove old hot water pipe and turn off valve. Area was then completely walled in. Of course, later, this valve started to leak requiring emergency repair, damage to drywall, high water bill, and mold in crawlspace. They did not offer compensation. Also during the project two people worked on site and spoke no English. Luckily there was another contractor on site that could translate. I would not recommend this company.

Dakota and John came out to repair a water spigot that had frozen and cracked during the winter. They were on-time, knowledgeable and professional. The job required getting into a pretty cramped crawl space and they had no issues with that. These guys are a small local company and were much easier to deal with than the larger plumbing companies. On top of that their pricing was better than the bigger companies. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Give some unexpected situations with my condo complex, they were extremely understanding with a couple of delays that caused in completing the work. Appreciate how professional they were and extremely quick to respond. They were extremely professional and communication was both open and fast.

Had an excellent experience using Lopez Plumbing. I had water backing up into my bathtub when using my washing machine so I called around to get estimates. After calling about 4 different companies Lopez Plumbing had the best prices and I was able to talk to the owner directly. He arrived within the 1 hour time window as promised and wore a face mask, gloves and booties when entering my home. He asked questions regarding my issue and shortly after started working on unclogging my drain pipe. He showed me the issue I was having and gave me recommendations on future work that was needed without any pressure sales. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
