Repairman arrived as planned and was able to fix leaky faucet by replacing small part he had with him. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes . Only problem was that price was higher than originally quoted.

Called set up an appointment. They came when they said they would and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable.

I had two other companies come out to my house to look at my broken AC this past summer (during an extreme hot spell). Both companies charged for a service call. On top of that, they each wanted to charge me an additional $275 to $280 to do tests (diagnostics) for coil leaks — and my AC still wouldn’t have been fixed. I was shocked that my two year old unit could already have coil leaks. One of those companies tried to charge me $270 for adding coolant, which he said might leak out and would have to be added again (with an additional charge).

My son in-law recommended Copeland & Son. The office staff were so friendly and understanding. They sent someone out quickly. The technician was very kind and informative. He knew what was wrong immediately. He said the person who installed my unit (only two years ago) didn’t follow codes when he installed my unit. He said, “There’s nothing wrong with your coils or your unit, it’s your supply line.” All of this should have been done by the installer (who was also one of the two people who came out before Copeland & Son).

I had a king size headboard, footboard, frame and slats in front of my crawlspace door and a ton of things stored in my crawlspace. I’m sure they must have had to move everything to do the repair. Copeland & Son must have had to move everything in front of the door to get in my crawlspace as well, in order to do their work. They never complained or said anything about it. I couldn’t even tell they moved anything, until I recently went in my crawlspace and saw that they actually left my crawlspace more organized and straightened out than it was. I couldn’t tell anyone had been in my house and my AC was fixed.

Thank you Copeland & Son, for being so honest and kind. I won’t call anyone else.

I was expecting a major replacement issue. John took what we had, made some adjustments and totally corrected the problem. He could have easily proposed a much more expensive solution but actually took the time to provide the best solution for us.

These guys were amazing! They came in and were able to fix our backed up drains within just a few hours. Robert and Brian (sorry if I got the names wrong) were quick and left everything clean when they were done. They were even able to come back the next day when I forgot to have them repair a separate issue with the toilets. I am so happy to be able to use our plumbing again! And on a separate note they were both super sweet to my pets which is always a win.

I would not recommend this company for anything. The tech came out told me I needed a new unit in my house this was a couple months ago it was 120° in my house! They had a salesman come out try to sell me a new unit for $12,000! Thank God I didn’t do that had another company out the next day my unit was fixed!! Unless you have money to just give away or like being taken advantage of I would run from this company! I still had to pay $99 for them to come and tell me I need a new unit which I didn’t! I have tried to call them for a month ask for management left my name email address phone number no one no one Has returned my call I would not give this company one star!

He mostly did ok work but it took a week of I'll be there tomorrow before he got here. Then he kept trying to upsell me and discouraging investigation of the problem before replacing 100 feet of sweet pipe.

And he left the 5 foot long sewer pipe from my basement in the middle of my yard.

ARS called as they said they would. Giving me the installers names and the time they would arrive. I must say I was very surprised that they arrived on time.Other companies could learn from this.Keith Wagner and Michael Charlebois were both prompt and respectful. Even though it was very hot outside they worked steady to complete their job.They made sure I was satisfied with the work and explained how our new unit worked.I noticed that as they were carrying the parts of the old unit out ... both took the time to retrace their steps to pick up any screws that had fallen in my driveway. I am very grateful for that.
