Best Plumbing Repairs in Nashville TN

Copeland & Son are the best. I have used other services in the past, but these people are a cut above. They go above and beyond what others would do in order to provide the best service and helped us with an additional in our home that just bothered them because the other provider didn't do work that were up to Copeland's standards. They are great!

Called them on a Sunday for a badly clogged pipe. The plumber showed up within a hour and crawled under the house real quick and then told us we had a major problem because our drain pipe whick was pvc drained into a galvanized pipe and then a cast iron pipe and he couldn't power flush it because it would probably bust the pipe and then said we had to replace the entire pipe system for $1900. We told him we would check with the landlord to see what he thought. He told us that he would email me a copy of the repair quote and also the receipt for the $85 service call, which we received neither. We called the landlord and he had someone else come out and look at it and they said there was no galvanized pipes in the drain and he replaced a 20 foot section of pvc pipe and fixed the problem for $500. I feel this person the company sent out was only concerned about overcharging us for something we didn't need because we didn't know what we were dealing with. We will never reccomend this company.

Bought a new house and the pipes in the crawlspace started leaking almost immediately. Problems left unreported by the previous owner. We called Michael's and his team had the problem diagnosed in half a day (including an emergency Metro Water survey!!!) and came back out two days later and fixed the problem. Extremely professional, thorough, and fast!!!

I have used Choice Water Heaters for several jobs during my recent home renovation. It is a family owned business and the owner was always courteous, professional, and responsive. And he really took time to explain the problems to me and fix them properly. He even let me know that something didn't actually need to be replaced and he could just repair it quickly and inexpensively instead. As a woman, that was very helpful since I am not knowledgeable about plumbing and could easily pay for repairs that aren't necessary. I would definitely recommend Choice Water Heaters to others looking for good quality work performed by a dependable and honest company.

I am extremely happy with the service of Green Hills Plumbing. After dealing with other companies that didn't fulfill their promises, Green Hills came in and did the job right, and on time. I wouldn't know what his services are like. I called him first to fix some baffolding after a septic tank issue on a recommendation. I left 1 message and he called right back. He didn't quite understand what I was talking about so he said he would call the septic company I used and go over it with them and he would call me right back. Well even after leaving 3 more messages over a 2 week period he never called me back. If someone is going to not care that much I wouldn't even bother giving them a chance.
