Had techs Drake and Andrew come out to fix a shower valve that had a small leak. They were prompt and kept me updated with everything they had going on. Even took the extra step to re-caulk the shower spout to block any excess moisture getting in the wall. Great team and great company! Would 100% use again if a plumbing situation ever arose again. Thanks boys!

Justin was our technician. He was so prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. We are so thankful for the expertise of everyone at Jewell! They are always our first call with any mechanical issues.

Jason was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He did an excellent job on the repair of the leak. He also moved the cut off valve for the water to the house up front where it was easier to get to. He moved the water regulator off the water heater also. Now I have hot, warm , and cold water.

I'm in awe of the service and price. I called someone else who had quoted twice the price he gave me and i even asked ocd to do additional things. He's always going to be my go to guy. He's very patient and will show you anything you want to know. Super knowledgeable. I'm so happy I found them.

Chris was great to work with! He was there promptly on time, was very friendly and took care of my clog upstairs. Also, he identified two leaks in my roof that my HOA will need to repair. I think that the consultation fee was quite high, but Chris himself was great.

He mostly did ok work but it took a week of I'll be there tomorrow before he got here. Then he kept trying to upsell me and discouraging investigation of the problem before replacing 100 feet of sweet pipe.

And he left the 5 foot long sewer pipe from my basement in the middle of my yard.
