I bought a new unit in 2017, and signed up for their monthly maintenance service. All is good if there is no problem...but I have been complaining for 4 months about the unit being too loud. The tech said that the compressor was coming on loud but leveling out.....?!?! Why wouldn’t that be covered by manufacturers warranty...That doesn’t help me at 2am when the unit comes on. I sent a video of the problem to the service manager....nothing. I call and asked to speak to the branch manager....nothing. They get right back to you when your buying a new unit but the follow thru leaves a lot to be desired.

I had a drain that would not drain and tried to fix it myself. I couldn't make it work so I called around and No Problem Plumbing was able to make it out that day. Their representative Jason was quick to start looking and when he found the problem he showed me under the house exactly what he was going to do. The project needed some parts so he came back the next day and completed the work. They were upfront with pricing and quick to get the work done! Thank you, will definitely use No Problem Plumbing in the future and recommend to family and friends in Nashville who need a plumber.

The service was completed 20 Jun and charged me $451 and on 23 Jun ran my card again for $451. I called office today and they told me “ I will call you back we are just now getting our day started”. Well, it’s 530pm and not a phone call back and they are closed for the day !! Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
