I must say I was a bit nervous calling Roto-Rooter based on others stating how expensive this company are. We had drainage issues in three places due to the tile company negligence in throwing tile and grout down our shower drain. Nevertheless, Roger D. came out, spent a few hours at our home making sure everything was in working order before he left. He worked so hard, I felt bad, because the clog was giving him a hard time. I bought a renovated home almost 2 years ago, and have been having plumbing issues. Jason came out to evaluate my home, and Joseph took care of fixing my plumbing. They did a good job of answering all my questions, I didn't feel rushed or pressured, or that I was getting myself into something I shouldn't. I also felt that the price was fair, but much more customer friendly than if I had gone with one of the more commercialized companies.

This is my first experience and so far, so good. I appreciate this is a local company.

They were very professional and the quality of work appears good. I gave 4 stars because of the cost. I had a expansion tank on water heater replaced. The bill was over $300. I was asleep so when I woke up and wife showed me the bill I immediately looked up the cost of a expansion tank. They are roughly $60 give or take. So the labor was over $240 for a job that should have taken no more than a hour.

Won't use again for that reason.

I want to let you know that my technician Mike Ragan did an excellent job today. I had a clogged main sewer drain, Mike put the camera in and found that the line had mud in the drain. He showed me the image of the clog and we came up with a game plan to fix the problem. Very professional and knowledgable.

A friend of mine, Charlie Warren, recommended Wayne at Grassland Plumbing to me. Wayne came to my house to look for any leaks. We had thoroughly checked everywhere and there was not any sign of a leak. We didn't see or hear anything. We have had high water bills totaling over $1000 in the past 2-3 months and the water company replaced our meter about a month ago. The individual who replaced it mentioned that one time he was here to check it (I was not home) and the needle was moving and he thought it was very possible it was intermittently malfunctioning. After he replaced the meter, this past months bill is now normal, $62. Wayne, from Grassland Plumbing was here two days ago and checked everything. He checked the hot water heater, he checked the cold water line and the hot water line, he looked around the house, he checked each bathroom and each toilet, he checked by turning on and off the water from the inside and the outside meter, he checked everything. He said there is not a leak in my house and there is not a leak under the slab or anywhere! He told me that in his opinion, the old meter was causing my high water bills. Wayne was very nice and thorough and I appreciate him checking everything! Thank you!

To my amazement, he quickly discovered that the grinder pump in my basement had been improperly installed within a sheetrock enclosure, and several vent fittings were not even properly secured. Additionally, he identified a major flaw in the 3-inch main that ran over two rooms, which had a backwards pitch right before connecting to the mainline.

The drain to my washing machine appeared blocked. Luke Shaw was unable to clear it . He went under my house (crawl space) and took pictures of the problem with the pipes. Explained how the problem could be fixed and the cost. He made sure I understood and answered all my questions. He cleaned up gave me his number so if I had any more questions I could call. I was very pleased with the technician and his work.
