Don’t waste your time! Worst service I have ever encountered. Was overcharged for “work” they never did. And they were rude over the phone. They promised me they wouldn’t leave my house until heat was working and, not only is the hvac not fixed, I never heard from them again. Terrible company.

After sifting through several other companies' dismal reviews, I ran across a review of Jewel Mechanical which stated they were honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I took my chance on them with my failed A/C unit. Their service man came out promptly and on time. Tested my unit and found the problem in a matter of minutes. Even though I was in no particular rush to have it working right away, he was able to track down the replacement part that was needed and had the system back online very quickly. The total repair cost actually came out to be less than the ball park figure he suggested it could have been.

Excellent service, very frendly and easy scheduleing, they keep you posted on arrival time so you don't have to sit and wait on them. Value is almost unbelievable. Rodney my technician was very through and professional. Explained every thing he done and why he done it. I will use Lee Company for all my maintenance needs from now on.

Excellent local service. I had a busted water pump that was leaking. They replaced it same day with a much better high pressure pump that is far superior. The technician was very polite, professional & arrived at the exact scheduled time. I had him also look at an improperly installed bathroom sink & he quickly remedied that & found a leak I wasn't even aware of. Great company & great service. I highly recommend them. If I have any HVAC needs in the future I will certainly call them first.

LOVE this company. I have used them for plumbing issues as well as HVAC. They have come out promptly in the winter when the roads were completely iced over, fixed a thermostat we installed wrong, strapped all the pipes in the attic, yearly HVAC maint, unclogged a drain. They always make great recommendations and helpful tips on keeping everything working properly. Nathan came out today for yearly heating maintenance. Answered all my questions, offered some tips, and was able to add some extra installs same day. I recommend this company to everyone.

Hoffman Brothers is the best company for plumbing issues. Technician Rodney was on time, friendly and professional. He walked me through everything that was done to convert my sink plumbing from 1 sink to 2 sinks. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called three different plumbers about an emergency busted pipe in our front yard. The Dr Drips folks were able to get somebody across town to my house in under 90 minutes, with the problem completely fixed about an hour later. Tom was a total professional and fixed the problem quickly while walking me through every step of what was going on. We will definitely use them again!
