I have used ARS for HVAC service three times. First for service to an older system followed by a total replacement. This last service was to remedy an issue was annoying but not catastrophic. On every occasion the technicians were outstanding and communication was flawless. I used another large Nashville provider earlier this year just to do a comparison and was taken back by the crazy cost for a checkup, and overtly worthlessness of the technician. Thanks for impressing me ARS, I am a critical man by nature and it has been pleasure to this point.

Work was good however, pricing was on the very high end for the electrical side. Work was about 2 hours, and electrical outlets provided, and the total was about 780.We have used them for our AC and Heating and they were always competitive with the pricing however, the electrical is a little too high, but the quality of work was good.I would say, if cost isn't a concern and you want guaranteed quality, they are the way to go. Otherwise I would recommend shopping around, as you will typically be able to find work around 150 an hour + parts instead of 300 - 350 an hour.You get a discount if you are a member of their ESA club, but even with that 10% off, it would still be quite a bit more than elsewhere.

They need to learn the rules of the road like not driving in the left lane and not passing anyone for miles and not texting and driving.

These guys located the leak under my pool. There was an issue with a GFI that they sent Mr Electric to address. That part went terribly wrong when Mr Electric hooked up a neutral wire to the hot wires and fried my panel. American Leak Detection was awesome. They sent someone else to fix the issue. When they came to make my repairs, their techs, Israel and Juan were two of the most professional gentlemen I have ever had do work for me. This company took a bad situation and made it perfect. Carrie the Office Manager was also the consummate professional and I cannot say enough good things about them. BTW, never use Mr Electric for anything.

I had a plumbing maintenance done by Cory Davis. He was very helpful and professional. Explained everything to me of what I needed to watch for. Very friendly and efficient . I would recommend him if you have plumbing issues.
