Be aware it’s 200 dollars an hour for this company and they will stack service charges and all kinds of other charges on your bill. Expect 1k for a service call. My husband and I are in disbelief as we have a special needs child. Drain guys who are wonderful referred Andy’s Republic plumbing but they won’t after I show them the bill for a simple 2 hour service call.
Total greed! Please do not be tipped off like we were

I called Roto Rooter after my usual plumber wouldn't call me back right after a holiday. They had someone out within an hour, on a Saturday morning, and he got our sink unclogged in no time. He was friendly and professional. I also really like that they guarantee their work! Will definitely use Roto Rooter again!

I would highly recommend this company. I had what I thought was a small issue with my toilet. I called plumbing solutions and Ben and Beck were sent out to my house. After inspection Ben discovered the clean pipe was installed incorrectly by our builder and mind you our house is only 2 years old so we definitely should not have an issue so soon. Ben showed me what the issue was, explained how it was installed and how it should be installed he even showed it to me in the camera he put down the clean pipe. Price was good Ben made sure I was aware of the cost and what it covers. I would Definitely use this company any time I have issues. Number is already saved in my phone. Ben is greatly huge asset to the company!!!

I recently used Shiver for a plumbing need at my office and was very impressed with John's response time and knowledge. These guys were awesome! Super responsive and communicative. Felt like they were honest with their work and resolved the issues very quickly. They even did a great job cleaning up the areas that got messy, so highly appreciate their time and assistance!

My AC died on a Sunday evening and I called a million places with no response. On Monday morning Donelson called me back and told me they could come out and diagnose the problem within half an hour (!). They quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled an appointment for the very next morning to completely replace my AC. This was complex work involving a crane for the condenser on the roof and in-unit removal and install. So it was a minor miracle they could schedule it so quickly. Then they informed me the whole thing would take 3-4 hours to be complete, which I had a hard time believing. But they showed up on time and with minimal effort on my part they replaced the whole system in just three hours. The whole thing went off without a hitch. I was shocked.I cannot speak to whether the pricing was competitive or not. They were the first company to reach back out to me and I was desperate to cool my home. So I didn't have any other quotes. But the process was handled so well that I do not regret jumping on their proposal so quickly.GREAT WORK.

Definitely recommend 615 Plumbing! Michael was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all options when discovering and fixing a leak in the wall caused by an original drain in a 1950s house. Price was very reasonable and competitive without a high pressure sales pitch. Extremely tidy and professional. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

This is my first time to post a review on a business in the same industry area of owning a buisness in. Always had a policy not to critique other contractors or subs work. Since Scott didn't do any work for me I can't critique his work. I can critique his statements and procedures. Called Scott and left a message he did return the call in a timely manner. We talked about the project that might be built after the buyers close on their new home. He agreed to come look at it and give me an estimate and the possibility that it could be done. I did relay to him an inspection would need to be done before closing on the 25th of this month. I was very clear about it was just to look and see if the project would be possible to do. Scott asked me how I heard about him. Told him Goggle and we joked about his low review score. He went further to say it was one guy that wouldn't let it go and even further to accuse the same of bad reviews on several other purchases and services. Basically gave him a bad review back. Shame on me for not thinking about what was about to happen. We confirmed last night address and time to meet. Again it seemed ok. Following is the text exchange after I had left my home one hour away from the project Scott and I were meeting this morning.

Good morning Rob, the septic inspection is 495.00 and payment is due when inspection is complete. Please let me know yea or nea so I can move on to next job. Thanks. Scott

No inspection today. Just need to see if the tank can be moved or replaced in order to expand the living space.

Now I will close by saying, in my opinion Scott, no you can't run a buisness this way. Just like you lost this opportunity you will continue to lose more. For your information I have been to this same location several times traveling the one hour distance and haven't mentioned money to the client one time. I'm sure though by doing what my customer wants me to do I will get this opportunity. By the way in the same 47 years not one ad placed nor do I have buisness cards and letterhead. I'm more than busy and not one day have I had to look for work. More referrals that I can accommodate. Two things Scoot and I will be done. Be careful of what you say. Be careful of what you don't say in business is the way to run a business. Successfully!!!
