Called in about a fix for a hose bib, and they had someone out same-day, fixed it and inspected the crawlspace for me; all for a reasonable fee! Cody knew his stuff and was extremely courteous and very helpful!! Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs :)

We were very overcharged for a repair. Our normal go-to handyman was unavailable so we called Bellevue First Plumbing. Our normal repairman told us it was an easy job to replace a broken toilet flange and that the part was only $11 at Home Depot. Unfortunately, because of a miscommunication between my husband, who arranged the service call by Bellevue First Plumbing, and myself, who was the one at home when he came, I didn't ask for a quote first. The repairman was here for one hour. We were charged $460. Ultimately, it was our fault for not getting an estimate before the work was done. But, I also feel this was dishonest on the part of the plumbing company.

I had a very good experience with Michael's Plumbing. Josh was very knowledgeable and efficient. Replaced outdoor faucets and shut off valves and did a great job.

Better then Hiller. They didn't try to pulling one over me. The plumber was friendly and helpful. He was in and out and didnt waste my time. Plus the office lady was great she got me in fast. They maybe a small company but they done better then the bigger companies I previously used.

I am extremely happy with the service of Green Hills Plumbing. After dealing with other companies that didn't fulfill their promises, Green Hills came in and did the job right, and on time. They even worked on New Years Eve so that my bathroom would be ready for my guests. I have already recommended them to multiple people.

Max came to make sure we didn’t have any damage from when our pipes froze last week. While checking that out he found we had 2 leaking toilets which he promptly repaired for us. He was friendly, pleasant and efficient and clearly explained what he found and the work he was doing.

Kind of a mixed bag experience with ARS, but overall satisfied. Had some issues with them at first, but in the end they worked things out with me until I was satisfied. I really appreciate responsive customer service. Full experience/story below:I had an HVAC tune-up with them and was told I needed two parts replaced. The tech physically showed me the voltmeter and said the output was too low and that it was weakening my system. He encouraged me to get it repaired and replaced before my warranty would run out.I tried to schedule the repair 4 separate times and was always told I would get a 'call back' and never did. Finally on the 5th time I got the repair scheduled. Really, they said my tune-up invoice had no notes so they didn't even know what was wrong. They had zero record of anything that was said during the tune-up appointment.They said they'd call 30 mins before showing up to let you know they're on their way--they did not, they just showed up.The tech re-evaluted/re-tested the system and told me there was nothing wrong with my system and the parts are performing just fine. She showed me the output and it was higher than the tune-up value--I asked why and she said she didn't know. They didn't have great cross-communication between techs, phone schedulers, etc. Then I had to pay for this follow-up repair/diagnostic appointment, which I only scheduled because they told me there was an issue and apparently now nothing's wrong??Thankfully, after this experience, I called and complained about my experience and demanded a refund for the 2nd diagnostic call. This is when everything turned around--a customer care person (Ashley) worked out my whole situation and agreed that the conflicting opinions were cause for concern. She refunded me the 2nd tech appointment, and then sent a senior tech (Alfred) free-of-charge to confirm the two opinions and find out what's really going on. He was much more knowledgeable and prompt and explained everything, answered all my questions, and gave me different cost options. The customer care manager then followed-up to make sure I was satisfied. Good job, ARS! Thank you for fixing the original mess--much happier now.

Michael was wonderful and walked us through the process of what needed to be done. He gave us an honest and fair quote and was able to complete the work quickly. The whole process was a breeze and we will definitely use Maynard again.
