I had a complete hvac system installed in September4. Turned the heat on the first time on November 2nd....didn’t work. Tech finally showed up 7 hours after I called and couldn’t fix it. It wasn’t until Monday when it got fixed. The paperwork the technician left said the thermostat was wired incorrectly. I was without heat for over two days. Their guarantee is a lie. They have been refusing to stand behind it.

Technician Ryan Gleghorn did a great job. He worked hard to figure out and solve the problem. He communicated well and explained all our options and costs. He was very thorough and careful.

Cory did a great job, kept us informed of what he was doing and why throughout the process. He was very friendly yet professional.

The services I checked off are in the process of being scheduled. The young Service tech that was here yesterday & Justin, who was here this morning could not have been more professional. They not only listened to my story & frustration of the delay in someone getting here, they HEARD me & wasted no time in getting solutions in place, scheduling & solving the immediate problem at hand. They were kind, considerate & obviously love working w/Lee Co. It’s because of these two Lee Co employees & others with whom I’ve dealt are the reason I’ve been associated w/Lee Co for 50+ years. Josh Guthrie Service Technician did an incredible job repairing our AC on a Sunday. He was so through that he found a leak and came back on Tuesday to complete a repair that would have caused problems in the future. I was very satisfied with the service provided for me by my technician Eli. He was very professional and honest. He repaired many of my plumbing issues including clearing a blockage in my sewer line, repairing multiple leaks on my water lines, and repairing a faucet that had dripped for the last year and a half - all at an affordable price. If I ever need plumbing assistance again, I know who I will be calling :)
