PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Choice Water Heaters did an amazing job! They replaced my water heater and replaced an outdoor shower that was damaged. The crew was on time, professional and very nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new system.

Work was good however, pricing was on the very high end for the electrical side. Work was about 2 hours, and electrical outlets provided, and the total was about 780.We have used them for our AC and Heating and they were always competitive with the pricing however, the electrical is a little too high, but the quality of work was good.I would say, if cost isn't a concern and you want guaranteed quality, they are the way to go. Otherwise I would recommend shopping around, as you will typically be able to find work around 150 an hour + parts instead of 300 - 350 an hour.You get a discount if you are a member of their ESA club, but even with that 10% off, it would still be quite a bit more than elsewhere.

What can I say? I called Saturday AM, not an emergency, but wanted to get heat repaired this week. Monday AM, 12-2 window, but might be out sooner. Yep! 10:30!!! I was happy to have Josh give me his honest opinion on what the issue was simply based on my description of the problem. NO GIMMICKS, NO SALES PITCHES, warranteed work, GOOD PRICES! Considering it's been virtually impossible to get anyone anywhere to provide HVAC or plumbing services for the last two years, Jewell Mechanical was more than willing to take on the task.
