Brad has work on everything that has to do with my plumbing for all three of my houses for the over 20 years. He is the only one I would recommend to get the job done and done correctly.

He’s saved me multiple times! He is responsive and fast! He makes you feel like a priority and helps ease the stressful plumbing situations! 10/10 recommend at any time of day!

My water heater passed on to the sweet by and by after draining all over the basement floor. I called numerous places around Nashville and American Plumbing Co was the first to respond and say they would come and take a look. Brad gave me several options for replacing it along with next day installation, but the thing I appreciate the most is that he encouraged me to shop around as direct vent water heaters are expensive. I did, and American Plumbing Co beat the competition not only on price (by a healthy margin), but on availability to install the thing. Brad came out the following afternoon and installed our new water heater; also he didn't seem to mind me standing around asking what were probably inane questions about the trade. A new water heater wasn't in the budget, but Brad and American Plumbing Co made it a little easier pill to swallow, and for that I'm thankful!

Brads communication with his clients is far from perfect. I have never been spoken to nor disrespected as a woman. I have chose to end our 15+ years relationship and take my business elsewhere..

I bought a fixer-upper about 1.5 years ago. We’ve had Brad over to work on our plumbing a couple of times now, and his service and attitude have been exceptional every time. He goes beyond the call of duty to make sure things are correct. He will answer any questions and educate you on what he’s doing. He has always been very respectful and considerate, and I will always call him over any of the big-name plumbing services in town.

Brad fixed our water main and did a great and professional job with it. He not only does the job, but will explain to you what he is doing and why. He also helped answer other plumbing questions that we had about our home. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again if the future if I have more projects.
