PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

These guys are a joke! I waited 4 hours to get a phone call saying they don't know when the service text will be at my residence. I had a 12-3 timeframe due to me working midnights. I waited almost 4 hrs and then called them. Customer service it horrible! After I got off the phone another person called from their office to tell me the tech was going to be late. No one there knows what's going on! Don't waste your time on these guys and call someone else.

They don’t make plumbers like this anymore. My wife and I had a pretty serious issue with our renovation that required some real work. this guy did all of it, by himself, in a timely manner. Oh yeah, and he was the cheapest guy out there, which meant I didn’t have to wait a year to save up for it to be done. I have nothing but praise for this company.

I wish there were more than 5 stars because Juan and Justin are the best. We called around 11am because the pilot light on our water heater went out and we couldn’t get it to stay lit. Juan came at 1 and we had a new water heater by 5! They were very reasonable, polite and spent the time explaining the features of the water heater, since our last one was 12+ years old. Highly recommend.

The man who came check out the water heater before he made a decision about the problem I was having then he told I needed a new water heater. He was very professional and did a good job on installing it and clean up and also thanked me. So yes I will tell everyone to call him first.

John Russell is one of the best! SO kind, professional and knows his stuff. He’s been out to my home twice: once for leaky faucets and once to fix my hot water heater. They were able to come out the same day! Will always call Benjamin Franklin and will always ask for John!

Chris was extremely helpful when we were in a pinch with our rental company. I love that they are available 24/7. My only advice to a customer is if you are calling after hours, be patient with the receptionist/process, because it takes a while to take down all of your information, but once you speak with a technician, it is smooth sailing.
