Copeland & Son are the best. I have used other services in the past, but these people are a cut above. They go above and beyond what others would do in order to provide the best service and helped us with an additional in our home that just bothered them because the other provider didn't do work that were up to Copeland's standards. They are great!

I called several plumbing companies to deal with a leak in a bathroom. No company could give me an immediate appointment. I asked each for pricing information. I had used Morton for routine maintenance before and was predisposed to using them again, and they could come out a day before another I called. I was told of their $49 fee for showing up and was told that would be part of the total price, should they do the work. I asked Karen for the hourly rate and she told me they do work by the job, not by the hour, and the guys would tell me once they assessed the situation. I was upset when the two guys got there and told me the problem was that the toilet washers were worn out and that it would cost $200 to replace them! I know a bit about plumbing and think this is an outrageous amount simply to remove the toilet tank, replace the washers and put the tank back on. And it certainly did not require two men. The job was completed well inside an hour. The hourly rate of the other plumbing company was only $150. Because Karen did not tell me their hourly rate, nor their minimum charge ($200), I ended up paying more to Morton than I would have if I had gone with the other plumbing company! They did reduce the $200 to $175, which I appreciate, but it was still more than I would have paid. Mostly, I am upset at their withholding of information that would have allowed me to make a better decision.

I called Donelson Air and had my first service with them today. It was just my standard maintenance and it went great. Chuck #393 was very friendly, knowledgeable and walked me through the membership program. He also spoke with me about the pluming option as well and I could not be happier knowing that I have someone to call when needed. He also spent some time giving special attention to my dog. Thanks Chuck for doing such a great job.

Checked previous work on the AC unit up in the attic also did a tune-up for the AC outside. Katina was very professional very thorough and very informational I would have her back out in my home again.

Hiller customer service rep was great working up into the schedule for day of service. The plumber sent out was prompt and professional. He spent time explaining the repair and really helped us with guidance for a future project!

I called and scheduled someone to come to my home to replace expired smoke detectors, to replace some traditional toggle switches with flat switches, and to check out a switch that was having intermittent problems.On the morning of the appointment, I received a text when the technician, Butch P., was on the way. Love getting the alerts that I should expect them soon. He arrived in the expected appointment window, and I walked him through what I wanted to have done.He worked up a quote on the spot, so I knew what to expect cost-wise. I didn't really have any idea as to how to judge if it was appropriate, since I didn't have anything to compare it with. I knew I needed the work done, so... I went ahead with it.He was very methodical - took his time, going from task to task, answering any questions that I had.Everything was completed per my satisfaction. I was really pleased with my most recent experience. I had a lingering intermittent issue related to an HVAC installation from a few years ago that no one had successfully solved. I called Pioneer at 2pm. By 3:38, I received a text telling me that Randy H. was on his way (they included his photo). I recreated the issue so he could hear what I was hearing. By 4:09 he identified and solved the problem. It wasn’t complicated but the solution had evaded several technicians for years. Pioneer, please by Randy lunch, and I don’t mean a fast food meal. How about top notch steakhouse meal?
