Andrew (2766) came promptly as promised on a Sunday morning without added fee to check out our water issue. He swiftly determined this problem and fixed it while answering clearly questions we asked. He left with suggestions for maintaining our pipes and gave a 40 dollar coupon that we had seen on line but had not printed out. Great feeling to have standing water gone and pipes renewed to work again in so short a time from our calling!

Customer service is just terrible

I'm sure they do good work and the plumber was pleasant. They were on time Hard sell on subscription services & water softener. Very high prices in my opinion, quoted over $900 for two under sink shut off valve replacements (when I only needed one) and $1200 to replace an anode rod in the water heater. Did not use their services, can't afford that.

Erickson installed a Rheem hybrid pump water heater for me. The install itself was smooth, but where these guys really went above and beyond was answering my questions ahead of the install. These hybrid pump units are somewhat newer, so naturally I had a few questions, and if Erickson didn't have the answer, they went right to their Rheem rep to get me the relevant info. Really a great experience working with Erickson.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

Daniel came and fixed a gas leak in our home, as well as fix a plumbing issue under our kitchen sink. He will be installing a new water heater as well in the near future. I called discount plumbers and they were spot on. Came out the same day and took care of my drain issue. KYLE H and trainee Leron did a spectacular job. Probably going to have some other plumbing updates my house needs at won't hesitate to call them.

Home Works have sent wrongly the Technician Jerry Soung to my home on Sep 9 Wednesday. He told me that my gas velvet and heat exchanger were bad and required to change the new one. Instead of changing those, it is better to invest in buying a new furnace, he persuaded. Then, their technician Peter Perry was sent to explain what kind of furnaces I can choose to. It was also a bad representation. Peter's explanation pushed me drastically to purchase the furnaces no matter what the other reasons I have. Both Jerry and Peter are required to be trained to do as professionals.I reported my issues to my father via Messenger. He asked me to request another service. Actually, it works out!. My dad was genuinely right. The real problem was Flame Sensor, Burners, and Align. It was NOT the issue regarding gas valves and heat exchanger. In fact, the gas valvet was switched off! I didn't even notice it! The other technician from the other service showed me out! Jerry is supported to let me know if the gas valvet was really shut off. It seems like he didn't know it (or) maybe he switched off intentionally! It is NOT his fault. It is the fault of someone who gets him to work for HomeWorks and manages schedules who to send. Now, my furnace's maintenance costs around $800 and get back to a normal running condition! The other inappropriate behavior these guys did was the placement of the advertisement board on my lawn without my notice. I have attached that signboard on this comment as well. I was surprised how that signboard was on my lawn. This was beyond the boundary - cross the line.Their services manager tried to connect with me for follow-up. However, I was so frustrated and upset. I don't wanna discuss with them anymore because my impression and trust on them is gone. When you are in my place, you would probably do the same way as I do.As the result, do NOT contact HomeWorks to do your project and repairs your furnace, water heaters and everything! Their leadership and management have cracks and weakness. Also, they are trying to make money only without providing nice services. If you follow whatever they said, you would have to pay unnecessarily! Your precious money and time will be a lot waste!

Serghei was very informative and explained our options before we discussed the price. He also told us what we will need to do once this water heater dies to be up to code. Would definitely use this company again IF NEEDED!!!!

Can't give a referral. Got a ballpark price. I called and asked Andy for a written quote. Did not have one. He had an estimator come over to double check the job, but apparently did not produce a quotation. Several days later did the job, and got my wife to pay $800 over the verbal estimate.
Not happy, not heard. Can't refer.

Steve came to check for yearly inspection on electric services. He is very good. Talks polite. Energetic. Very good knowledge about electrical equipments. Tested all the points. Gave very good suggestions
