Joe, especially, was terrific! He had to go up into our hot, hot attic to install a bathroom fan.Another company wanted to cut a hole into our bathroom ceiling instead of going through the attic. When I told Joe that, he said, “That would be ridiculous!”He also completed two other projects.In addition, two others installed a water heater. Those two worked quickly and professionally.

Erickson installed a Rheem hybrid pump water heater for me. The install itself was smooth, but where these guys really went above and beyond was answering my questions ahead of the install. These hybrid pump units are somewhat newer, so naturally I had a few questions, and if Erickson didn't have the answer, they went right to their Rheem rep to get me the relevant info. Really a great experience working with Erickson.

I was overall so impressed with Erickson Plumbing. I called and they were able to fit me in same day (due to a cancellation). Dave was my tech and he was so professional and helpful. I'm a relatively new homeowner and he was able to show me where my spigot on/off valve was. He also fixed the sink that has been leaking since we moved in. The gal I talked to for scheduling (sorry, I forgot her name) was also amazing. She was very bubbly and personable. I will definitely use Erickson again for future plumbing, heating, air, and electrical jobs around my house. Thanks for being amazing! New loyal customer right here!

Awesome company!! They did the rough in piping for a basement bathroom we are finishing and did an excellent job! They were responsive, quick, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a good job getting my issue fixed in a decently timely manner
They sent out a plumber who was too large to fit into the space. This individual was unable to do an adequate job due to physical limitations. The second individual was able to stop the leak but did it by damaging other equipment necessitating a third repair. I called to see if I could get someone to come free of charge to rectify the situation, but they refused. I had someone from another company come over and when he took it apart it was immediately obvious that due to excessive force one component was broken and two others warped. Not the quality expected from a licensed professional nor a service industry business.
Or boiler went haywire and and wouldn't shutoff. Called Erickson and despite being booked for the day they came out. Replaced one of the thermostats. Very professional and timely. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary items and was friendly. I'll be calling them for all my hearing needs

Our condo building had a faint gas smell, leading CenterPoint to lock out the building's gas meter until a gas pipe fitter confirmed the leak was taken care of. Erickson was recommended to us and they sent out a technician the same day I called. Jeremiah listened to our situation and walked us through his next steps to figure out the issue, which included pressure testing. He found and repaired the problem the following day. Jeremiah communicated pretty well with me (very little knowledge of this type of work) and my spouse (experienced carpenter); he answered our questions and talked through potential options. He provided updates throughout the day, cleaned up his work area, and included detailed notes in the invoice. Although time and materials added up quickly, we were grateful to have the issue resolved in a couple days by an expert.

Erickson was fantastic! They were one of two companies willing to help me out in a difficult situation with my furnace. The other company wanted to charge me just to look at the problem, to decide if they could do it. Erickson was able to give me a ballpark estimate right away and was very proactive in addressing the situation. Worried that my furnace was leaking, I gave Erickson a call this morning. They were really great. From working to fit me in on a Friday, to a text message letting me know who was coming (including a photo) and when, to the helpful service repair employee who made sure we were taken care of and confident we paid for what we needed- not any unneccessary 'additions' (but was helpful when I asked questions about other services and options). What a great experience so far. Turns out, they knew how to also diagnose and repair what turned out to be an in home humidifier leak (not furnace, luckily), too.
Great recommendation by my neighbor- very satisfied.
A very pleasant experience with Erickson. The heat pump system was installed sooner than expected. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and personable. The technicians were great. Highly recommended.

UPDATED 6/28 (in response to owner): Eric emailed me, but never mentioned a resolution. He stated he would like to address the situation. Then, he would figure out the breakdowns and use it as a learning experience for his staff. I replied “Honestly, I feel like I’ve wasted enough of my time on this situation”. My original review provided all the info he needed, and it isn’t my responsibility to train his staff. Again, never an apology issued from anybody at the company. The owner doesn’t address why the problem wasn’t fixed on the original visit, why the tech didn’t show up on-time for second visit, or why I have to contact them for itemized billing. However, he did address the pricing which I stated I may have heard incorrectly. The $125 credit in no way is a resolution for these circumstances, as I was astonished that the company would charge me once more for an issue they should have resolved the first time. Lastly, this isn’t a “negative” review; it is an informative and accurate account of my dealings with said company. Remember, it is easy to bask in the glory of the sunshine (positive reviews), but it’s more vital of your actions when the darkness comes.

I decided to use a local company. Called Monday June 11th at 8:23am and left a message. Kenny from service called back within 5 minutes and setup an appointment for the following day. I might have misheard Kenny but I thought he said $125 for service call and $55 for each additional hour of service. The tech, Cole showed up the next day around 8:50am and I explained to him the standing water issue around the HVAC system in my mechanical room. I decided to service the entire air conditioning system to correct the issue. The unit ended up needing 3 lbs of refrigerant ($70/lb), and Cole was finished around 10am. Cole told me the final amount was $445 and I would receive an invoice via email. I should have questioned the pricing at that moment, but I figured I could review the invoice upon receipt for accuracy. I wandered downstairs to my mechanical room around 2:30pm and realized more standing water. I immediately called Kenny, which he said a service person could not come out until tomorrow morning at 7:30am. It wasn’t terribly warm out so I just figured I’d turn off the system. The next morning at 8:20am I called Erickson because the tech hadn’t shown up. Kenny told me the tech went to another job in Coon Rapids instead and should be there next. I told him I had to be somewhere at noon so it had to be before then. Cole showed up around 10:30am with no recollection of being at my house and of course no apology for inconvenience. I followed him down to the mechanical room and he removed the evaporator drain line and blew it clear of debris. He said that was your problem. I questioned him at that time as I thought he said he cleared the line the day before. He then proceeded to charge me another $125 service charge. After Cole left, I immediately called Kenny to dispute the charge. I was met with great defiance and absolutely no understanding. He said things similar to we don’t warranty our work and what do expect from us. He said it was a separate incident as it was the next day. I told him I called 4 hours after first service so I guess it is my problem they couldn’t get back out same day. He finally agreed to refund the second $125 service fee only after he told me how lucky I was to be getting any refund. The next day, I had to email Erickson because I still didn’t have an invoice. As you can see below their invoices have no detailed breakdown of charges. I again emailed Kenny to get an itemization, and he provided an email breakdown (labor 1.5 hours = $235 and 3lbs R-22 refrigerant = $210). The $235 is a little sketchy as it seems they charge $125 service call and $55 for every hour and then round up to the next closest full hour. Again, I might have misheard on the initial call but the tech was here from 8:50am-10am (credit card charge at 10:07am), so just over an hour.

They were great to work with, did the work promptly, were able to diagnose the problem over the phone, encouraged me to schedule them during regular hours so I could save money, and were polite and explained plumbing to me. Great experience, would be happy to have their service again!
We had our air conditioning unit quit on a Friday before a very hot weekend. I called 2 other well known local service dealers who were booking 2 weeks out. It cost a little more but Erickson made it happen and fixed the problem before sunset. Extremely prompt, professional, communicative and knew what they were doing.

A friend recommended Erickson and I’m really glad he did. Almost every other company that I checked was at least $100.00-200.00 more for a toilet install.

We had Erickson do some work for us (slow drains) a few years back, and were pleased then.
Wanted to get two very and inefficient toilets replaced. They gave us a reasonable quote, and patiently answered all our questions.
Gave them a green light and they got us scheduled in pretty quickly. Technician arrived right on time, scoped out the project, gave us a heads-up about possible complications, then got right to work.
We're really glad we had this overdue upgrade, and very pleased with the work done by Erickson.

Ericksons came out for a Furnace tuneup. They were ontime, courteous, professional and explained everything they did. This was super helpful! Great people!
I called Erickson to replace a drum trap, and had saved up a few wishlist items around the house. The fee was a flat-rate time-based fee, and the plumber was able to give time estimates for each project before beginning. I was able to get the most bang-for-my-buck at a rate I felt more than reasonable. I recommended their service to a friend who had a leaky pipe who felt similarly. I had them back to do some gas line work as well and it was a similar experience.
I'm about to call and have them out to work on a valve and drippy tub faucet. I am confident I will have another fine experience.
Each time the contractor was timely, considerate of any mess, pleasant, and capable of explaining the scope of the work. I love not having the shock-numb feeling of getting ripped off.

Best service I’ve had for my furnace. Long story short my furnace was acting up at the end of last winter so I wanted to get it looked at before this winter. I called a different company to come and look at it (D**ns…not to name names) and they told me my furnace was not repairable and needed a new one for $5,000. Needing a second opinion, I called Erikson’s and they were able to get me in right away and were on time for my appointment. The service guy (Cole I think his name was) did the tune up and told me all I needed was a good cleaning on the flame sensor and one small part replaced that only costs me a small amount of money. I really appreciate their customer service and the fact that they didn’t feel the need to push a new furnace on me when all I needed was a tune up. Love their honesty and how fast the service was! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and using them from here on out!

Amazing experience! I called Erickson to get a quote and schedule service to install new flush LED ceiling lights in the living room of our new home, as well as replace some existing older ceiling lights. As we were anxious to have the install completed as soon as we took possession of the house (ahead of furniture being moved in), I did this while we were actually waiting to close on the purchase, so all I could provide was the realtor shots of the home with the areas in which we wanted to work. Zach at Erickson was super friendly and provided a strong and confident quote (with the mutually understood caveat that a final price would obviously be dependent on a pre-install inspection). We booked an inspection date and installation appointment just a few days after the close. We worked with Joe M for both the inspection and installation, and he was spectacular -- amazingly friendly, great advice and guidance, diligent and efficient worker, and treated our home with respect and care. In the end, Joe installed 7 wafer lights (4 of which were replacements of existing fixtures) and 2 new switches with dimmers in the span of about 5 hours, and in the end, the final work looked pristine. If you didn't know he had been there that or weren't previously familiar with the rooms, you'd never know work had just been done. And it all came in right on quote, to boot. I can't wait to call Erickson again for future projects I already have in mind. THANKS, JOE, ZACK & THE ERICKSON TEAM! With a simple change, you've already transformed and upgraded our new home!

We were required to replace an electrical panel 2 weeks prior to closing and after contacting over 5 places, no one was interested in doing the job.
We contacted Erickson and not only were they willing to do the job, they were able to do it within days! Price and customer service was great!

Jeremiah from Erickson Plumbing and Heating come out to my house this week to clean my furnace. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and explained things about my furnace I did not know. My furnace quit working on December 23. It was nighttime and getting cold so I needed service ASAP. I called for service and ended up talking to Tom. He was ready to come and get the furnace working, but based on the symptoms he was able to talk me through the problem and we got it working over the phone! I have an older furnace, so to be able to know off the top of your head how to troubleshoot and fix a problem over the phone shows how talented this guy is.
Tom is a true pro and he saved me a ton of money! I will call Erickson from now on, and hopefully get Tom.
Had Erickson Plumbing out to replace 3 inside the house water shutoff valves (for outside spigots) and 2 sink drains. Job very well done by Erick the plumber! He arrived even a little early today! I would have given 5 stars and added professionalism to the high marks if he would have arrived wearing a mask to protect us from possible covid-19. I was able to most of the time remain 6 feet away from him, but this showed little regard for the customer and cdc/govt warnings for critical businesses to remain open, I hope they mandate this common sense approach until we all figure-out covid 19.
IF Erick comes down with covid-19 in the next 2-9 days, I can only hope Erickson Plumbing informs me of this so I don't unwittingly infect my company of 200 people when I myself go back to work on Monday! I wish I had the confidence that this would happen.

Very friendly team that came out and worked very hard! Very impressed with their professionalism and answered any questions that I had.
We’ve had this company come to our house multiple times for plumbing, and they are excellent every time. Every plumber that has been in our house has been very knowledgeable and clearly knew what they were doing. I can’t say enough about how professional and competent they are — Erickson hires good people.
Just yesterday, we had to have our water heater replaced. It had started leaking and made a big mess on our basement floor. What’s worse, is when I noticed the leak, I went to turn the shut off valve (very old, probably hadn’t been touched in 20+ years), and instead of shutting off the water supply, it started leaking as well. I called Erickson right away. They were able to get somebody to our house same-day (on a Friday in the summer, no less), and were very fair on the price. It was a massive relief to be able to get it fixed so quickly. And the plumber who did the job was top notch.
If you have plumbing needs, I highly recommend this company. They have come multiple times to our house, and it’s been a great experience every time.

Contacted them through their website and all prearrival communications were via email. They gave me an accurate quote off the pictures and requests I emailed them. The tech was on time and was able to complete all the tasks. The tech even was able to get the laundry faucet to mount properly to the sink. Looked like it had never been mounted before that.
Almost 30 year old system and now the blower fan won’t shut off. He looked through all of the potential causes (twice) and gave me his honest opinion to let the fan run because it would likely outlast whatever will eventually kill the old beast. Very kind, knowledgeable and honest.

Todd was our Tech that came out for the estimate and repairs. He was kind, courteous and respectful. He managed to get the job done in the time he had originally estimated, cleaned up any mess that he made too. He mentioned he’s a new Tech for Ericksons, as I had asked if he ever came out to my Edina Property, which is owned by CommonBond Communities, and he stated he is fairly new so wasn’t sure if he had worked there. Erickson's price was half the price of a well-known competitor. Our water heater started leaking the day before a 2-week vacation. While they couldn't replace it the same day, they came into our house and installed the new water heater and removed the old one. The new water heater is great! They kept in touch and updated us. Very friendly staff.
Our circuit breaker apparently wasn't working correctly when the new water heater was installed. The Erickson's technician called an electrician to correct the problem and didn't charge us because we had a lot going on in our lives and he thought we didn't need any more stress. What a great company - not many places would do that! I'm glad we hired them and I would hire them again. Five stars! I'd give them more if that were an option.

Recently had an outdoor Faucet replaced. Their office staff (Kendra) was very helpful and informative. The tech was efficient and professional. The results and cost we well within what I expected to pay.i I will not hesitate to use Erickson again.

Erickson Plumbing, Heating, & Air did an excellent job in replacing our old and leaking outdoor water spigots. I called for an appointment on 6/9/23 and was able to get an appointment within a few days. Brent, was our plumber, was on time, professional, and explained what needed to be repaired. He worked really quickly and took way less time than what we previously were quoted by other companies. Plus, the bill was half of what we were expecting. Erickson’s is now our go to for plumbing! They installed highly efficient heat pump AC system for which I had already purchased equipment. Involved removal of old air handler in attic and outside condenser, some duct reconfiguration, new line set, thermostat and minor rewiring. Considering their unfamiliarity with the Blue Ridge brand I purchased, all went very well and system works well. They were neat, efficient and their team were all pleasant, hardworking and helpful. Never had a better HVAC contractor in the 32 years in my home. This industry in my experience is too often pushing unnecessary service and equipment replacement with big markups on unsuspecting consumers . And too often the quality of the installation or service is poor...very similar to used car type experiences. Erickson is refreshingly different and I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again on other projects. A big plus is that they can do their own custom ductwork fabrication in house and dont need subcontractors....the electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs are in house and jobs get done quickly with accountability.

My Boiler would not kick in because my chimney top draft inducer wasn’t working properly. After two other other Heating and Air companies could not figure out, because it was an upgraded through the MAC sound abatement program, MAC told me to call Erickson’s.
Jason from Erickson’s traced it to a faulty Airetrak control unit and fixed it. If you have problems with your heating system and MAC did the upgrades awhile back, give Erickson’s a call. Your wasting your time calling anyone else because they are the go to company for MAC sound abatement and the others can’t help you.

Our commercial facility in downtown Minneapolis was having problems with its AC system since we installed NEST thermostats.
We contacted Erickson Mechanical to set up an AC inspection.
They were responsive and on time for the appointment and the service tech (Jeremiah) was professional and able to diagnose the problem. He made some wiring adjustments to align better with the NEST programming and our facility AC issues were rectified.
Mr. Jason is amazing! He knew so quickly what was the problem of our heater. He found out that the thermostat itself was the problem and not the wire connecting from it to the heater. I am so glad he came over early to help us. He was able to run our heater. It is our first time to get Erickson service and I say you have an amazing crew! He is a keeper! Update: The overall installation of the HVAC system went smoothly.
However, the follow up Erickson's did regarding the scheduling of the city inspectors was absolutely horrendous. We scheduled 3 different full days with an Erickson Plumbing/Heating employee to block off entire days to wait for the City inspector to show for the inspection of the electrical on the the Unit.
All three times Erickson's assured us someone would be coming from the City to inspect the electrical connection. Granted we know this is a separate entity than Erickson's Company, however they are still responsible for ensuring the task is completed per the contract and agreement. All three days wasted waiting.... and waiting..... and waiting....
A suggestion would be to have the Erickson's Manager call the supervisor of the City employee who continually failed to show at the address as promised. GET THE PROBLEM FIXED! Use problem solving techniques and fix the solution rather than just scheduling another time slot in which a no show would transpire.
Satisfied with the quality of work, but dissatisfied with the problem solving, intellect and ability to adjust to a changing environment.
Update: called them out to fix the HVAC system they installed 3 years ago.... they said it’d only be a $180 call out. Turned out to be $500 because the technician they sent was brand new or it seemed like it because he didn’t know how to do anything and therefore had to call someone and have another tech on the phone walk him through on how to fix it. They charged me the time for his ignorance!!! Horrible company.

Slow, sloppy, rude, and take every possible shortcut. They make excuses for their grumpy and sloppy team members and say 'but their great at their job'...no they are not.
Updated 2022. Our project part of MAC noise mitigation. 2 and 1/2 years later still trying to get the project done correctly to cool our house and now also dealing with vibration damage from Erickson turning up motors above factory settings.
June 2022 update: October 2021, here we are in June 2022 and little has been done.
October 2022 update: still trying to get vibration damage corrected and fixes to cool entire house. Ericksons, MAC and Crossroads won't return calls or emails.

Have used them twice now for electrical work. The larger job was adding about a dozen outlets and some light switches to a basement. I've Had two different electricians but both were very professional and knowledgeable about their work and making sure the work was up to code. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

My partner Cat and I needed a new water heater since our old one was leaking everywhere! Roy from Erickson came to replace the old one with the new one. We rent our townhouse and as far as maintenance goes we don't always receive the best customer service the maintenance usually leave their shoes on, make messes that we end up cleaning, and over all just seem bothered by any questions we may have!
So having Roy in our home today was Amazing! We felt free to ask any questions we had which Roy was able to answer, he laid down tarps to walk in and out of our house, and left our place cleaner than he found it! And we keep a clean house! Roy was really nice and his customer service was outstanding, my partner and I would both choose to have Roy back for all our Erickson needs! We will be making sure to ask for Roy every time and so should you!

Had them out a year ago for a malfunctioning AC. Didn't know much about it. A couple guys from Erickson stopped by and said we needed to replace the AC unit for a cost upwards of 8k. Thought that was fishy. Asked a second opinion from a different contractor and was quoted $400-600 for malfunctioning vents. Erickson also did a poor job of work on repairing leaky faucet, one job needed a second repair a year later from a different contractor. Shop around and don't take their first offer. I was offered a bill credit for some mistakes they made, rather just wash my hands completely of this company. Warned friends and neighbors.
I have used Erickson's for a complete HVAC system replacement and multiple plumbing jobs. They are competitive and go the extra mile. I recommend them to everyone. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

We bought a house knowing that the outlets needed to be grounded. I scheduled a time for someone to come take a look and give us a free estimate. Joe arrived and I told him what we wanted done and he did a very thorough job walking through the house, checking outlets, and explaining things. It took some time before we had the finances to schedule the actual work, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they were able to get us on the schedule within 8 days from my calling to schedule. I was also happy that Joe was able to come back to do the installation as he already knew what we were working with. The job ended up taking slightly longer than expected because of some faulty wiring in the house, but Joe was sure to check in when his estimated time was up and give a progress report and make sure I was okay with him continuing work. The total cost ended up being almost spot on with the estimate. I really appreciate the thoroughness of Joe's work and will certainly be reaching out to Erickson to schedule future projects.

I have an old house on the westside of Saint Paul that didn't come with a lot of good spots to plug into, no outdoor outlets, and no really good lighting options in my unfinished basement. Erickson Plumbing is THE BEST company I have ever hired for HVAC work and I don't say that lightly. I owned a townhome I was selling and the air conditioning fan motor blew out shortly before the closing date with the new buyers - this was during the hot Summer.
I originally went with another (unnamed) HVAC company who ordered a new fan motor. They didn't come through after an entire month waiting and no AC so...
Three days before closing I had enough of this (unnamed) company so called Erickson. They not only got me a new unit to install that same day but actually moved me to the top of their long list of install appointments to get it installed on closing day of the townhome. They literally moved heaven and earth to make this happen.
I can't express how Erickson truly cares for and cuts through for their customers no matter what it takes. They should receive some sort of major city award for their service!

Everything from start to finish was a fabulous experience. I was very stressed out when I called initially as my water heater rusted out on a Sunday morning and my basement was flooded. I called and was quoted the usual pricey emergency quote and I couldn't afford it, but they called me back soon thereafter and talked me out of my panic mode by helping me solve the immediate issue so I can wait until Monday for normal service. Just for this, I was so thankful.
The tech - Mike P - showed up on time, stuck to their quote, went above and beyond with their repair, and was polite the entire journey. Definitely will use their service again. The technician was really cool and friendly as well. Wonderful experience for sure - despite the fact it all stemmed from a crumby emergency situation. Everyone I worked with was fantastic.

Had a really great experience with this company and the worker they sent (Joe). The initial call for a quote was professional and friendly, competitive with cost and easy to schedule. Furnace went out in middle of night. They came out the next afternoon. The problem was found to be a limit switch Which was not available until the next day. Erickson brought over some heaters to prevent freezing of pipes. Next day it was fixed. Two days later the same part blew. I made an appointment for service but due to an over thought I was forgotten about.when I called again they had someone over pretty quick. Again had to wait a day to get the part but they took care of me. All three service guys I met were helpful and personable. I would recommend them and use them again.

Good service, got me taken care of quickly.
May not have been least expensive. And had to come back next day to do the job. Not the correct ductwork on the truck first time. But the guys were a pleasure to deal with. The office gal took care of the permit so the city would have all the correct paperwork for my rental inspection.
Plumber was supposed to hook up the dishwasher. Dishwasher does not work, saying water pressure / hose error. Brand new dishwasher that was professionally installed. It’s been well over a month and still no resolution in site.
Update- plumber came back out and fixed dishwasher. Apparently there was a mix up with my contractor company. Still not happy they had to come out again to fix it after not doing it correctly the first time. But the guy the second time was nice and professional.
Brent came to look at a slow drip in the main water line just before the main water shutoff valve for the house. He was pretty sure it just needed tightening at the union, but he also thought that the valve itself should be replaced with a better quality valve. We agreed to have that done, even though it would require someone from the city to come out to shut the water off at the street. We paid for the initial evaluation, then for the 2nd visit to actually do the job. He did a professional job, and all is good. It would have been nice if the cost of the initial visit was credited against the repair visit, but I guess that’s not how it works. He did give us a $50 discount however, so that is appreciated.
Had someone come out to figure out some electrical issues at my house a few months back. The service on the phone was professional, the person who came out was punctual and professional, but they figured out nothing. They chalked up some lights being dimmer and flickering to the grid throttling power to the house, which I doubt. They did a good job explaining, but they also rambled throughout the process. This turned a 20-30 minute job to a 65 minute job, where they charged two hours for. I feel like I just threw away $300.
Professional and job completed timely & questions were answered regarding water heater. We thought hot water wasn't up and running but it just took longer then the required 1 hour, probably 24 hrs for full hot water. They were going to have a service tech come back out to check but called to informed it was already resolved.
Installer was friendly and fast. Walked me through everything he did and how to maintain my new water heater.

No surprisingly, there were a few items that needed to be addressed after the pipes were installed and Erickson's promptly and courteously responded to all of my concerns.

We had a good experience using Erickson to install a new continuous bath fan in our old home that didn’t have a fan in the main bathroom. They were prompt with giving me an estimate and scheduling. The service was punctual, professional, quick, and cleaned up spotless after the job was done.
They always show up on time, keep me informed and actually fix what doesn't work. They usually have the part with them which is fab. Great Company!!

I had an awesome experience with Erickson Plumbing! I needed a water shut-off valve replaced before installing a new washing machine. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and I appreciated the automatic email and text reminders. The day-of reminder even included a picture of my technician so I’d know who’s coming.
Brent arrived on time, was super courteous and very knowledgeable. Since he was here, he suggested he replace two valves since the 2nd one was okay, but would need to be replaced at some point and that would save me a future service call/fee. He showed me what he was doing and quickly finished the job.

Great service! Walked me through what parts we needed to order (I ordered them myself through Moen because of their warranty). Took care of the repair and a small leak he noticed. Joe did a great job replacing my water softner and valve. He was professional and checked out the equipment to make sure everything was working correctly. Good work and good value, I will use Ericksons for future work.
Called 1am on 11/12/18 and got told we would get a call back for the emergency electrician, didn't get a call until 7:30 to schedule an appointment. Seeing it's Minnesota, our house is freezing. We believe our electricity went out around 10:30-11:30pm on 11/11/18. We ended up calling someone else who won't be out until later this morning. If you say you are an emergency electrician and say dispatch will call for an emergency electrician, then follow through, if your not sending someone at least let the potential client know.

especially Matt, he is a perfectionist. He doesn't do anything halfway, he takes pride in his work.
I had an issue with my water heater staying lit. Cole came out and was able to identify a larger issue with the venting of my water heater & furnace. After only an hour we had the vent cap opened up and venting properly. Not only is the water heater staying lit, we also have less water/ice on the windows because the moisture is no longer trapped in the house.
Cole did a great job and I will defiantly be using Erickson for plumbing, HVAC & electrical needs going forward.

Highly recommend Erickson! They were super quick to respond, my appointment was schedule promptly the very next morning, and Jeremiah, my technician, arrived early with my approval that the earlier time worked. The cost of AC repair was reasonable, and Jeremiah provided very helpful tips, especially as we consider replacement in the future (as both our AC and furnace are very old). Thanks, again! We will be getting an estimate from Erickson!

I had the pleasure of getting MAC work done in our old home in Minneapolis. All the workers took tremendous care in setting up air conditioning in our ductless home. They were careful not to damage anything, were very aware of aesthetics throughout the project, and always were respectful, worked cleanly and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Erickson's for any of their services. They are invested in quality work.

Erickson installed a Reznor heater in my garage. There were a couple of scheduling issues, but they did communicate well about those and every worked out nicely in the end. Both the gas and electric technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did good work. Will definitely be using them again!

Had to get an outlet installed for our sump pump and Erickson was very professional and quick and definitely a great value. Showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves which doesn't happen all the time! Definitely would recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

The service was to install a brand new dual fuel downdraft kitchen range, which included hvac, gas and electrical hookup. I purchased the range from Best Buy and their contracted company could not install the range even though I paid for them to install it. Best Buy left me with no option except to find my own way to get the range installed. Having no experience and no other support, i contacted a local mechanical contractor company. After not showing up at the initial appointment time , I decided this company did not hire good people and I did not hire them to do the job.
I found Erickson from an internet search . I called and spoke with a gentleman who asked me questions about my range and looked up the manual. We agreed on an appointment time. The person showed up without he appointment window and worked diligently to problem solve my situation. His name was Cole. Very friendly , and hard working and responsible. My situation requires a follow up service and the next person , Jason, arrived on time and successfully performed the job.
I have had interactions with at least four people from this company, in person or on the phone and all of them are professional, courteous, and well serving. They are a very good company I would call back in the future.

My sump pump stopped working and it's been a very wet winter/ spring so we really needed it. I called and Erickson's was up front about their pricing and I was able to get an appointment the next day. They sent a message with the techs picture so I knew who to expect, he did a great job! He checked out the problem, replaced and unclogged the drain pipe all in about an hour. Will definately be saving their contact information to use again.

My husband and I had a good experience with this company. We thought we had a toilet that exhibited a leak as there was an orange looking stain on our floor tile that appeared to possibly be a calcium deposit stain which could be obtained from moisture.
Keith who was the technician, examined the toilet and advised the toilet was solidly installed and sealed with a silicone sealer.
Since Keith could not find a visible issue and was already at our home, he asked to see our hot water tank which was fine. However, he noticed that our water softener head had a crack and started to leak.
The gist is, that we were made aware of the problem as it must of just happened recently since we did not see this problem a couple of days ago in our basement and called the water softener company immediately to resolve the issue.
We would recommend this company from our own experience and many other good reviews with an A+ rating from BBB.
I did a job for Erickson Plumbing (Zack Erickson) .Zack called to do a welding job for him on a water line in St Paul. I told Zack I needed how close I could get my truck to the job as I need to be within 150' to reach with my leads.Zack said I reach it from side door. When I got to job. There was no way I could reach it from side door no park zone,& they had cast iron fittings to weld in water line (heating line ,not water line).Any body that knows any about commercial plumbing knows you can weld cast iron fittings in steel pipe. But I had to argue with their plumber to get me the right steel fittings to do the

I didn’t think I would find a company that could come out this afternoon as it was getting late but Erickson said they could. The service professional talked to me while in route and helped turn off the water heater which was out of control hot. He surveyed the situation and I decided I needed a new unit . Polite, efficient and professional .
