We had planned to have Blue Yeti do HVAC installation on a home we hoped to purchase but that fell through. We have have had them replace some plumbing and do HVAC maintenance and the jobs have been done really well. They do a great job communicating before they begin work.

We have had Blue Yeti out to replace an A/C and furnace as well as minor plumbing issues. They have been extremely responsive and prompt. They were the only ones able to get an A/C unit within the week when other companies were quoting 2+weeks. I recommend them to everyone I know.

My shower faucet broke off of the pipe due to an unfortunate series of events. I have friends coming to stay with me and asked how long it would be to get it taken care of. During a toilet replacement in our basement bathroom the bolt broke and required the excavation of the original 1926 soil pipe. It took only 6 hours to jackhammer the original cement, reroute the soil pipe and vent pipe and pour new concrete. Mark and Chris used tarps to keep the stairs clean and promptly hauled out all of the mess. Blue Yeti has always been quick to respond, courteous, and have delivered excellent workmanship.

I found Blue Yeti through Google Search and read the reviews, which being positive, gave me confidence in choosing them to add a new natural gas connection for my outside BBQ grill. Besides the small hiccup in getting back to me with the first call made to the answering service, a simple reminder call I needed to make a couple of days later, and I was in the system. Communication was great, from emails to txt messaging, and even when I needed to adjust the appointment less than 24 hours, they made adjustments. Chris was great, fast and did a great job. I was grilling hamburgers later that evening.

Have called on Blue Yeti multiple times in the past year. Always very responsive and thorough. Had a serviceman actually stick around over 15min after his work was done to verify the fixes had fully resolved our heating issues.

Blue Yeti has replaced and updated every mechanical system in my newly purchase house that had been sorely neglected. The HVAC, water softener, water heater, and sump pump are now all in tip top shape. The team is superb and spent multiple visits debugging the setup to get it functioning as perfectly as possible.

Before Blue Yeti, I received multiple quotes from other plumbers some of whom either quoted me an absurd amount for replacing my whole house’s pipes or full-on refused to work on my precarious albeit non-urgent pipe leak because it’s galvanized steel.

My experience with Blue Yeti has been nothing short of perfect. Here’s how it went:

1. They answered the phone super fast, listened to what I had to say and sent someone over the day after for an assessment and a quote. Remember, it wasn’t an emergency!

2. They sent over Chris who’s not only is super knowledgeable and clear, he was also very open to my obnoxious questions and requests… I’m genuinely impressed by how open he was to my weird requests. Chris was quick to point out the scare tactics from other plumbers and quoted me a VERY reasonable price.

3. Even though we scheduled our repair for 2 weeks out, the issue got slightly worse, so I decided to go out on a limb and give them a call to see if we can move the repair up to an earlier time. They moved it up by over a week, no questions asked. Talk about accommodating!

4. Due to the appointment’s move, Chris wasn’t able to make it, so John did. John was extremely courteous when my pretty annoying dog, Henry, jumped on him full speed (sorry!). John was also just as clear and honest about what’s needed for a worst case scenario, which I really appreciated!

5. John kept me in the loop throughout his work giving me updates on necessary changes and mitigations he was able to make to the puzzle of a repair job I gave him.

6. When done, John showed me the (clean) work of art he was able to achieve AND delighted me with a “I managed to fix it with less work and materials than originally expected, so the amount billed to you will be 30% less than we originally quoted you” (paraphrase). Are you kidding me!? If this is not enough of a reason for a 5-star review, I don’t know what is. And have I mentioned his work was just [chef’s kiss]?

As a newer company, Blue Yeti ranked 3rd when searching for ductless maintenance. The first place I called said they wouldn't service my unit because they didn't install it??? (not mentioned on their website) and the second place rudely said they would maybe have time to schedule me 3-4 months into next year.

John from Blue Yeti came out the next day and tuned up my unit in record time and for half the price. He also noticed that the installers didn't setup the unit in an optimal spot (not surprising as I had other issues with them) and he offered to come back in the Spring/Summer to test and verify.

Meanwhile he answered a couple of other plumbing questions (they do this as well) and cleaned my downstairs neighbor's unit at no additional cost! I signed up for their annual service plan and will gladly recommend their services to anyone. Was a pleasure doing business with a local company that cares about customer service and the work they do.

They were scheduled to arrive between 1 and 3 pm on the day that I called. At Noon, I got a text that he was on his way. Fortunately, I had just finished my last errand and got home a few minutes after he arrived.
The toilet was seriously clogged. He used the auger and voila, it was unclogged.

Woke up this morning to water all over the utility room floor due to a leak at the water meter. I called Blue Yeti around 8:30 and they had Chris at the house by 11:30.

Unfortunately he could not fix the leak until the City came out to turn off the water at the street. I called the City, they came out to turn off the water, and Chris came back around 1:00 to address the issue.

When he was done with his repair, I told him I was worried that the only way to see if everything was OK was for the City to come back and turn the water back on. He understood, was not offended, and offered to wait for them to do that.

Well it is a good thing he did because there was still a small leak with a part that could only be supplied by the City. So the City returned to their shop to get the part, Chris replaced it, and everything is good now.

Thank you for the promptness and flexibility. This could have been a real disaster going into a 3 day holiday weekend!

John installed a UV air purification system in my HVAC unit to reduce allergens, particulate and kill bacteria/viruses. He was on time, the cost was as promised and the installation was done as explained. Our air is cleaner and we are healthier this winter as a result of this system.

Chris from Blue Yeti Services did an excellent job on our our new toilet installation. He notified us when he was on the way to our house, and arrived on time. Chris was very professional and polite. He had our new toilet installed in well less than an hour. The cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Blue Yeti Services for plumbing and HVAC services.

I finally have a plumbing company that I trust!!!! I know it’s not always feasible, but when you can, take your time and do your research. When it comes to homeownership, I’ve always had issues finding a plumber. Blue Yeti Services, was prompt in answering my initial request. Arrived on time for the estimate. And completed the service without any issue. The overall experience was seamless. Which is rare when it comes to most home issues. I highly recommend!!!

Clayton came out to look at our furnace and gave clear explanations for what he found and what he tried. Its an old system so we were expecting the worst. Clayton laid out options for us and did a nice job explaining everything.

Mark serviced and cleaned our ancient boiler. Great communication and friendly, prompt service. Price was unbeatable and Mark performed all the same services that another of the bigger companies was quoting 2.5 times the cost. Will definitely hire them again in the spring to service my a/c unit.

Chayton was great. Did a regular tune up of my furnace, checked the health and went through his report. Great value, super easy to book with good communication. Mind you, he showed up on time in the middle of a snowstorm too, which is a great sign of time management.

I think I’ve finally found my go to company and will be booking my AC tune up come spring time with them!

Have used them twice now, once for a fairly big plumbing job and another time for what turned out to be a (thankfully) minor one. Techs have always been solid and when there was a problem with the initial work on the fairly big job, John made it right right away.

Blue Yeti was great, they analyzed my AC system and resolved the immediate situation and gave me advice about future replacement that may be needed in the future. Reasonable pricing and very professional. Will definitely use again.

Had a small leak in water pipe in basement. Scheduled an assessment online for next day. Plumber showed up early, looked at issue, had the parts, gave me a quote, finished the work and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Second job in our house we have had them complete and both were great--we will use them again!

John did the plumbing on my 2 bathroom remodel. It is a 100+ year old house that was remodeled in the 90’s, so it was a mix of old and new. John did a great job figuring out how to reroute all of the plumbing to make the new layout work.

Had a leak in an old galvanized pipe. Called Yeti and they came out the very same day for a diagnosis and estimate. Needed a bit more information and once we provided it they weee back out the very next day to fix our issue. Our tech was Mark who was extremely professional, courteous and thorough in his work. Would highly recommend Yeti to anyone.

Blue Yeti was great. Used them for an issue with my water heater and gas leak repair. The technician, Mark was professional and understood my issue and how to resolve it quickly. Blue Yeti was able to accommodate my schedule and fit me in same day to avoid cold showers, no laundry and dirty dishes piling up. Definitely will use them again.

I was so impressed by the service from Blue Yeti. I called for AC service at 9AM and had someone here to diagnose our AC issues by 10:30. Communication throughout the process was fantastic - phone calls and updates throughout the day as parts were being located, ordered, and installed. The owner even stopped by to check in and evaluate our overall AC and furnace issues - they are old and on the brink of needing a full replacement. Our AC was fixed by midday. No one wants to wake up in the middle of the night in a heat wave to their AC not working. Blue Yeti was able to make it out that same day and complete the repairs at a fraction of the cost of a more well-known company. Super quick response in the evening, outside of normal business hours for a leaking pipe. Gave a quote after coming out to assess and was able to repair the leak as well as install new shutoff valves for our water main since they were no longer function. Chris was quick and did high quality work. He was as quiet as possible and was very professional. We would definitely recommend Blue Yeti and would definitely use their services again.

Called to reseat 10 year old toilet due to finding what looked like small water stains on ceiling below the toilet above it. John, the owner answered the phone on a Friday afternoon, and was extremely responsive, scheduling a plumber to come out immediately the next Monday to take a look. Chris and his partner, whom he was training, arrived on time and Chris knew right away there was a problem since the shut off valve to the toilet was stuck, and then discovered there was a leak in the main shut off water valve coming into our 60 year old house, and the one going to the rest of the house, so both 60 year old valves needed to be replaced. Since the water could not be shut off that day, Chris immediately made arrangements to come back 3 days later to replace the main shut off valves, reseat the toilet to look for any water damage, and contacted the city of Edina to come out and shut off the water to our house before they arrived. Chris gave us a detailed estimate for the work and also told us that there would only be a difference of about 20 dollars more to put in a new toilet, so we opted to buy a new toilet. We appreciated his troubleshooting skills, his honest assessment, recommendations, the fair estimate and how quickly he made arrangements with his company and the city to return in 3 days. He also checked another toilet valve and found that one stuck.
When they returned, Chris replaced both main water valves in the basement, installed new shut off valves for 2 toilets, called the city to return to turn on the water, while his partner removed and installed the new toilet. The work was completed in under 3 hours including clean up. We were very happy with their hard work and how professional they were. However, later we noticed the new toilet wobbled a bit upon use, so we called and they returned early the next day and retightened the bolts. Again we were happy with how responsive the owner was and how quickly they could return. Several months later when cleaning the base of the toilet one of the bolts came out. My husband thought it was broken which seemed odd. Again, John the owner, was very responsive, apologetic and determined to make it right. He made arrangements to come out with his crew within a few days to assess the situation. They pulled the new toilet and found immediately that the old bolt had been installed instead of the new one and it was an error on their part. They again apologized, recleaned the base, reset the toilet with new bolts. We realize that mistakes happen, especially when training new staff, but we were very impressed that they owned up to their mistake and were determined to make it right. It is refreshing to deal with such an honest, ethical company and a family run business. It is difficult to deal with plumbing issues in older homes, especially toilets. Kudos to John the owner and to his staff, especially Chris who has excellent assessment skills and found the leakages in our main valves. It also turned out that there was no water damage to the flooring where the toilet was replaced which was a huge relief! Thank you very much Blue Yeti. A happy and satisfied customer.
