This was the first time my partner and I owned a home with a ductless A/C unit and just lived with semi functioning units for a full year before deciding to get them maintained.I was suprised and happy that from the moment I called Standard Heating and Cooling that we could get someone to come by within a week to clean our units and see if they needed any other maintenance.Nate (hope I remembered his name correctly!) came by and was kind enough to show me some basic maintenance things I could do for our units at home in between the annual cleanings our units would need to be running smoothly.We did need one unit deep cleaned, and Eric was incredibly friendly to us and our cats while being politely professional to show us what this unit looked like before and after the deep clean so we could see for ourselves the difference.All of our unit's now run with equal strength and it's so helpful for our sleep to have an efficiently running cool home in these last few days of summer.Thank you so much for your reliability, friendly nature, and sense of professionalism in helping folks like us learn about maintaining our ductless A/C unit!

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Michael was very professional and friendly. He gave me quotes of what things would cost. Michael finished my shower faucet within an hour! Would recommend.

My wife and I had a bid to replace two outside lights along with two dimmer switches for interior space. Even with us providing the dimmer switches the bid was nearly $600! Keep in mind that is is maybe 45-75 minutes worth of work. I asked the tech what the hourly rate was and he would not answer. He also tried to sell us a whole house surge protection package that was over $2000 for our newer construction home. The worst part was after not agreeing to the work, we still had to pay a $99 trip charge. Insulting. We found another licensed electrician to do the work for $200. Stay away from this outfit.

Technician was was very helpful. MSP does significant up-charging and it seems all their technicians are strongly encouraged to do this when quoting services. A free service turned into a $4000 quote with what seemed to be unnecessary items. When we had a water heater installed two years ago, a smaller plumber did it for a quarter of the price. They tried to price match after we got a second quote. Feel free to push them on the pricing.

Andrew and Ed were amazing! They helped fix a leak in our gas line. They took the time to explain what was going on and how they were going to fix it. I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work.

Fast, same day service to thaw my frozen line. A little expensive, but what isn't these days.

Called them to unclog a drain that I had already tried to do myself. Easy scheduling even on a Sunday for service on Monday, prompt arrival at the agreed time even though roads were icy. Mark our technician was great and respected our home by wearing booties and used the right equipment to get the job done! Great job!
