Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

We are very happy with the services we have gotten from Homework’s. Doctor Peterson took care of our furnace needs. Jeremy Petersen was very knowledgeable and helpful with our plumbing problems.

UPDATED: After GE repair came out and confirmed it was a pressure issue from the sink valve and not the fridge, I called Dean's back and they sent a different tech back out who tested the pressure, put in a different supply line and had everything working perfectly within minutes. They honored my original trip charge and I am now a relieved and grateful customer. Thankful they took the time to help make things right. I have changed my rating from three stars to five.ORIGINAL POST: Had an issue with a water leak due to well-intentioned handyman hooking up my refrigerator water line wrong. Thought Dean's would just hook it up correctly since a) they are pros and b) I explained what I needed when I called them for help.Just be sure they can do the work before you invite them out. I paid $225 to be told they don't service refrigerators and that I should also hire them to redo all my kitchen sink plumbing (had new valves installed by a professional plumber a year ago with zero issues), and run copper pipe water line to the fridge because mice will chew thru what I have (I don't have mice) ... and also got the info on their $99/year membership plan.That was a painful way to be separated from my hard-earned cash. Although the guy might have been nice, I won't call Dean's ever again.

Rob is FANTASTIC! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He has a problem solver mindset and clearly enjoys what he does and helping people. The clean out in my basement was covered by previous owners during a remodel. He inspected the plumbing and the stack, theorized where the clean out was and called the city of Mtka to get the floor plans and confirm! (He was right - it was where he thought it would be). Talk about going above and beyond! 1 in 100 plumbers would do that, in my experience. Then he and his crew got after it and did a quality job. I was in the other room while he was working and I could hear him talking to his crew mate, saying things like I want to be sure we do this right. So rare to find someone this good, thorough, and vested in his work. Thank you, Rob! You are a true gem!

Called them to unclog a drain that I had already tried to do myself. Easy scheduling even on a Sunday for service on Monday, prompt arrival at the agreed time even though roads were icy. Mark our technician was great and respected our home by wearing booties and used the right equipment to get the job done! Great job!
