Within a couple hours of my initial call for a plumbing issue, Luke and Josh arrived and were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! They helped me speak to my home warranty company and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue and gave me tips and tricks to help avoid any future issues. After giving us advice over the phone, Ken's Sewer Service came out and spent four (4!) hours digging ten (10!) years worth of tree roots out of our main sewer line. Their prompt and professional response saved us from a much, much worse situation. Thank you so much!!

I called Ken and Clog-B-Gone in the morning to schedule an afternoon appointment ( initially 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. ) to clear a clogged main floor sewer drain line. This particular day was snowing badly, all day. Ken called me around the time we had scheduled the service call and informed me that, due to some difficulties on some earlier jobs that his technician would be running late. I have personally done enough plumbing to know that such circumstances are the rule rather than the exception. It was getting late in the day and I was starting to wonder if Clog-B-Gone might have to cancel and re-schedule, but lo and behold their technician showed around 5:00 and augured the main line out to the street and got my drain flowing again. This drain was completely clogged and I was much relieved and grateful that Clog-B-Gone didn't cancel on me, worked late to get the job done under difficult conditions. Will use again and recommend.

Roman dahms is a very nice person he serviced the kitchen sink and cleared what ever it was in the kitchen sink, me and my husband used all sorts or fluids especially seasonings and what not. Most importantly we recommend them.....

We were in a situation that needed to be fixed rt away and Joe did a great job but when we called ask price and availability the owner quoted a price but when Joe finished the job it wasn't the price the owner quoted it was almost twice that amount we were not told that that service charge price was just to walk thru my door the work that was done was on top of the service charge
Meaning after 6pm on a Sunday was 250 to walk in my door and another 219 on top of that to snake my floor drain. Wow what a shock that was

Disappointed in this company, you must provide a conditional baseline pricing over the phone. They needed to send a technician to quote the job. Main drain clogged was quoted at $330. It's under a 100 ft job that would take probably a half hour. I just don't have time to deal with it this time. $160-170 is the going rate around town. Again, if that's your rate, so be it. But if you would have told me the starting rate was over $200 over the phone I would have said no thanks and saved both our time. Instead I waited hours for a technician to come tell me it was way out of my willing budget.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
