Technician showed respect for my home, had the right tools and the expertise to fix my problem quickly and neatly.

Went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issues. 1st plumber was having trouble clearing the drain and they sent a 2nd team, at no additional cost, to help.Basement got wet and they sent a team of cleaners, with dryers, at no additional cost. Could not say enough about their professionalism and concern for my home. Would recommend to all.

Had Mike over for 2 different jobs at my house. He was prompt, professional, and kept me informed of what and why he was doing the steps during the procedure. He answered questions, was thourough and kept a positive attitude. I wanted the job to be done right and Mike fulfilled that. We are happy with the resultsk, the workmanship, the cleanliness of Mike's work, and at no time , did I feel that i payed for anything less than A+ work, 100% tip top results .

You can never plan an unexpected emergency, nerveless a free moment in your schedule to fix a kitchen problem. Roto-Rooter was able to fix our kitchen issue within hours allowing our busy family to not break stride from our tremendously action packed schedule. Seems to be a yearly event to have my basement drain back up mid-December (I have a tree over my very old sewer line). I'm glad I can rely on Roto Rooter to get here quickly (within 24 hours every time) to clean out the drain. Every time they've been great to work with. The techs are professional and get the job done quickly and efficiently. They're the first call I make when I have plumbing problems.

Very long story short, we found out when selling our home that there was a break in our line out to the sewer and there was no front cleanout to be found. After having 4 other plumbers out to our house and getting nowhere with schedules and quotes, Matt came out, got us quoted and did the clean out same day. Two days later, the sewer line was fixed! We could not be happier with service we received from Matt and his crew (plus our dog, Sonny, adored him!). As we move to our new home, we’ll keep Matt’s number handy for any future plumbing needs!

Our tech was Derek #4349. Very polite, courteous and professional service tech. He explained pricing and steps he would take to clear blocked toilet. We have a 6-3 and 2 year old. I was sure something got flushed, thought it was a plastic block or toy. I was wrong, Derek pulled a full size tube of toothpaste out. Go figure. Thanks Derek and Great job Roto Rooter.Would recommend to anyone.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
