Jake The Plumber did an awesome job fixing my copper water pipes around my water heater and new water softener. The technicians were very knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. They also quickly installed a relief valve for my outside water spicket, no better plumber to call in the Woodbury, MN area!

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

Pablo came out at 7, cleaned the main line drain and a branch line, fixed the problem. Only company of 8 I called to be able to come out same day evening. Price was right too.

Plumber failed to apply discount when asked. Company gave me the run around when I complained, promised call back , after a week and a google review they did call.

We had a severe root infestation in our sewer line, a potentially short time away from catastrophic sewer back-up flooding. Bill and Joe did an excellent job remedying the root situation and educating me on how to prevent future problems. Thanks guys!!

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

Brad was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. Definitely will be recommending to friends and family when plumbing/drain issues arise!

Our kitchen sink would not drain and needed it repaired ASAP. They sent a plumber quickly and Brian was extremely knowledgeable and fixed our problem in a timely manner. I also really appreciated how he walked me through what was causing the plug, the estimate and ways to ensure that it does not happen again. I would highly recommended Roto-Rooter.

Don't waste your time setting up an appointment with Roto-Rooter they will not show. Do yourself a favor and call another more reliable company. Had an appointment set in advance for today, waited around all day and no one showed. Received a call after 6pm asking if anyone stopped out from someone who works the call center. I said no and that I mine as well cancel because its clear no one is going to come out. The call center said ok, canceling your appointment and hung up. No offers to reschedule or make up for the no show. So again do yourself a favor and call a more reliable company.
