Good work(from previous service), but am finding a different vendor because as I was talking to a person in the office, I was asked to schedule my service appointment via their website. Not a big deal; but I was talking to a human at the moment.
Also, I am not a big fan of virtue signaling. 'identifies as black owned'. I don't care. You are a person to me, not a color. Just do the work that you commit to, oh yeah, I need to interact with your website, not a person.

Andrew - very knowledgeable and efficient. We had an issue that was not resolved through another company and after explaining the situation Andrew was able to diagnose and fix our problem.

We had a drain clog backup that caused water to cover our entire basement. I called Ken’s around 6pm and they were over in about 30 minutes. The completed the job in a short time and the price was fair. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber in the metro area!

Outstanding speed and quality of service! I called at 5pm, and the service was completed exactly two hours later! The tech Mike called on his way, showed up soon thereafter, assessed the problem, and cleared the drain quickly. During the visit, Mike was thorough, informative, and left the areas he worked very clean. I also paid exactly what I expected as Ted at dispatch asked a few questions initially to give me an idea what it would cost and how much more it would be if extra work was required. This is a plus! Basement had a clogged sewer pipe that was backing up that we noticed last night. Called this morning and they were out the same day. Straightforward pricing, great service, and very helpful! Will use them again if we need to.

Had grout blocking my laundry drain pipe. They cleared it and it works perfectly.

Andrew (Tech #2766) was awesome!He arrived within 15 minute of my call to Roto Rooter. Covered his shoes when he came in, talked me through the whole process and gave me tips on how to be proactive to prevent issues in the future which I’ve passed along to my friends.I hope I can have Andrew back when I proactively clean out the sewer drain in a couple years.

Andrew Tech No. 2766 came out in the evening to fix a pesky drain and he did an awesome job for me. He also updated a few small connections and took out chrome pieces that were corroded which fixed a small leak. If you have a drain that you constantly have to plunge or pour drain cleaner down give him a call and get it taken care of once and for all. I have spent hours over the past year keeping that drain barely running since all of my laundry and my utility sink run through it. I called roto router at 5:30 pm and he was here and done at 7:45 pm. He's a really nice guy and very professional. It was so easy and the only regret I have is that I waited until today to do it.

Matt came out to give us a quote on replacing the gas pipe in our home. The pipe was over 60 years old and had small leaks at the joints. He was on time for the appointment and was able to schedule our work quickly. On the scheduled day, we received a text message from Jim, along with his picture when he was on the way. Jim also called to let us know what time he would arrive. The work was done quickly and very well. Jim and his partner did a great job of cleaning up when the job was done. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Finally an honest company. Had a bigger company out on Friday charged me $500 on a Friday, said they couldn't find anything the line running a 100 feet of cable. Their camera showed a blockage at 60 feet no kidding. Ken's came out today on a Sunday for half that cost and was able to open the line, down side is I have a break in the line in the street, they gave me some references for excavation which is cheaper than the bigger company who was taking me to the cleaners. The tech from Ken's, polite, courteous and helpful. Cleaned up after he was done unlike the other company.

Thanks Ken's plumbing. Your my new plumber, nice to know decent companies still exist.

Alex and Rob did an amazing job! Bad plumbing issue at my house. Mr. Rooter answered at 6 a.m. and had the equipment when 3 other plumbers did not. Natasha was great getting me scheduled before 11 a.m. Alex and Rob were fantastic. They patiently explained options, prices and recommendations. They were pleasant and personable. Plumbing is working again, So grateful I decided to call Mr. Rooter today.

I almost never do online reviews but this place really stands out so I'll add to the chorus of over 2,700 reviews. These guys were great. Scheduling was simple. They get your info and the computer texts you when they're on their way. Came right in the middle of the time window, cleared a toilet clog in just a few minutes, and double checked for leaks. Friendly, professional, and quick. Very satisfied.

We called with a sewer emergency ona saturday and they responded immediately and were on-site within the hour fixing it. Drain is back running and so glad we called gopher. Thanks Pedro and Oscar!!
