Fixed a pin hole leak in our plumbing and replaced copper with up to code tubing. Also hooked up the water line to our fridge for ice/water dispenser and replaced with up to code items. Great communication and friendly/ knowledgable techs. Thanks Josh and DJ

I was extremely surprised at the estimate cost to install/replace my dishwasher. It was estimated to be almost $1000.00. The dishwasher did not even cost that much. Plus I had to pay $69.00 to learn this information. I repeated asked for a ball park estimate over the phone, which they would not provide. I now understand why.

Great work and great to work with. Came out in December and installed an outside sewer cleanout and fix my main line. I'd recommend them highly.

Called 4 times over the course of 2 weeks to get an estimate for a residential job. Each time the receptionist said the guy who is in charge of that would call me back, and he never did. Poor customer service and communication. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Logan showed up today and was courteous, respectful. He promptly evaluated the problem, explained what needed to be done, and took care of getting our AC unit back in working order. We greatly appreciate his service and thank him for his work. I also want to thank Linda for getting our appointment set up today and getting things rolling. (3-8-2022) Today a whole crew of great men stopped by the house to replace my aging Furnace, Water Heater, and AC Unit ... They were prompt, courteous, and got the whole job done in one day. We are as thrilled with Pronto as much now as we were this summer when Logan showed up and bailed us out of our AC issue ... Roto Rooter is awesome. we ran into a blocked toilet issue couple of days back and they sent Jeff right after I called them. Jeff was awesome in his service and diagnosed and fixed the problem.. 5 star service...
