Called for emergency services gave them my number for them to call me back it was not on voicemail they took my number and said they will get back to me and never did

We had an emergency with a failed water softener that seized up all cold water faucets and pipes! I left a message on Sunday 10/10/2012 and DJ returned my call in the
morning of 10/11/2021 and he was in our home that same day. DJ and Justin, both awesome young men, got us back to most access that same day and then all systems go by the afternoon on 10/12/2021!! BAM!!!

We hired him on the spot, great experience with DJ explaining how and what he would install and how it works. My water heater leaked internally and needed replacing, and I was able to call their number, and speak directly to someone who was able to guide and help me on what I needed to do to mitigate the problem, and then they were able to install a new one very quickly! Very impressed with the level of knowledge and how personable the staff was. I felt confident with them on this job im my home,, which was a huge weight off my shoulders.

I was able to get a speedy replacement, and it was so smooth working with them. I will be calling them for future projects for sure, and highly recommend them!

I have used Keith’s services on several occasions, and every time he has shown to be incredibly experienced/ knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. His value really shows in his problem solving abilities and cost-conscious approach. As a recent example, we had a water leak from our toilet (yes, nightmare). Keith provided consultative services over the phone and partnered with my husband and I to problem solve and minimize costs related to investigative work we could do ourselves, all the while reassuring us he would come out if/ when needed (this was on the weekend and a holiday). In short, I trust him, and he certainly has our future business.

We had a leaking water heater. DJ answered the call right away and walked us through the process including our options. He gathered the information he needed and provided a quote for the service which was less than expected. They were able to fit us in the same day. Couldn't ask for better professional service. It is nice to know there is a local company that will take care of their customers in the southeast metro.

Keith was very quick to respond to my call as my water heater sprung a leak and I was in a bit of a panic mode. He made the time to come on the same day and installed a brand new one. Extremely pleasant nice service and we were able to discuss options for other plumbing needs as well. I highly recommend.

Great experience all around. Quick responses to emails and appointment requests, narrow arrival time window, and 20 minute courtesy call/text letting you know they're on their way. Above all, the quality of their plumbing work is top-notch.

Some of the corporate franchise-plumbing services spend the first spend 30 minutes of the visit trying to sell you on their monthly service plan before doing any real work. Not the case with Keith Nelson....they listen while you explain the issue, and then get right to work. Prices were great too. 10/10!

Keith Nelson Plumbing came out to my house and DJ from their company was wonderful! He unclogged the drain and replaced a few parts. He cleaned up after himself throughout the process.
