Blaine and the whole Pronto crew were fabulous to work with! We got a few quotes for a whole new heating/cooling system and a removal of an old boiler. It took a few days but they worked so hard and did such a great job. They were prompt, arrived right away in the morning and communication was excellent. We will definitely use them if needed in the future (hopefully not for a long time! Ha!)

We scheduled a furnace tune-up only to have our air conditioning break down the morning of our appointment. We didn't realize it until he showed up. Robby was great with diagnosing the problem and fixing it immediately. We postponed the furnace tune-up due to hot weather :) However, very grateful to have a functioning AC unit. We also saved on the service fee charge. Reasonable rates all around.

I'm very pleased with Pronto's representative Travis.He came out today to evaluate what was going on with our water softener. It turned out to be a very simple switch that wasn't on. We had Pronto install, furnace, AC and water heater in 2012 and have had them out spring and fall for tune ups ever since. They have consistently been outstanding in every regard. We highly recommend them. Our most recent experience with Brandon was excellent, as usual . He and others techs have been great at spotting and correcting potential problems in the tuneup sessions, before breakdowns in heating or cooling seasons.

Robby was our technician and was very thorough and professional. We were able to talk through other concerns besides today’s issue and look forward to having him provide our additional service as well. Highly recommend Pronto!

Pronto team initially repaired our 28 year old boiler - got it up and running in about an hour. The tech graciously offered that the system might work for several more years so absolutely no pressure to buy new. We did not want to take a chance so decided several days after the repair to get a quote for a new boiler. We've had issues with our A/C unit twice in the past couple months, different issues, and both times Pronto was very quick to help us out. Our technician Chris, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to quickly fix this issue both times.

We spent over $15K on a new Burnham boiler and hot water heater.There was a gas leak in the boiler line because they didn’t tighten the connection or check it well enough. Life threatening.A couple weeks after the install, the hot water heater stopped working. They said it was a lemon.This ordeal was a long hard story you don't want to hear.Things happen. The true test of a company or person is how they handle it when things go awry. Maybe it's not the company and maybe it's just one guy. The way we were treated by Mike, the sales person, was disrespectful, arrogant, insulting and rude, invasive and unprofessional.Instead of being concerned about us, accepting mistakes and apologizing, others were blamed and badmouthed, including us, their good paying customers. Mike needs some training in civilities, compassion, anti-sexism and ageism.

Excellent job by all involved. Went over plans before the project and they were followed. Moved things where necessary and moved them back. Great cleanup too.

Eight years ago my heating system broke down on a frigid day and pronto was the only company that was able to get to me quickly. They installed a whole new furnace system and their service ever since has been amazing. Their name, pronto, is very appropriate they are always on time and provide the best service I could ask for. I very highly recommend using them. They are not the cheapest company in town but you definitely get what you pay for. Worth every penny!

Daniel was great! They arrived on time on a same day call, helped figure out the problem, and come up with a solution. While they didn’t have the necessary part to fix the same day they were back first thing the next morning. I recommend them.

The stress of not having something that you purchased work was met with a friendly staff that answers the phone without pushing buttons to get to somebody. Immediate repair service at your door diagnosing what is wrong within a day (if that), it wasn't an emergency, but if it was, it may have been sooner like hours. Professional, nice guys that are patient like the installers, the repair crew and the owner is very caring about the business he's running. I highly recommend Pronto located in Edina but they service everywhere as I've seen their trucks around.

Matt from Pronto did my Furnace Tune Up today. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the detailed checklist that he used. It's comforting to know that everything was looked at and will work well this winter!

Brandon was great! Very courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain what was going on clearly, and recommended different options to work within our budget. I think Pronto’s prices are steeper than other companies- hence the 4 star review rather than 5, but service was great! If you’re going for service over price, use these guys.

As always, and as every tech from Pronto that as come for our routine maintenance, Logan did a great job! He was prompt, polite, and thorough in the work he did. It's reassuring to know that our AC system is good to go for the long, hot Minnesota summer to come.

All I can say is wow! I highly highly recommend Pronto! Long story short I had my furnace tagged, meaning no heat in the dead of winter. Service plus could do nothing. I panicked and called who was on my furnace and they were a joke. Sent me out a salesman, not a technician like they said. Fast forward to Pronto. They had someone out within a couple hours, yes additional fee for after hours, but we are talking heat people, and it’s minimal. He confirmed the problem, was back out the next day with the parts and I have heat. Now for the technician. Joe. Couldn’t have been nicer. Very professional, clean cut, honest and just a great worker. Pronto should be so lucky to have him. In addition, Robbie joined him to help. Another totally professional, clean cut, honest worker. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you Pronto!

Installed new A/C unit too close to the home. They didn't ask and just put the new A/C a lot closer to the house than the previous unit. I asked the installer to move it back further from the house but it's still too close and a lot harder to work around. Also, I have a Google Nest thermostat which I wanted hooked up a new humidifier they were installing. They said the Nest wasn't working and installed a new control instead. They wired the new humidifier wrong and caused the humidifier to never turn off. They came back to fix the wiring, but the faulty wiring was probably to blame for the installation issue with the Google Nest. The humidifier control they installed works poorly and requires frequent adjustments.

Pronto is a great company. The staff and technicians are courteous, competent, and very professional. Pronto clearly values its customers’ security. They identify the technician with a name and picture and, within the assigned window, provide a time of arrival.Peter represented Pronto today. He provided outstanding service. Peter identified the problem, homeowner-operator error. He clearly explained proper operation of the humidifier which is part of the system.Pronto’s timely response and Peter’s professionalism are sincerely appreciated.

Major Disappointment - I’ve always had great service from Pronto before, so not sure what happened here. They came out to install a new phone controlled thermostat and c-wire on my furnace. Said the $150 thermostat unit I bought was defective, the technician said he thought it was getting power because the back light worked but I figured out later that there was a battery for that. Couldn’t get customer service on the phone for the Sensi thermostat while the technician was here and he was clearly in a major hurry, so he put the old thermostat back and told me to work with the thermostat company. The thermostat company wanted to see pictures of how the unit is wired, wanted to know how many volts are going through the c-wire, etc. After working with the thermostat company I eventually installed the unit myself and it was NOT defective, so it appears the tech from Pronto didn’t know what he was doing. Note I’m just a basic do it yourself person, no formal electrical or HVAC training. Incredibly disappointed. He didn’t charge me, but I was inconvenienced and ended up installing the unit myself anyway.

The guy who came(I thought his name was Charles) was fabulous. Way beyond my expectations. He had lots of construction and mechanical experience and I easily developed confidence in him. He explained everything he did without talking down to me. I will use this service again.

Peter did such a good job servicing our A/C unit. He answered all of my questions and didn’t rush - he took the time to properly diagnose the issue and made sure everything else was working properly. Thanks for being thorough and fixing our problem. Great to have A/C working again! Pronto also got out here earlier than the actual installer of the A/C was too!

Pronto is not the cheapest for service, but they do good work and their service people are very polite and easy to get along with. Eric was here about 2 minutes before the appointment. I'd gotten a text with his photo and name about a half hour before he arrived. In this age of 24/7 scams, that was a nice touch. He put on carpet saver booties and after a few questions got to work cleaning a long neglected furnace that was running erratically. The furnance is now running very nicely. IMO Pronto is worth the few extra bucks. Very happy with the service.

Logan came out at noon on Sunday, after our furnace went out on Saturday night. He was professional, respectful of our home, and he diagnosed our issue and installed the replacement part in about a half hour. The service was expensive as hell because it was a holiday weekend, but we’re happy to have our furnace working again!

They replaced our old ac system with a new one. Complicated job because of our tightly compact city lot and closet that it was in. They handled the entire job very well and were easy to work with.

Our first experience with Pronto and it was excellent! From the friendly rep who helped get us on the schedule, to the same-day service, to our professional technician. Chris was superior. He was friendly, courteous and so helpful. He carefully explained everything he did along with some tips for what we can do in the future to help maintain our furnace system. I am impressed and very pleased. Pronto will definitely be a provider we look to again!

I had these folks install anew water heater in my last house and they did great work. I bought a new house and when the water heater needed replacing, they did it the day I called for slightly less than other companies I got quotes from. They are great, look no further.

Professional & seamless process. It appears that A/C manufacturers have planned obsolescence. My unit may be 15 years old, but was informed that refrigerant is low and that kind is no longer available. If it gets any lower the A/C won't work right and will need to replace the unit. I am not happy with that news as the unit has worked fine, but was happy that Craig was honest and upfront with me.

Darren and his coworker were awesome. They arrived on time, did a great job of removing the old system and installing the new system. When finished he gave me a great overview of what I need to do to keep my new HVAC system running well.In addition to my personal residence I own 4 rental properties which Pronto provides service in Spring and Winter. Their service technicians are all extremely professional and do top notch work.

Pronto is a professional company. They gave me plenty of communication up front as to my appointment time and other services they provide. They provided me with a couple reminders on my upcoming appointment and even a call just before the Tech arrived. Peter did a great job while at my house. He answered all of my questions and quickly completed my service call. I will use Pronto in the future for my HVAC needs!

Scheduled online Sunday night and the unit was fixed by early Monday afternoon. Tech (Chris) assessed the issue and fixed it quickly. Wish the service charge was waived with the repair like other companies, that was the only negative.

Tyler got our AC running and concisely gave us all of the information we needed to make a pretty big purchase quickly. He gave us the facts and the space to make a decision without pressuring is or upselling, and he noticed opportunities to make small improvements to our setup that will make big differences to us.

We were traveling out of town and our heat stopped working. We contacted several other companies but Pronto was the first to respond. They were easy to schedule and work with even from several states away. Our issue was fixed and we were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our house. Thank you.

Our call was on the Sunday of a holiday weekend when our furnace went out. Jeff arrived in the earlier part of the time window given and was very friendly and respectful when he arrived. He diagnosed the problem and was able to get the furnace running. There was a part that he explained needed to be replaced but was not pushy about solutions. Our warranty company sent service providers that created a problem for our unit where there was none. We wanted an independent service to tell us what they did wrong and why a perfectly functioning (older unit) worked until they tinkered with it. Keith with Pronto did a great job explaining the issue and working to find a solution. Friendly and professional without pushing for our business installing a new unit since we are under warranty. I will use Pronto again and recommend them to others who have heating or air issues.

Jeremy show up Xmas afternoon when we got home from Wisconsin and found our furnace was on the fritz..He was there within 2 hours of first contacting Pronto and had my furnace up an running in 30min to save the day. Our furnace abruptly stopped working just as the temperature drops. Of course, right? The pilot light went on and the burners fired up but the blower motor never engaged to blow the heat throughout the house. Consequently we spent the evening and next morning without heat. I called Pronto and was very happy they were able to squeeze us in the same day. Chris, our technician, was on time and went right to work problem solving the issue. He called me and explained what was happening and fixed the issue on the spot. To our surprise, and delight, the blower motor was fine. The gas intake was too strong so Chris adjusted the issue and installed the new filter (I had one sitting near the furnace). What we thought was going to be a costly repair, was not! Huge thanks to Chris and Pronto for restoring our furnace to fine working order!

Pronto came out a week ago and said they could not reproduce the problem and would have to come back and asked me to get video of the system failing, which I did. I rescheduled last Friday for today 12-2pm. Now the AC has totally failed and we are all at work sweating. Pronto calls at 1:15 saying that they do not work on rooftop commercial AC units. The fixed it about 3 years ago and their tech was just up there a week ago! So they wait to tell me this when they are supposed to be here! In 25 year I have not seen a local business be so unprofessional!

After diagnosing our problem yesterday, he needed to order the necessary part. Logan came out today with the needed part and did the job as promised, unfortunately he found it was a different issue and went out of his way to go across town in bad weather to get the additional part and came back to finish the job. Our furnace quit working at10:00 pm on a Saturday night. I called Pronto and they said they would call to schedule the next morning.They called a little after 7:00 am just like they said they would. Their service technician Jeff arrived even earlier than they said. He was very friendly and professional. He had our furnace running again in a half an hour. Center Point Energy shut off the house gas due to an old valve gas leak. Jesse from Pronto came out and diagnosed the needed repair and scheduled me asap for the fix. It’s an old house and Jesse knew what needed to be done.He worked hard and he has such a positive “can do”attitude. The heat is back on!Thank you Jesse and Pronto!

Chris from Pronto got our aging whole house air conditioning system to work on the brink of very hot and humid weather with overnight guests coming. He was very professional and highly skilled. I have been very pleased with the prompt attention, responsiveness, professional treatment, quality of work and value we’ve gotten from our project with Pronto. They replaced our 25 year old furnace with a new HE unit and also replaced our aging hot water heater with a new commercial grade hot water heater with more capacity and a high recovery rate. They showed up exactly on time, did a very good quality job, and communicated throughout. They cleaned up well after themselves and carefully explained everything they did. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work or water heater replacement. Very happy customer!

I was very happy that Pronto was able to come out right away when my AC died. It died suddenly at night and I was able to use their online appointment form that night. I received a call back at 7am.Andrew came out and found the issue and had it fixed within the hour. He tested the system and made sure everything worked before he left.

He was very thorough and will get back to me with follow up information.

*UPDATE*Jeff is a legend!! After ordering parts, Jeff was back within a day and a half to fit them. It was a little tricky but nothing he couldn’t solve - so so pleased with his service. We had out furnace replaced as the old one was acting up on the coldest days of the year. And, right on the holidays as well. Pronto bid us a new furnace and installed it on Monday after New Years. With a 7am appointment, they were here at 6:45. Installation was complete 6 hours later after a crew of 3 worked to replace the furnace, humidifier, zone controls and thermostats. Everything was cleaned up and done very professionally. We are quite happy with the service.

We had an AC failure after an area power outage and needed service ASAP during a 90+ degree week. Joe showed up ahead of schedule, was friendly, competent, and brought my 6-y/o into the repair process as his little apprentice. A glitch in the system brings their technicians back out speedily, always professional, customer-focused. It's a pleasure to deal with a 'responsible' company like PRONTO. Though many of the installers and technicians are superb, Robbie is one of the best, patient as the day is long, very knowledgeable, and has a delightful sense of humor! Their management staff is also remarkable, responding quickly whenever we've needed their input.

I called Pronto at 1am Saturday morning due to our furnace going out. Someone (US-based) answered and left a message for the morning team, which called me at 7am and set up a 1pm Saturday appointment. Matt, the technician, was on time, friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. My first furnace repair experience, but so happy I called Pronto.

Had my furnace stop working on a Friday night, they were very prompt coming out Saturday- spent a few Hours working on it but were unable to get it working that day. The technician replaced one faulty part but didn't have immediate access to the 2nd part that had failed. He was very empathetic and apologetic, left a few space heaters over night, and made sure I was first on his list for the next morning when he could come back with the correct part.Given that it was a weekend, and he had to make 2 trips out they were very reasonable with the billing.I have used Pronto for my annual maintenance for the past few years, and this is the prime example of excellent customer service that has solidified my loyalty.

Prompt and excellent service. Technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. Installation went very smoothly with no surprises. Our furnace had quit working and the temperature in the house was 60 deg and dropping. They were able to install a new furnace the next day.

The condenser in our old A/C went out last fall and we decided to get a new machine instead of frankensteining our old unit. We got prices from a couple of vendors. The Pronto team outlined some great options - an OPP A/C, an Energy Star option, and finally an Energy Star A/C + Heat Pump. The Bryant A/C+Heat Pump was less than a non-energy star A/C unit price we got from another vendor.With very high gas heat bills, we decided to try the A/C + Heat Pump and with a year of 0% interest financing, we were up and running. Team came and relocated our unit at no additional cost, installed a smart thermostat I snagged at Best Buy, and overall did a fabulous job. Would recommend Pronto to anyone needing a new A/C.

Our nearly-15-year-old Bryant gas furnace went out due to a faulty secondary heat exchange on a cold day in November. Jesse came out for an initial visit and was extremely helpful and thorough. He didn't push us on any aggressive tactics and informed us about our options in a very calm, reasonable, honest way. When we determined what we wanted, Jesse made some calls and worked with us to identify rebates that helped knock the price down considerably. He also scheduled us for an install very quickly. When the time came for our install, Haso and Ryan did a great job. They showed up on-time, brought all their own equipment, cleaned everything out very neatly (including removing the old furnace in full), and left behind a really nice, clean new setup. They even walked us through how all of our air supplies and dampers worked with the new system. Gigi and Maria were very helpful on the phone with scheduling and payment. We'd had poor experiences with Hero and are very happy switching to Pronto. 10/10, will use again!

Had a quote from Pronto to replace furnace and AC. Selling a Bryant system. Great experience helpful in explaining differences in the systems. Overall I feel like they would do a quality job but you are paying for it went with another company that was a lot cheaper and installed a quality system. What I found is that although other companies might not have as many reviews it is all in how they go about getting them. Pronto actively requests reviews while other companies do not

We especially liked the text message notice that the repair person was on the way and sending a picture of the person was a plus! He tracked down parts through a 3rd party and installed them at 6pm. He went above and beyond to make sure our family of 6 could sleep in warmth in a frigid winter night.

Travis is legendary for his knowledge and abilities. He led the charge in designing and installing in floor heat and the gas boiler to feed it in our last house. So we’re hoping he’ll do the same at a fair price at our next place.

There is no question that our experience with Pronto, and Jesse in particular, rates six stars on a scale of 1–5. We lost our air-conditioning and were hoping to get someone just there to check it within 24–36 hours since one of the people in our household has problems with excess heat. None of the five companies that we contacted were willing or able to bend their schedule so that they could come within a 24 hour time period. However, The folks at Pronto were willing to go the extra mile and made it later that night. Jesse showed up after 8 PM, with his two children at home by the way, and was friendly, efficient, a great diagnostician, found an unexpected problem and corrected it and we were back to functioning on the same day as our call, when we thought that we would be looking at a week long process of having to buy and install a completely new air conditioner. We are astonished and delighted with Pronto’s professional and friendly over the phone analysis, their willingness to help people even though it was an obvious stress on their schedule and workers, and Jesse who was a model of great worker being personable, well trained, knowledgeable, efficient but at the same time meticulously methodical, and in addition was respectful of us being older people with a small hardwood floor condo, and happily wore a mask and booties. This is my first time using this company and I am very pleased with the professionalism and punctuality of the service technician Danny and Darek. Very kind and efficient. They gave me good information about my system and recommendations. I was so impressed I sign up for the yearly maintenance program.

I was told to expect the installers of my new furnace and ac to show up at 7 am so I moved my car from the garage to the street and went back inside to eat breakfast and wait. I looked out my window at exactly 7 am and already there was this shiny orange and green truck backed into my driveway. From that point forward it was one professionally done thing after the other as the old furnace and ac disappeared and the new was in place and working. The crew was competent, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and left me feeling I was happy choosing Pronto.

Logan was able to arrive and resolve problem with furnace within 2 hours of contacting Pronto. Flame sensor was not functioning and cleaning it fixed the problem.

Pronto installed a forced-air garage furnace for me. Their estimate was reasonable and in line with other bids I received but their professionalism really surpassed others. They were on time for every appointment. On the day of the installation, they had everything installed and done very quickly but without cutting any corners. The crew was courteous and professional (and very conscientious about COVID, mask wearing, etc.). They coordinated the (painful in my city) building permit and inspection process and helped me understand the permits and work I needed to do on my own (installing extra insulation, as demanded by my city). In the end, I'm very happy with the service I received and the price I paid. Pronto has absolutely earned my future HVAC business and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We woke up Christmas morning and the heat was out! We called Pronto and Matt got there in les than 2 hours and we had heat! We were so happy and grateful. We called other places and no one would send someone that day. It was below zero out. We will ABSOLUTELY use Pronto next time.

I had this company come out to look at the HVAC work that’s needed to finish my basement and provide me an estimate. But Jim never sent an estimate, never responded to my texts or calls after he had stopped by. Called them after 2-3 weeks to inquire why I haven’t received any estimate, was told Jim will call back. Still nothing. Not sure what the deal is with this company but my experience has been very unprofessional with them thus far.Only reason I reached out to this company was due to +ve Google reviews – now I doubt if they are from actual customers, may be from friends and families.

Pronto worked with us so that our air conditioner could be repaired while we were out of town. The technician arrived promptly and notified me ahead of time that he was coming. Since we were away, Tyler gave us a call to tell us about the necessary repair and its cost. I would give Pronto and Tyler an A+ and would certainly use them again.

I’ve been using Pronto for almost ten years now, and every time I’m pleasantly surprised by how responsive they are. They always get someone out to deal with your issue very quickly. Their technicians are friendly (Pronto actually sends a photo of the technician ahead of time so you know who you’re letting into your house). They don’t push unnecessary repairs, do a good job of explaining the situation, and seem very fair and upfront. Peter was the most recent technician to live up to this, but they’ve all been good. No one ever wants to deal with unexpected furnace issues, but I highly recommend Pronto if you need your furnace checked. I also think they’re locally owned, which is a nice bonus.

I used Pronto to install a high-efficiency boiler in my new home. It was a great experience - the technicians were on time, put protective coverings on the floor, and kept me fully informed during the whole process. It was a huge undertaking and took an entire day since it was such a big project. They were there at 7:00 a.m. and got to work immediately to drain all the radiators, remove the old (and incredibly heavy) boiler from the basement (including getting it up some very narrow stairs since the house is over a hundred years old), and venting it through the side of the house. Jim made sure I reviewed the work and understood the new system and thermostat. Pronto will even take care of getting me the rebate CenterPoint! Also, their price was the best and all of the work is under a long & solid warranty. I would definitely recommend Pronto Heating & Air to anyone.

My AC went out when it was in the 90’s all week. I Filled out a contact form on Sunday night and never heard anything from them by noon Monday, so I called. They told me they couldn’t get out until Thursday afternoon and it would be something like $180 just to come out. I scheduled the appointment, but decided to troubleshoot myself.On Tuesday afternoon it took about 5 minutes to figure out that it was the capacitor that was bad. I called again to see if I could get the part through them so I know I have the right part for my unit and was told they won’t sell parts. I found a local hardware store that sells a compatible part for $15 and I had AC again on Tuesday evening.If I had waited, I would have had to suffer the heat for 4 days and had to pay almost $200 for a $15 part and 5 minutes of work. Do yourself a favor and check google or call another HAVC company before calling Pronto. They’re a rip off.

I had another company out as they had a inspection special going on. That tech was very rude and suggested I have the blower motor cleaned asap as it is very dirty and the biggest cause of blower failure. I called Pronto shortly after to schedule them out to clean it as I did not care for the other company. Well Logan was out here, great customer service, did his job efficiently, let me peek in on the work and walked me through what he was doing. He did say that had he done the initial inspection he would not have recommended the blower be cleaned as it wasn't as dirty as the other company suggested. Logan was honest about the status of my furnace and put my mind at ease as to it's functioning capabilities. 10/10 would recommend Pronto and Logan.

We needed a standard furnace tune-up as part of the inspection/closing on our house. Pronto was doing appointments for two months out (it was June, to be fair, so not likely to be a rush job). But we were moving in less than a month. They arranged to come the next day. Jeff did a great job; no issues. We appreciate the customer service!

I had a whole house humidifier attached to my furnace but it would not turn on. Peter showed up promptly at the scheduled time, took a look, and quickly got it working. He also found a leak and plugged it right away. He stayed to make sure no further leaks turn up after operating for a while. The representative I spoke to on the phone to schedule the repair accidentally quoted a lower price than what he charged, so he called to confirm, and charged us the lower rate even though it was not his mistake. I really value that dedication to professionalism and trustworthiness. I trust them to deal honestly with me in the future.

Disappointed with your filter pricing. Such great installers of our new Bryant furnace and outstanding/helpful customer service people who have thoroughly explained why once $80 replacement filters perform better than store bought ones. This same filter yesterday is now $97??? I look at price gouging as another example of American greed:(. You could of lead by example versus just fall into the trap of just raise prices because we can.

My real name is Nick V., this is the only Google account I have. Amazing, amazing, amazing! I made a call to Pronto about our AC not being as cool as it should be, and it's a new system Pronto installed five years ago. I found out that I had happened to call right at the end of the warranty, with less than a week left. They sent Logan out, he put some dye in the line to find a leak. A few weeks later in a follow up visit, he checked the line for leaks and found that the coil was defective and leaking. The coil is a principle part and very expensive. I was assuming that because the work was taking place after the warranty had expired, we'd have to pay. I WAS WRONG!!! Pronto took the high road and said that they'd order the part, send two employees to spend 3 to 4 hours replacing it, and it was ALL COVERED under our warranty!!! We are super grateful, because they could have charged us due to the time frame, but decided to honor that I contacted them before the warranty expired. This is no small thing, and anytime anyone asks about AC systems and work, I am immediately and adamantly recommending Pronto. Ten out of five stars! :) And Logan was super professional and friendly!!! Addendum: there was a final visit to reinstall a coil, and Robby was there. He was cool as well! Addendum: another visit, this time Keith, very nice and helpful!

The useful life of our work furnace came to an untimely end on a Friday in January. I called the company that had previously installed and serviced the unit but they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday. I've used Pronto in the past, but will never again. I told them exactly what part is bad on my heating system and asked them to come with the part. They said they have to come do a diagnostic on it for $179. Then, because it is not a common on the truck item, they will have to order the part and come back to install it, charging me another service fee plus the cost of the part. I've done the diagnostic, I shouldn't be required to pay for a diagnostic that I have already done. I was willing to pay for the service call and replace the part, despite being able to replace it myself, but they won't sell parts to individuals either. If the part I identified doesn't work, then charge me for the part, plus a diagnostic, and a service call when the correct part comes in. In this case, it's a bearing that is humming and a child could identify the bad part.Their desire to get an additional $179 lost them all future business when I go to replace this system within the next few years. How many thousands are you losing out on to get $180 out of me?

We compared pronto with other companies and pronto’s price came in the lowest. These guys did a beautiful installation and right now I could not be more pleased. Everything was done really top notch. So far so good. We received two email notices ahead of the day, a confirmation call the day of service, a photo of the tech. who was going to arrive, and a prompt appt. arrival. Severely disappointed with the customer service after so many good reviews have said otherwise.Good job calling right away, Emma, but...Our technician, Matt B, showed up almost 45 minutes after the scheduled two-hour window and did not acknowledge his tardiness. Instead, the first thing out of his mouth was a crack about a football team. I understand trying to lighten the mood but as a professional you should know better. You owed us an apology for being tardy and wasting our time.Secondly, when you and I were talking you acknowledged you didn’t fix anything so charging $199 for removing an air filter is ridiculous. Your knowledge and advice was useful, but your company should do a better job at pricing for the work completed.Until someone reaches out and provides an apology for the terrible customer service, we will not be calling Pronto for future work.Also, Wade, you should watch how you react to customers online. I can see that the poor work culture starts at the top.

Extremely pleased with all aspects of Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning. My 19-year-old furnace decided to go out while we were having sub-zero weather, and I knew my air conditioning needed replacing as well. With Jack's ten plus years with Pronto, he was able to educate me on all the new HVAC systems and what would fit my home best. He even found a rebate/recall for my old furnace that no other company did. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty during the whole process. On the day of the install, of course, we had sub-degree weather, but the Pronto crew was on time and fast to get started. They worked extremely hard all day long. Chris was very informative with everything going on throughout the day. He did a great job installing my new thermostat, even considering the difficulty of running a new thermostat wire. I wasn't near the install all day, Kevin and Chris, and the rest of the crew were in the basement. Once I saw the finished product I was truly amazed. Jack said he was going to send a Master installer due to the severity of the project. (90 degrees flip of the furnace to accommodate a new 4-inch filter for better airflow) Kevin and Pronto's crew did not disappoint. I highly recommend Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning and know they will do a great job installing my new air conditioner in the spring.

Our furnace was on its last leg. I contacted many companies, and Pronto responded to my inquiry extremely fast, and had someone out the same day to go over potential replacements and bundles so we could upgrade our AC as well. Prices were reasonable, but we loved the idea that it was one flat fee that included permits, taxes, and all other costs involved. They made the whole process streamlined. Even better, they could have a crew out to my house the following day to replace the system. The crew that came in was extremely professional and they did an incredible job. The system is amazing, and they left the work area cleaner than it was prior to arrival. Would recommend Pronto to anyone looking for a furnace/AC replacement.

I cannot say enough good things about Pronto! I called for Heat-A/C service, my furnace blower motor was not working. It was determined that it was time for a new system (ours was installed in 1997!). Haso and team arrived at 7am as scheduled and finished installing the new system around 2pm. My service call had been at the very end of the prior day and I’m so pleased with the fact that about 12 hours after my service call Pronto had a team out installing my new system!

Keith was great when we called for AC repair today. He got things working quickly and answered all of our questions and offered a few tips in addition. Always happy with Pronto's service!

Any company that installs water heaters on pretty much a daily basis knows what they need to charge to put one in. If you can't at least give a educated guess then I haven't got time for you. Peter gave me a decent final price on the phone. B***e wanted $90 to give me an estimate. Pronto was here and gone about 24 hrs after I called. Peter, Jamard and Travis were both great.

This week we had issues with our furnace and a trusted family member recommended Pronto Heating & AC (which she found on Angie's List). From the get-go, their company was professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. They really went above and beyond to get the service done quickly, took care of the preventative maintenance, and even submitted the warranty paperwork for us. I am not someone who is easily impressed so please keep Pronto in mind for furnace issues or spring AC tune-ups!I have no conflicts of interest, I am simply a satisfied customer.

They provided an air conditioner and water heater for me in the past, so I didn't hesitate to call them when we needed a water heater for my son's house (while he is deployed with the US Army overseas). I say team because even though Kevin Wheelock, the lead technician and Mike Rogers the sales guy are the people I really met, I know that you can’t deliver this level of service without a whole team that is focused on excellent customer experience. Before deciding to eventually replace our entire system, heat and AC, we had the system serviced, and had several interactions with customer support. Every time, I spoke with friendly, knowledgeable people who really helped me figure out what needed to be done.Even on the hottest days when systems were probably crashing left and right, they were able to come out right away, usually the next day.The installation was just flawless. They added some new ductwork transition pieces and everything is tight, square, plumb and level. All connecting lines are the right length, well supported. It’s great to see exceptional craftsmanship like this.I’m always leary of sales staff, like it or not, they get a bad rap sometimes. Not so with Mike, he was so knowledgeable about HVAC systems and had a great way to present the options. We immediately understood the options making our decision a no brainer. Thanks to the whole Pronto team for making us such happy customers.

Pronto replaced my A/C and furnace a couple years ago. Logan sold the system to me and was involved in installation and servicing the unit. A couple days ago, Joe, performed routine maintenance. Blaine from Pronto did a wonderful job, He was prompt, quiet, clean and very informative. The only negative (though I hesitate to even lower the review by one star!), was that our water heater pipe started leaking at the solder point before he was out the door. My husband happened to run back downstairs for something while they were getting ready to exit and noticed it. Blaine spent another 20 minutes fixing the the spot and all is well as of now!

We'd been having boiler problems on and off for at least a year and a half before we worked with Pronto, but since they fixed it up we've had no issues. House stayed plenty warm during the polar vortex without a problem as well. Customer service was great and the company was very good about communicating with us.

I've used Pronot to install furnace and A/C in both my business and home. I'd use them again and highly recommend them. The communication is their strong point. I got a text within minutes of making the appointment and many before, during and after to remind me of the visit and to tell me who is coming (with pics, nice touch!). 5 stars pronto!

Robby was great. We knew our air conditioner was going to have to be replaced eventually, but he got it running within 30 minutes and the labor and visit was taken off if we decided to move forward. House was cooled within 15 minutes and he showed us a few things to do to keep our upstairs area cooler, which had always been a problem. Overall, we were very satisfied with Robby. We decided to move forward with new equipment and they fit us into schedule within the week.

Matt came to do the A/C checkup. He was very helpful showing me some areas that I could periodically clean around the filter area of the furnace.

Our A/C went out during one of our super hot and humid weeks. I called Pronto after calling several other companies that could not fit me in or were charging a service fee + mileage. SO HAPPY I CALLED!! Keith came out and looked at my old system (18 years) and we discussed options for fixing and replacing. I chose replacing. The next morning not only did the install show up on time, they were a few minutes early. Joe and Eli were absolutely fantastic. They did a great job explaining every step of installing the new A/C, and answered all of my questions. The area outside where the old unit was, was left to look like nothing had been in that spot and the furnace area in the house was left cleaner than when they had arrived. I highly recommend Pronto and am having them come out to service the furnace and help with some plumbing issues.

We called for a repair on our 9 year old furnace. Chris was our technician and he was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. Plus it was still all covered under the warranty! Our furnace stopped working on a Wednesday evening around 7pm. We called Pronto and they said no one was available to come look at it until 10-12 the next day. Keith came out to look at our furnace and determined that the computer board was bad and offered to either replace the part or replace the whole furnace. He told us that either one could be fixed the next day and that he was free all morning. While we were deciding, he said to text him our decision. My husband texted him that we just wanted the piece replaced. He never responded. The next morning (Friday), we did not hear anything from Keith or anyone at Pronto. My husband texted Keith and when he finally responded, he said someone from Pronto was supposed to have called us. We had to call Pronto and they said the last they had heard from Keith, he was waiting to hear what our decision was. When we said we were trying to get the part replaced, they said it would take a while to get the part and that they couldn't come until Saturday between 12-1 to replace it. For a place that advertises heat within 24 hours of service, they were now saying we couldn't get anything working till after 48 hours from the time the service technician evaluated our problem. They also said Keith was off the entire day on that Friday and that they didn't know why he would have told us he could have come on Friday to fix it.The temperature is below freezing, and we had been without heat since Wednesday. They said they absolutely could not get us in any earlier than perhaps Saturday morning. I decided to call around to other places. When I called Pronto back to get the exact part that Keith determined we needed so I could go with a different company and save myself a diagnostic fee, Pronto gave me the run around about not knowing the part number or that they couldn't access the order number for the part and that they would ask the parts manager. Sure enough, they called me back saying they could actually come out Friday afternoon to fix the furnace.At this point, I was so disappointed by the poor communication on the part of the technician and the representatives on the phone, that I did not care to continue working with them. They were not apologetic about the breakdown in their communication between the technician and the company. They also seemed to blame the technician for everything, which I think looks bad on the company. They offered no concessions or discounts based on the extensive delay in service for somewhere that advertises heat within 24 hours. I was very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend to anyone.

My furnace went out overnight, I called Pronto at 8:30am on a Saturday, and Chris was at my house by 10:30am. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received from Chris and Pronto.

Jeff arrived 30 minutes before the appointment time which was AMAZING because our furnace stopped working during a subzero Saturday night. We woke up to a COLD house Sunday morning. I called Pronto and was guaranteed a service appointment within 4 hours if the call (very welcomed news). I got a text notification with with a little introduction of Jeff the technician and his photo (love that feature). He made the repairs quickly with a wonderfully congenial manner while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. He was informative and helpful. Just had warranty work done and it was excellent. Technician was friendly responsive and seemed to know exactly what to do. Had the part and completed repair quickly. I had bad experience with my tune-up last year but this restores my faith in Pronto.

They installed a minisplit for us. They were very professional during the install and had a decent understanding of the project. They were easy to schedule with. They also installed a bath fan but did it improperly. I notified them 2 days ago and they have not returned my calls.

Had a tune-up done for both units and the technician, Peter did a great job. On time, explained what he was going to do to, and showed me how to do some of the easy cleaning things. We arrived from Texas to our new home in Golden Valley to find that our AC wasn’t working. Knowing we were dealing with a bit of a heatwave right before July 4, they sent a tech, Chris, to check things out. He gave us great advice and they set up a service call for July 5 for our existing unit and to install a secondary unit to help with the rest of the house, which the original unit wasn’t set up to do. Chris and his coworkers had everything up and running that day and even identified an issue with some venting, which they are returning to finish up. They have stablished themselves as our go-to for services from here on out. Pronto was prompt with communication and proactive about helping us during a very stressful move. We are really happy with their professionalism and courtesy.

They came out to check out our furnace. Guy stayed for like an hour. Told us some lies. Didn't fall for it. Of course he recommended to replace entire thing. Basically just paid him to fix something else that he wasn't here for. Furnace is now fixed from another company. Will I be having them come back in the future? Do I recommend? Not really.

Pronto arrived within an hour of my call due to a cancellation they had which was really fortunate because they were able to repair the AC unit same day before the temps reached 90 again. Eric performed a check up on our furnace and identified a problem with our thermostat. He was quick to assist in determining the issue was covered under warranty, and setting a return visit a few days later as he did not have the part on his truck. For both appointments, Eric was very personable and shared his knowledge of our heating, humidification and cooling systems. I highly recommend Eric as a service tech and trust his work.

Had them down for 5 stars until the inspection process which just isn’t very good. We had a great install crew who did a fantastic job. Had a furnace, a/c, water heater, and garage heater installed which I’m very happy with. Wasn’t told I was required to schedule and be there for inspections and thus waited about a month before finally calling Pronto and asking what was going on with inspections. Finally scheduled them and MN state inspector guy doesn’t even show up. Initially very happy but left with bad taste in mouth. They do good work though. 3.5 stars out of 5 because of poor inspection process and communication.

Mike Rogers was extremely helpful and courteous. He was able to do a full review and go over options that best met my needs. He also did this while observation of proper social distancing. Highly recommend him and his teammates.

What do you want when your comfort is uncomfortable? We were put on a two plus week waitlist with the Service Plus folk over at Centerpoint. I looked up the manufacture and found out that Pronto had installed the original system 11 years ago (We purchased the home 4 years ago.)Starts from the office staff understand my problem and concerns, to clear communication. They understood my situation.Great use of technology to keep you informed. Before, during, and after!! I think it would be cool (hehehehe) for the tech to video what they are doing and share that with the homeowner.The tech was prompt, professional, a teacher, clean, courteous, and though. Answered my concerns and questions. This was top shelf service at bottom shelf prices. I can find no flaw in my dealing with Pronto. Do yourself a favor and choose Pronto.

I maintain their trucks by doing oil changes on the vehicles at the shop I work at, Grandview Cahill, Edina. MN. In servicing their trucks I talk to the service men and I set up an inspection. Within the following the next 5 days I had a new furnace, water heater and AC unit. The men were at my house at 7:00am exactly and did the work. The work was done and ready by 3:00! I was at work while they installed and setup everything, my wife was at home. The service was fast and very clean. The guys gave us such a simple and easy to understand operation instructions it made me feel like I had been part of the installation. The water heater lines and copper tubing and likes are beautiful and it looks like a piece of art. It is simple but it looks so clean. Thanks guys!

You can't expect more. They were here on time. Finished on time. And most importantly dealt with a curve ball I through them extremely well. We are adding heat to our garage. I had them in before the sheetrock was in place. That created an issue with the installation of the heating unit. They were willing to install a sheet of sheet rock on the ceiling for me before they installed the heating unit. They were problem solvers, not problem creators. Great experience. I will certainly use them again. Give them a try.

Chris was great and explained everything and answered all of my questions. I was a little surprised that the cost went from the quote of $169 to $289, (considering it was just for labor and zero parts and did not exceed the 2 hour block of time allotted) and I’m still waiting for the itemized bill to list everything.

Kevin showed up right on time and assessed the issue with our zone system. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts which were brought promptly by a Pronto crew. Kevin clearly explained the issue and showed me the work that had been done. A crew member helped me set up the new wireless thermostat and they were all done and cleaned up within 4 hours. The Pronto technician just left with booties in hand. Yes, they slip booties over their shoes before they set foot in your house. That is just one example of the level of service Pronto provides. We learned of their impeccable service after having them install our air conditioning and furnace several years back. We have gladly used them for all our maintenance issues and will continue to do so in the future. We have not hesitated in recommending Pronto to friends and family, who have, in turn, recommended them as well. On a side note, the tech today was scheduled to arrive at 3 pm. I got a call at 2:15 saying he was running early. The scheduler on the phone asked if the tech could COME early. (How often does that happen?) It was. Ben Meyers was the PRONTO technician. He was a very pleasant young man.He arrived at our scheduled time and went to work checking my A/C unit.Ben determined what the problem was, low coolant, and proceeded to add coolant to the system.He told me that given the age of my A/C, I should regularly check to see if it continues to produce cold air. He said if the cold temperature diminishes over the next couple of months, then I have a slow leak. Again, given the age of my unit, it would warrant replacement.This was not good news, but I know what may be in my futureBen was a great technician. He discovered my problem and took care of it along with advice on what may be in my future.I would definitely give Ben 5 stars and will definitely call PRONTO again.

When I decided to replace the 20+ year old central A/C unit in my home, I first contacted Pronto, who had installed a new HVAC system for my second story about 10 years ago. Was contacted immediately, and was provided with a couple of options. I chose a new system much like the one installed upstairs, and was able to schdule the install within a couple of weeks. The primary installer, Andres, arrived right on time, did a quick job removing the old hardware, and with the assistance of Robbie, another Pronto technician, installed all new hardware - compressor, evaporator, drain pump, and new lines. All of the Pronto personnel were friendly and personable, and very professional. Once the install was completed all the work areas were totally cleaned up. Once again Pronto met and exceeded my expectations for quality, professional personnel! Thanks!

Sent email or appointment request at 11pm, someone was out to the house and repaired by 8:30am next day. They educated me throughout the process. It was this last week when temps were 95+ for multiple days, will be using them from now on for all HVAC related work. Thank You!

Pretty expensive for the service performed. Especially considering the outcome was only a temporary solution. I just spent the last three hours (after an $80 trip to home depot) working on a permanent fix. I will likely do some shopping around next time I need HVAC service.

Our 15 year old furnace decided to stop working a few days ago when the windchill hit -35. Great timing! We called pronto and they came out the same day and after seeing the inside of furnace and the expense of replacement parts, we decided to replace the entire unit as well as the AC. The guys showed up promptly the following day, and 8 hours later, we have an entire new system. Great company and helped us in a pinch. Thank you Pronto!

We switched to Pronto for furnace and air conditioner maintenance a fews ago after trying a few other companies. We've stuck with Pronto ever since. All of the technicians that have come to our house have been efficient and friendly. The schedulers are also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Pronto.

Our furnace went out. I called and they were able to see me in 2 days (was not super cold out at the time). Also at the first visit I was told that I needed 2 parts replaced. Our furnace was replaced with a new one on 02/20/21. The crew came on time. They were very friendly. The work was done pretty fast. Our light beige carpet was covered with protective plastic film. The area of work was clean and nice after everything was done. All our questions were answered. So, we are happy with the service we received.

I would highly recommend Pronto to anyone. Jeff is very friendly and courteous (and it helps that he loves dogs!). He explains what he is doing and even came back a second time to check on something and fix it for free even though it was unrelated to his first visit. I've heard their advertisements on the radio a hundred times or more...I guess the marketing department is doing its job. They came to mind when my AC started having issues. I called on a Saturday night (literally like at 7pm) and they had someone at my house on Sunday at 8:30am and gone by 9:30am. AC fixed and the price was fairly reasonable given they came on a Sunday and repaired ASAP!!

Jessica came out and gave an estimate. She was professional, responsive, and gave me options and explained those options. She promptly provided very thorough answers to questions I had after she left my house. I liked most that she wasn’t “salesy”. The technician Chris called me twice on install day because I couldn’t be there. Both calls were informational and much appreciated.My costs were exactly what the estimate stated. I’ve also spoken with Greg, and Marietta?( not sure about the name there)- regardless, everyone I speak to at Pronto is friendly, professional, and competent. I never expected the process to go this well. Im glad I chose them to install my new furnace and a/c.

We in the past have had trouble with another service company and someone suggested Pronto. I'm glad we called them. They really are 5 star. Jeff came out to do our tune up for our furnace and heater and he was great. He followed all distance protocols like a professional. He explained everything he did and he was on his way. Darren, Noah and Logan of Pronto Heating and Air came out this morning and were super professional. I have somewhat of a rare system in a condo. Numerous other HVAC companies came out last summer and said they couldn’t do the job, didn’t understand the system. So I went the entire summer of ‘22 with nothing but a portable unit in my bedroom! This year ‘23 I called Pronto and not only did they know the intramural of my system, they were available for install the next day and got the job done pronto ~ no pun intended! We had the privilege of working with Logan who came out to fix our A/C. He came within the time-range we were originally told, he was friendly and respectful, he was very thorough yet direct with his explanation of the problem, and he did not try to sell us on things we did not need. My husband even asked him what Logan's thoughts were on us upgrading to a new A/C unit, and he was very honest and told us that it wasn't necessary at this time, that we could probably get another 5-10 years out of our current one and that the repair he was suggesting that day was all that was needed. Their prices were a bit high, but in today's market and with it being in the middle of the summer, we weren't terribly shocked. We highly recommend them for these reasons! As this was our first time using them for anything since we're new to the area, we will definitely be using them again for any of our HVAC needs in the future.

Pronto had a quick turnaround time. Called on Tuesday and had a tech come the next day! Andrew arrived early and looked into a couple possible issues. He was able to walk us thru the issue he found and why it needed to be replaced. Replaced it without any issues and we had our AC running smoothly again.

Came quickly and took a good look at our home and gave a sound, fair bid answering all questions in detail. My brother has used them too and his install is stellar. Quietest furnace you never heard!

Matt Brust went above and beyond. When others told us our A/C zoning system could not be fixed and had to be abandoned, he tracked down and installed a replacement control panel, restoring the system to original function. Very pleased with Pronto and especially Matt.1/20/20. Chris, who usually does our routine maintenance, made an emergency weekend call and was prompt, effective and quickly fixed our problem. He is very pleasant and very trustworthy. Very pleased.3/5/21. Andrew Allen did an efficient and great job troubleshooting and repairing our humidifier system. The only downside was the outrageous price. We were not expecting such a large bill over $2,000.00 for a thermostat replacement.

Pronto is terrific! I’ve gotten 2 zones installed from them and both times their techs were professional and very nice to work with!Scheduling was a breeze and they were very flexible & friendly in coordination with other subs schedule changes and unknowns.The teams were all very neat and put down plastic when there might be a mess on carpet and cleaned upnicely when done. Ducts installed work really well, look great, ran where we need them. They listened to our needs came up options and then delivered, all around a great experience! I had to have them come out a few times in just a couple days as my old and cheap furnace was not wanting to work. They were very nice, honest and helpful. I had to have them come out multiple times because the fix lead to a different issue. They were prompt in coming out to help (which was very nice as the temps were sub zero and we had no heat). Logan was great to work with and so was Brian on his one visit.

Logan was very professional and courteous. He explained some extra steps in his maintenance process that he thought were needed and was fully transparent in his description. Very thorough and efficient in his work.

I called Pronto to get a quote on a central ac and AJ came out the same day. AJ did a great job of explaining my options and he sent his crew out the next morning to install my new ac. The crew was on time and they had they new unit installed in about 4 hours. Our new ac works great and we are satisfied customers.

I had put off having duct work replaced for 18 years — looks so much better and I can’t believe I waited this long! 2021- Got an improved filter system added to my furnace— should have done a long time ago as well. I’ve had Pronto out for all of my heating and air conditioning maintenance and issues. Robby has often times been the technician. He’s always explained the issues to me, and fixes them quickly. The prices are very fair for the work that they do. A good group of people including the person who answers my calls.

Fixed our furnace and even though it part was delayed, everyone kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Brian arrived on time every, worked efficiently, was very kind and respectful. Great experience with Pronto, will recommend.

Logan came out to do a furnace checkup. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, got to work and summarized the work once they were finished. Clean bill of health for now, but with the age of the uniti, I know a replacement is in my near future. What an incredible experience! I called during the first heat wave of the summer, and they were able to come out within 48 hours, which exceeded my expectations because I know there can be big delays during the hottest days of summer.The service window was just 2 hours, and the tech (Jeff) showed up in the earlier part of that window. I received a text and an email with a photo of Jeff so I knew who to expect upon arrival.Jeff was incredibly professional and provided amazing customer service while he was in my home. The issue was fixed very quickly, but he still took the time to listen to my questions and help me understand what more I could do to make the most out of my unit to try to get the air distributed to my upstairs in this old home.Perfect experience, as far as I'm concerned!

I wish I didn't have to leave a star rating because my review pertains to their estimate and not their service. The tech was on time, very knowledgable and friendly. My interaction with him made Pronto a front runner in terms of companies that I wanted to work with. Until I received the estimate. Pronto's bid was $10,400 more than what I ended up paying for almost identical equipment from a smaller yet still reputable installer with good reviews. I could have purchased two boilers and water heaters for that price and still had 3k left over. I understand that bids vary, and that different companies have different labor costs and overhead, but an over 2X markup is just unethical. So my message to anyone reading this is to get multiple bids from reputable larger and smaller companies because prices are all over the place.

Pronto Heating and Air conditioning exceeded our expectationsChris was able to find the solution and discussed it with my husband and I so that we understood. He was very nice and fixed our problem, which was a/c loosing freon. He instructed us to pay attention to a/c’s coolness as possibly we have a leak. For now our house is cooling great!When we made the appointment we’d never used them before and all area services from other company’s couldn’t get to us for weeks! I just made the appointment yesterday, and they arrived here even earlier this morning than expected! Although there was an extra charge of $59 it was worth it!We will use them in the future

Needed a new central air unit. Heard the omnipresent radio commercials, was dubious. Contacted them, they sent a sales rep out within a few days, he was straightforward and honest. Didn’t try to upsell at all, presented facts and numbers, and waiting for us to decide according to our priorities. The install was scheduled a couple weeks later. They installed the unit, which worked great, until a leak was discovered in the refrigeration line. Not their fault, because whoever built my house is a joke. They responded the next day, and Logan came out to investigate. He didn’t have time to do the extensive repairs that day, but he charged the system back up and threw some dye in the line to isolate the leak. The unit worked fine in the meantime. Logan was out a few weeks later, spent the morning performing the repairs, and all is well, at no further cost. Logan was friendly, communicative and clear. A Pro, in the highest sense of the word. Throughout, all of Pronto has been extremely responsive, professional, and comprehensive. 2 hour appointment windows, which is pretty freaking spectacular these days. They text, email, and call before every appointment. If they’re running even a few minutes late, the office calls again. Fantastic company, great experience.

Pronto installed our furnace in 2016. No problems until today Feb 12 2021. -15F in Bloomington of course. Pronto responded immediately to my phone call this morning, were at the house within 2 hours, and fixed the problem (replaced a motor) in 20 minutes. Now (1:30pm) the house is back up to 70. Excellent experience all the way around with Pronto. Highly recommended.

Came home from vacation to my Air-conditioning not working. I was able to get a next day service call set up immediately. Service technician Ben was very nice and quickly identified and fixed the problem. The house was cooling down and I couldn't be happier with Pronto!

Did thorough inspection of A/C unit.
Trouble shot several issues with the equipment not running. Gave us confident diagnosis of the issues at hand and what was needed to get things back up and running.

New furnace and heat pump installed. Was concerned that needed ductwork would block an already narrow path, but Haso did a great job positioning the new equipment and I actually gained usable space.

Logan was punctual and explained things very well. I was grateful he was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our AC quickly!

Brian gave our furnace a tune-up today. We are now ready for the winter with no worries. He communicated well, arrived early and was very thorough. He had a few suggestions for future accessories which would make sense for us. He explained them well, but did not push. I've always been impressed with Pronto and the people they hire.

The Estimator showed up at my house at 3:00 pm Friday. Asked me the size of the house looked at my old furnace. Spent 5-10 mins and left saying he would get me a quote sometime later in the afternoon. Still haven't heard anything. Didn't ask about the AC didn't look at the AC if it needed to be replaced. Very Disappointed with the service I was provided. Sent a Message over the weekend to avoid writing this review but didn't hear from them.

He was actually able to come earlier, which was a pleasant surprise. He was very efficient and eager to answer any questions we might have. He pointed out that the blower wheel for the furnace could use a good cleaning -- which would be good for air quality -- and provided information on what the cost would be. He was clear that it wasn't an emergency and could be handled in the future.

Our air conditioner was malfunctioning, although still working. The technician Jesse came out the next day. He was cordial, very professional and very fastidious. He diagnosed a difficult problem to describe verbally. The motor was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. As it was Saturday the part had to be ordered on Monday. He sent the paperwork on the spot and arranged for installation the next Wednesday. Excellent client support.

Blaine and the team were on time and did a great job. They were outside on this -9° day installing my AC unit in addition to the furnace. That’s serious dedication. The house feels great and I love the whole home humidifier, now I can get rid of the pedestal. Really pleased.

Pronto was awesome and really came through for us. A lightning strike impacted our house, and Pronto send someone out first thing in the morning on Monday to assess the damage and attempt to repair our Mr. Slim AC unit. After spending several hours on it, it became clear that it wasn't able to be fixed even despite some heroic efforts on Jesse's behalf, and we needed to install a new AC system. They got a crew out here two days later to get it all done for us, and we couldn't have been happier with their service. Everything works great, and Kevin and his crew were fantastic.

He found some issues with my 96% Bryant and some parts will be replaced while still under warranty. Great customer skills. Pronto seems to have it all together. Glad I chose them.

Pronto was able to schedule a service call within 2 days. They were timely in their arrival window, explained the tune-up process and replaced a part that was making noise and was the reason for the call to them. They wore shoe covers and went over service options and recommendations - no pressure to purchase anything other than the part we had replaced. We've used them before for HVAC tune ups and purchased our air conditioner from them. They're friendly, professional and fair and I'll definitely use them for my HVAC needs in the future.

Pronto answered the phone and offered diagnosis of our heating / ac issue within a day. After the diagnosis they had an estimate to us within 24 hours. We definitely will use them for our repair.

It was actually heating system repair. A safety shut down my furnace. I needed a repair man to restart it. Unfortunately, we don't know why the safety tripped. I could blame the mystery on the repair man, but it is just as likely a flaw in the furnace that it could trip a safety without an explanation. The price I paid was too high to reset the system without providing me with an explanation or any assurance that it won't happen again, but there again, it seems unfair to blame Craig for that. He got the furnace running and didn't set the price. If it doesn't happen again, that will be that. If it does happen again, I'll complain to Pronto about the system, not about Craig.

Travis was on time and did an excellent job in replacing my ancient water heater. He and his assistant Josh were exactly on time, were polite, friendly and professional. They were efficient in the work they did, explaining what I needed to know and left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. I’ve used Pronto in the past for a new AC and Furnace and the quality and friendly staff is what brought me back this time.

Pronto replaced my 30 year old furnace and AC with new systems. I appreciated the pre-sales process - they were very patient, knowledgeable and responsive as I did very thorough research on what I wanted. I never felt pressured or upsold throughout the process. Install day went flawlessly, the team was professional, efficient, and tidy, with great attention to detail. I cannot speak to ongoing support yet as the install was just yesterday, but so far I am pleased and confident that I will be well supported moving forward.

Heat went off in the middle of the night. Called Pronto at 7 am, they were here by 8:30 and had furnace running promptly. Jeff was professional, a can-do guy, and very knowledgeable. He not only fixed our issue but also gave us several suggestions to make our home more efficient and advised us on how to avoid future issues.

He also figured out how to move our thermostat to a new (better) location. I am so happy with the work they did. He was also friendly, on time, respectful about wearing a mask and keeping our house clean. Pronto is a great company.

We've used Pronto in the past and always had excellent service. So, when our 67 year-old furnace stopped working, we called Pronto as we knew it needed to be replaced. We also knew our air conditioning and water heater needed replacing too, so they were able to provide a quote for all 3 and we're very reasonable. 2 days later we had all new major appliances (they could have come the next day, but it didn't work with our schedule). The whole crew arrived on time at 7am and were done around 2pm They were all very professional. They even put plastic carpet protection down from our front door all the way downstairs to the utility room and wore shoe covers. We highly recommend Pronto. Excellent service, reasonable price, no trying to up-sell us on things we didn't need, and very responsive. A+ in our book. 👌

Jeff the technician very friendly. Had come the week before to do a yearly maintenance that we had scheduled for And to diagnose a problem with heat pump and furnace they weren’t communicating.Made the repair in a timely fashion. And did some final diagnosing/confirming the repair was fixed. A day or two went by and something else popped up the furnace would not kick on however heat pump would work. Came back for a second appointment and discovered with all honesty that he had forgot to switch the furnace back out of a Diagnostic mode to fully functioning . Appreciate his honesty didn’t charge us for the second visit. Great company great technicians. Just an honest mistake that he owned up to. Woke up to a house that wasn't cool after a cool night. I submitted a request for service on the web and had a call within an hour. A couple hours after that my service tech arrived at the beginning of my service window. There was constant updates alerting me to when the tech would arrive and what he looked like. My tech was friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain what his thought process was and why he suspected the various issues my system had. It was a very good experience and I would recommend Pronto.

My technician Jeff arrived at the very front end of the time window that was provided to me, he was very informative, and promptly resolved the issues that were the reason for the service call. If that wasn’t good enough he observed me fighting with my thermostat as the buttons have a tendency to stick and it makes programming a painstaking task, he fixed that too! Also great with dogs.

So professional and helpful with our new furnace installation! He was here on time, told us everything we could expect to happen with the installation and then he and his team knocked it out. Pronto installed a natural gas garage heater in my home. After the installation, the city inspector (Chanhassen) rejected the installation due to improper venting material. So, I worked with Pronto to have them come back out and change the installation.After they 'fixed' it, the city inspector came out a second time, and failed the installation a second time. He circled a page in the heater's manual which clearly shows that venting material requirements (I'm not an expert on this, but Pronto should be) that weren't met. Now I'm sitting here trying to understand what's wrong with the installation and trying to get Pronto out a here a third time. I sure hope they get it right... And I will have to have the inspector out a third time. Hopefully there won't be a fourth time.......It's incredibly frustrating to pay good money to have this installation done by a reputable company, and then lose a bunch more time with additional visits, fixing, and inspecting this installation. This should have been a one-and-done. Every visit from Pronto or the inspector requires me to miss work. Not a great experience and I would recommend you take your garage heater needs elsewhere.Two things about this experience really erk me. First, they installed a Modine Hot Dawg model - a model which they said they install frequently. If they install it frequently, then they should know the requirements of the heater, including what venting material to use in residential installations.Second of all, the person who I have worked with at Pronto (Marissa) is hard to get ahold of and is not responsive. I ended up calling once every few days for a few weeks just to get my second inspection scheduled. I'll have to endure this type of response working through Pronto's third attempt to get this installation right.It's the gift that keeps on giving!

My hvac igniter burned out simple fix, problem no store near me don't carry the part. Amazon $20-59 home depot, menards, .. All $59 unfotinetly it would take couple days to get here. Since I live in Minnesota and it's cold I can't wait couple days . I was charged $290 for the ignater.

We heard about Pronto through friends who had to have a new system installed last year. They were very happy with their experience and recommended the company to us when we had a small issue with our air conditioning. Peter was our service tech, and he was great! He was on time, friendly, and professional. He identified the issue immediately, and resolved it within the hour. He provided good info about our unit, and explained what to expect after the service. (Time to cool, normal condensation, etc.) The price was very reasonable ($149 service call and diagnostics; $150 to resolve the issue), and there was no upselling or pressure to buy extras, or enroll in any service contracts. I point out that last, as I’ve seen reviewers of other local companies complain about those tactics. There was none of that in our experience, just up-front, honest, good work from someone who seems to enjoy his job and knows what he’s doing. Thanks, Peter and Pronto! If your request for a posting was related to my requesting a set of filters, that task was done well and very timely. I believe I received the filters the same day of the request. If you are asking for a comment on the last service call in 2022, then I would have to say I was disappointed. One of our furnaces was making noise, so we called for service per our 24 x 7 service contract. The gentleman who responded told us a part in the furnace had melted and effected another part and that he didn't think he would be able to find a replacement parts but would look and contact us in the AM. In the meantime he made an appointment for us with a salesperson to look at replacing the unit. My wife called someone else for a second opinion and by 10:00am, the next morning the part was installed and the furnace working as desired and, still is. We never did hear back from the Pronto service person the next morning and I called and cancelled the salesperson appointment.Sheesh.....I want to point out I was solicited by Pronto for a comment about work and this will be my last comment. While I have no problem with the response from Pronto....I simply will restate that the Pronto tech told us he would look for the part and contact us the following morning. That did not happen. I also want to state that the furnace in these comments is for the lower level walk-out level of our home which is primarily used for guests and is under minimum usage. And, though 27 years old, it was considered a high efficiency unit and, the tech from the 'other' company was able to get the part and replace it within hours. I think the charge was around $400......compared to a new install...a no brainer. Had that tech told us the unit would need to be replaced, we would have done so and would have entertained bids from both companies and maybe leaned towards Pronto. Of course it will need to be replaced some day but, in the meantime we will continue to have our units regularly maintained until such time replacement is required. Sincerely, Dennis Emerson

Pronto was extremely responsive in spite of the early morning and weekend hours during which I called. Both technicians that came out were on time, very polite, clearly explained what they were doing, and were happy to answer questions. I needed a part in order to make a repair and Robbie took care of everything quickly, restoring my heat in this very chilly house. I inherited this HVAC system when I bought this home and I would absolutely purchase from them after experiencing this high level of customer service.

Mike came in and led me through a proposed new heat pump ac/heating system for our condo. Awaiting his written proposal but I’m confident it will be spot on.

Pronto took advantage of us when our furnace went out and charged us $1500 for a $250 part.Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve and we couldn't find anyone to come out that day other than Pronto. We knew that we would have to pay a higher service fee because of the holiday. That felt unfortunate, but totally reasonable. We didn't expect that they would take advantage of us the way they did.Before the technician came out, we had used the diagnostic chart on the machine to guess that the problem was the inducer motor. When the technician got here, he said that it could be the motor, but it could be something else. The first thing that he tried was looking at the condensation trap. Sure enough, it was clogged. So, he cleaned it out and the heat came back on. Then, he called his boss and asked him if he still should install the inducer motor. Evidently, the boss said yes.An inducer motor for our model of furnace can be purchased online for $200-300 dollars. Pronto charged us $1500 to replace the part--that may not have even needed to be replaced, since the heat started working as soon as the clogged tube was cleaned.We've talked with a few different heating companies since then and everyone we have talked to is aghast that Pronto charged us so much for the part. We feel completely taken advantage of and will never do business with Pronto again. Don't trust these people.

I am very pleased with Pronto service, they really live up to their name. I had a old air handler in my attic which they removed through a small opening into the ceiling and installed a new one with a brand new condenser and line sets all in under two half days as promised on short notice and a good price. Their expertise clearly showed through the confidence and the professional work they did. I would hire them any day, special thanks to Joseph, Noah and Jake.

Great service. Furnace went out on a Saturday morning when the high was 0F...because when else would a furnace break?I called a few places and Pronto was the only one with actual staff that answered the phone and was available 24/7. There was a weekend surcharge, but Pronto was very transparent about that.The service rep was able to come out the same day and recommended the parts that needed replacing and associates cost. He also told me the cost of other components likely to fail next, and also the cost of replacing the furnace altogether.I opted to go with the new furnace, but it wasn’t available until Monday which was fine. The installation took about 6-7 hours, but the crew was very professional and quiet throughout the process. I think they could normally do the job quicker, but my furnace is packed into the corner of a closet. I was pleased with the timing.Recommendation for Pronto: Maybe consider offering customers a temporary space heater they can use if they have opted to purchase a furnace but have to wait a day or two for install. I don’t know if this is feasible, just a thought.

Woke up on a Sunday morning with the house feeling cold. Because it was. It was 55 inside. Furnace wasn't working. I called several places for 24-hour-service and Pronto was the first to reply. They scheduled someone to be out within 3 hours and they arrived well within the window.They were able to resolve my issue quickly and happily allowing the remainder of my Sunday to be warmer :).

Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem to a faulty gas valve. He noted the furnace installers had improperly positioned the valve directly underneath the fresh air intake and oriented it in a manner that probably caused the valve to fail after 8 years of use. Luckily, he had a replacement valve in the truck and was able to get our Bryant furnace working in less than one hour. He tuned the system and applied foil tape to the new valve to help protect it from the fresh air being pulled into the furnace. It was pricey but the service was courteous, efficient, and effective.

I contacted Pronto when our furnace was no longer able to maintain the set temperature. Our service technician, Chris, arrived on-time within the assigned two-hour window. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and has been with Pronto for almost a decade. Even though there was really only bad news, he answered all of my questions and clarified my options for our failing system. I would highly recommend Pronto (especially if you have a Bryant product), but in particular Chris Theisen to service your home!

Great Experience from quoting through the install to the finished product. Very receptive to some small items I requested and were the only company to survey my install fully to get the most out of my purchase. Jim and Eli were professional and efficient and did a great job with the install and cleanup. My furnace was acting up over the weekend. It wouldnt start up the burner and the temperature started to drop. I called a bunch of different repair companies and the earliest they could get was a few days from when I lost heat. Luckily, my boyfriend came over and tinkered with it while I was on the phone.He got it working temporarily, but it continued to have issues.I called the next day and made an appointment with Pronto. The first meeting was great. Tyler was very polite and agreed that a sensor needed replacement. I was told I should get an estimate on the price and I would hear from scheduling soon because this is a more common sensor.I never heard from Pronto and ended up calling 2 days later to check in and see the status. The lady said she'd check with Tyler to see if we would have an update. Never got an update, but she was super sweet.The next day I got a call to schedule an appointment to install the part. I scheduled it for 2pm and asked if he could come a half hour late. The scheduler said it was fine. Tyler ended up coming an hour early though at 1pm. I was in the middle of a big meeting for work and it was frustrating to deal with. Not only that, i had a little sticker shock at the end. Tyler said they got the part directly from the manufacturer which is why the price is so high. After doing a quick search online, those sensors were a lot cheaper than what I paid. Not saying that wasn't true, but if they got the part at the prices I was looking at and the rest of the cost is considered labor, I'm disappointed they'd charge that much for how much labor was truly involved.The furnace has been working since the replacement which is great, but the amount of time it took for Pronto to get back to me with these colder temps, I wouldn't go back to them.Overall, the people at pronto are nice and friendly, but there is a lack of communication between the employees and customers.

Our old water heater installed in 2007 finally got a leak in the tank and we had to replace the unit.We had 3 plumbers come out and tell us that our ventilation was single wall through the main floor and could not be used for the new water heater. All three of them said we couldn't use the hole from the old ventilation to run PVC power vent through which was a common practice. Two of them wanted to tear out part of the ceiling in a nearby room to run the ventilation out the far wall to vent as far as possible from windows. None of them would work on the old ventilation. None of them would do any electrical.Deciding we didn't want yet another hole in the side of our house, we called Pronto to do an estimate on replacing the old ventilation with double wall.The phone on the rep may have been on her first day there, she didn't know they replaced old ventilation. She double checked with a coworker and learned they do. What can I say? Everyone has to start somewhere. She was very polite and helped set up a rep to give an estimate on the vent replacement.Fortunately we had the Pronto rep Jim who took a look at the ventilation and determined it is in fact type b and we didn't need to fully replace the ventilation but did need some repairs.After the estimate the water heater replacement was next morning, much faster than the others estimated a power vent which was about 4 days out. An employee named Blaine came out on time and had ithe HVAC repaired and the water heater installed in roughly 2 hours. Answered all questions in simple terminology and was very professional.In terms of price they were best by roughly $500 on a powervent. They included an added outlet that the plumbers did not.About a week later I'm just waiting for them to set up an inspection to complete the job. Everything has gone so smooth up to this point so hopefully it remains that way.Pronto is now my go-to for plumbing and HVAC. Their knowledge and prices can't seem to be beat.

On one of the hottest days of the year we needed our AC repaired, (naturally). I called Pronto on a Sunday evening and received a call immediately on Monday morning. I received an appointment time and from that point was specifically engaged with email confirmations and a very friendly reminder prior to a call before Ben was to arrive. The entire process was extremely professional. The technician, Ben arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, described the repaire and answered my questions prior to completing the work. I am totally impressed!

Tyler came out promptly when we realized that our A/C unit wasn’t cooling properly on the hottest day of the year so far, a mere two days before our scheduled maintenance. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and performed the maintenance needed as well. He was friendly and professional and seemed very knowledgeable.

We asked for the furnace tune-up and hoped the guarantee to have a warm home would hold up. It did! We installed a bathroom in the basement two years ago and since then, we haven't had proper air in 2 bedrooms. We didn't want to tear down the ceiling of the new bathroom to access the ducts to those rooms unless absolutely necessary. Pronto was our 3rd attempt at getting air to two bedrooms. They went through the upstairs bathroom vent to open the vent to the bedrooms. We finally have air flow! Thank you Pronto Heating and Air!

These guys are great! I bought a furnace and air conditioning system from them 3 years ago. All of a sudden the air conditioner stopped working this spring. When I called they went out of their way to come as soon as possible. Robbie came out and discovered all the coolant had leaked out. He refiled it as a temporary patch and then scheduled a return call 2 weeks later to make the permanent repair. When he got here at that time he found that the issue was more serious than he thought. What was expected to take a couple hours took 5 hours and required a new component to be sent from the warehouse. He took the time to get it fixed/replaced immediately and I am sure this meant that other techs had to be reassigned to cover other customers he had scheduled. There was never any hint at any point that this entire thing would not be fully covered under warranty. I highly recommend them as this was a demonstration of the kind of service that shows a commitment to customers even though it required extra effort.

We promtply discovered our AC system is leaking coolant and he gave me clear and honest details and options about what we need(ed) to do. The Pronto office also worked diligently to check our AC warranty status and ensure our equipmemt was registered so any faulty parts would be covered by the manufacturer. I would definitely recommend Pronto's services and this technician if you are experiencing AC problems.

I highly recommend Pronto for their professional and friendly service. We hired them to install new high efficiency furnace and water heater when we moved into our home in 2015. It was not an easy task in a '1974 4-level split, most other HVAC companies just refused to bid. Pronto also replaced our 20-year old AC unit this summer and responded to a furnace service request the same day I called. Wish cable guys would learn from them :).

We had just purchased a home without central AC. After a couple months of extreme heat in MN, we decided to give Pronto a call. I have used Pronto for years. I thought my AC unit was making some weird noises (sounded like something was being bounced around inside by the fan blades). So got Pronto out pronto (lol). Charles gave it a thorough look and rinsed off debris collected on outside of unit since my tune-up several weeks prior. Found everything in working order. Fired it up and it made the noise. Figured out the noise was water (must have rained prior to my hearing the noise) dripping on fan blades and being splattered. (Color me embarrassed lol). Tyler arrived about 45 minutes early. Asked if that was ok, which of course it was. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the things he was checking. He asked if I had any concerns about the furnace's operations, which I did not. I asked him about the 1 inch vs 4 inch furnace filters. He showed me what I would need to do if I wanted to switch to the 4 inch filters. Not pushy.

Chris at Pronto was amazing - he was so kind and professional. He showed up and got right to the issue - he was thorough in explaining the issue and ensured we were comfortable with the repair and costs before finalizing his work. He also provided us some tips to upkeep with our AC and how we could clean it going forward. Very satisfied !

My furnace wasn't working so I called pronto, they came and said the board had fried, so they went and got a replacement, probably a much more expensive one then I needed. The repair person was nice, no issue with that but it was very expensive, 700 dollars. A month later furnace stop working again, the igniter stick broke. Called Pronto, asking if it was possible something happened during the install that cause that, they said it would cost 150 bucks for them to send someone to see. Not worth it so just replaced the igniter stick myself no big deal. It breaks again, igniter stick. I called Centerpoint to repair it this time, and they confirmed my hunch that pronto installed a control panel that was too high voltage for my igniter, and they told me pronto should have known or checked for that.My advice, if you have CenterPoint just sign up for the Home service plan, my one appointment from pronto was enough to pay for 3 years of the CenterPoint coverage and it only caused me more headache. 700 dollars in repairs and 1 new igniter 80 dollars.

We installed a high end furnace, AC, and hot water heater 6 years ago with Pronto and it was one of the best investments we've ever made to our home. The service from Pronto is top notch. This past week 6 years after our original install we had issues with our furnace starting up and they came out, identified the issue, and fixed it all in about 45 minutes.

I was very pleased with Pronto's customer service. My furnace had stopped working, and a technician was able to come to my home within two hours of my call. After realizing that I needed a new furnace, Pronto provided a few extra space heaters to get us through the night, and then a team was out the next morning to install a new furnace. My AC unit went out over the weekend. I was able to schedule an appointment on Sunday for first thing Monday morning. Logan arrived right in time and quickly diagnosed the issue of a bad capacitor, replaced the defective component with one he had on hand and had my AC blowing cold air again in less than a half an hour. Great service!

Chris took his time and did a great job. He answered all of my questions~and I had a lot~and must have scored well on his technical school exams because he clearly is very knowledgable. I understand the principles of refrigeration and asked a lot of technical questions; he answered them all.He was also very courteous with my tenant (the job was for my rental property) when speaking with her plus he left his shoes at the front door when entering the house. I know my tenant was pleased with that thoughtful gesture. I have worked in the home inspection business and know the importance of generating good rapport with customers.

They charged me 279.99 and 180 for the “inspection”. Part on Amazon was 29.99 and the guy was here for an hour. Quite pricey if you ask me ?? Something to consider

Great deal on whole house humidifier. Andres did a great job. He taught me how to operate the system and change the filter.

Another great experience with Pronto. Henning was on time, very profession and thorough. He came to do an estimate on some repairs. When he found out I had one of my annual check ups scheduled later this week, he volunteered to do it today so I wouldn't have to set aside another time frame. Sent a request online around 9:00 pm for an AC tune up. Received an email back immediately from the local office asking what day/time would work best for me. They were able to schedule an appointment within two days for a non-urgent issue. The technician showed up on time and was very courteous. He was able to answer any questions I had and only performed work that was necessary. My older unit is now working great! I would recommend Pronto to anyone have HVAC issues.

I trusted Pronto to replace the air conditioners at two of my houses but I will have nothing to do with them anymore. A capacitor blew on my 3-year-old AC and the repairman accused me of not doing any maintenance and voiding my warranty despite seeing I had hosed it off that morning. There are a lot of cottonwoods in the area so I hose it off each week. The repairman refused to honor their warranty and saw an opportunity to screw me out of $400 and took it. Pretty shortsighted thing to do to a repeat customer. Never again Pronto! Enjoy your short-sighted grift!

Pronto was great. We have used them for replacement of a furnace and AC, and most recently installation of a mini split for an addition. We added some extra work with a bathroom vent needed for our addition and had to move the location of the heating unit due to other construction issues. Jim and Haso were great and adjusted to meet what we needed. Very responsive during a busy time and great work.

He help to resolve all the issues I had with my system, educated me about what I had, how to maintain the system and general knowledge.He also was kind enough to explain general costs and ideas for upgrading my system to something that would be better and more efficient for my needs. In a true emergency; leaving town in 12 hours, early Sunday morning, our furnace stopped working Saturday night and both Gigi (that’s the name of whom I spoke to at Pronto I think) and Jesse who fixed it were fabulous. What great customer service!!! Pronto installed our furnace and air conditioner at our prior home and were great then and are great now. Nuff said.

Pronto is a great company. Robby was exceptional in diagnosing the problem with my furnace and made his professional recommendation to request a new furnace from the original installers. Robby explained all the issues with my furnace and was looking out for my best interests. Turns out my furnace was in fact not safe and a new furnace was installed today, free of charge. Had it not been for Robby’s honesty and integrity I could have been still using a damaged furnace.
