I called yesterday to ask if they will service snowblowers and they said Harvey would give me a call. Less than 24 hrs later, Harvey has picked up our snowblower, serviced it, and is set to return it shortly! On a Saturday, no less! I’m very happy with their customer service.

Our Technician Andrew was great. He was professional, polite, and friendly. He took time to answer all of our questions and to make sure we understand the entire process as well as the benefits of doing a few additional services. He offered recommendations, some that we agreed to do now and some that we are considering for another time. There was no pressure from Andrew to move forward with things we were not yet ready to do which we really appreciated. At the end of the job, he showed us everything that had been done and made sure everything was in working order.

Even though he was booked up for the day, took the time to offer free advice and provide referrals. Was very cordial and knowledgeable. Thanks Paul for your time, it was much appreciated.

I had Eric and Katrina come in to look at a leak in our garage and they right away narrowed down the reasoning to HVAC problems. They immediately referred us to their HVAC guy Sam who promptly l came and diagnosed the problem as condensation. Very professional and didn’t recommend anything they wouldn’t do themselves.

I didn't actually end up using Gene's as I had another quote in progress but they were so honest and straightforward about my project, the other company I was working with, and offered what they would genuinely do if they were in my shoes (a sewer main dig up and repair). That's way more than I could say for a lot of trade workers.

The technician was not thorough in checking out possible clogs. Tools included a powered snake but no water jet equipment. Once the need to pump out the settlement tank was identified, he did nothing more to assist me until that job was completed.
