I was referred to Justin several years ago and he is still my go to anytime my basement backs up. Excellent service at a great price. I highly recommend.

I did not use them since they didn't answer phone. but they did call back within 20 minutes.

Mike and his team are always on time and get the job done. I appreciate their work a ton when the pipes don’t drain.

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

Professional on the phone when scheduling and our plumber was very knowledgeable and let us pick his brain a little about up coming issues we think we may have with our house. I will be using them in the future for any plumbing or remodeling. So happy to have found a local business who I can support in my community.

Was used because he is authorized tech for state water heaters. He was disinterested in the job from the beginning. Instead of being concerned that I had hot water he slapped a part in. Didn’t reset the unit. And said I don’t know if that will fix it. You might need a thermostat or just a new unit. Then left without insuring that he did his best for a client. Right there was the key phrase. New unit. He refused to honor his work and was more concerned with whining about doing work for state than seeing a client satisfied. If you want someone concerned about money over job. He’s your guy.

Pricing wasn’t clear quoted one amount then quoted another amount once he realized there wasn’t much work to do took advantage of the customers ignorance about plumbing didn’t provide the necessary tax forms needed for our company to pay him wouldn’t use again

He charged me over $200 for replacing something that didn’t even need to be replaced and it didn’t fix the problem, at all.
Huge rip off.

Tim came out and fixed my problem in no time, where the other plumers ( I won't mention) I called before Tim wanted to cut pipes, thank goodness I got a second opinion 😳. I'll be using Tim's plumbing again in the future.

After two weeks and several messages, still hasn't responded with an estimate. If you're too busy, at least have the courtesy to let us know.

I needed to have the valve to my toilet replaced. After receiving several quotes of $150 - 250 I called Milwaukee Handyman. They quoted me $80 to have the work done. Jessie came with the part and completed the job in under 15 minutes. Not to mention it was on a Sunday! Nice job, great people to deal with.
