Good people, doing good work.

Overpriced and not knowledgeable. Guy came out and didn't know what he was doing. Said he had never fixed a faucet like this so I watched some videos before I came. We have a standard Delta kitchen faucet you see in all the stores!!! Caused a leak in our basement because he forgot to shut the main valve off. Charged $250 and didn't fix anything! If you don't know what you are doing, don't come out. We can also look up videos too. Be upfront and tell people. We would have found someone else first. Never will use again!

Tim's Plumbing is the best! Had an old concrete laundry tub that needed to be replaced. Matt, the plumber, was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Tim's Plumbing.

Tim came out and fixed my problem in no time, where the other plumers ( I won't mention) I called before Tim wanted to cut pipes, thank goodness I got a second opinion 😳. I'll be using Tim's plumbing again in the future.

If you're looking for a toilet tank cover start here! All i had to do was bring a cardboard cutout of the top of the tank and Tims plumbing was able to provide me the unique cover Ive been failing to find elsewhere! Kleenex box is very happy now.

Technician was pleasant to work with, but as soon as the job hit a small hiccup he bailed on me quickly. The job he had said he could do, which was a simple job, suddenly he was no longer interested in doing. If I had to bet I'm guessing it was more of not wanting to inconvenience himself, because it was an easy repair. However, once he told me he could do the job, he should have pushed through the inconvenience and honored his word. Again, while he was a very nice guy, Tim's Plumbing straight up bailed on me for a simple repair so I could not recommend them for others to use.

Called Tim's plumbing for a unique plumbing issue that needed attention. Matthew called to let me know he was on his way. He took care of the issue. Good communication and evaluation. He resolved my problem quickly. I appreciate the professionalism. Thanks !!!

Quick affordable professional service

Tim's installed a toilet for my mother. The install was done poorly. Plumbers putty was used in place of the required wax ring. The toilet leaked making a mess of the basement and the bathroom floor. When she called Tim's they said they would get to it when they could. My 89 year old mother was going downstairs to the basement bathroom for days. When I found out about this I picked up the proper materials and installed the toilet properly. Tim's never did show up.

I called because I had used this company before and needed the plumbing fixed in my bathroom vanity. Was given a time frame for my repair of 10am to 1pm. Sat at home until shortly after 1pm and called to check on the status of my technician, only to be argued with by the owner and told they don't come to my area. When I tried to tell him they have before which is why I called again, he just started arguing with me and told me to call someone else. When I explained his employee already promised service today and I was sitting at home waiting all day, he just continued arguing with me. Apparently his employee has done this before but he is simply not going to honor his word. Terrible way to do business, and looking at some of these other reviews, this isn't the first time they've fallen through on a commitment. Definitely do not recommed.

I called Jeff around 10:30 in the morning because we had a sound coming from the toilet that sounded like there was air in the waterline when it was flushed. Jeff told me that he could send Todd over in the afternoon. Todd came over and when he flushed the toilet, he knew immediately what the problem was. The inner workings of the toilet were worn out just from wear and tear. Todd put new inner workings in the toilet and the problem was solved. Thank you all for a job well done!

I highly recommend Tim’s Plumbing! Due to the timing of my clogged drain they were able to come next business day! My kitchen sink has never drained so well. Todd did an awesome job!!

We had a sump pump pile burst on one of the coldest days of the year, flooding our basement. Tim was out within 30 minutes and took care of the issue - he never talked to me like I didn't understand, but took the time to explain in a kind way what was happening. We will use him again and again!

I called Tim’s Plumbing because I needed a new hot water heater. They returned calls quickly and were extremely accommodating with my situation. Todd came out the same day and installed a new hot water heater. Great work and great service. Highly recommend!

Professional job plain and simple. Work was impeccable and well worth the price I paid. The plumber (Tim) put all the PVC Pipes together, checked and rechecked before cementing them together. The outcome was a great end result.
