Wish I could put in a zero star. Never ever trust their word.

Horner plumbing did toilet leak fixes on a house I recently bought. The leaks were to be addressed as part of the seller-buyer contract.
Horner plumbing gave me a document saying they addressed one toilet leak and that the other toilet was ok.

The other toilet apparently has never been ok!! I realized that now when it damaged the floor! On contacting Horner plumbing to fix it under the warranty, they claim that they never touched that toilet and still gave a statement saying it was ok!! I trusted their professional opinion and now that is costing me a lot to fix.

I want to state right here and right now how very much I appreciate Andy from Horner Plumbing!! He came out here in very cold weather to fix a water break at our condo. One thing led to another as additional leaks occurred in the shut off valves, etc., necessitating he wait for the water works people to come out, all on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. He was here for many hours, and he acted very professionally, even though he was out in the cold on a weekend night, when I'm certain he would have preferred to be home with his family. The work he did was top notch, and I'm very grateful for Andy.

Horner Plumbing is a Great Plumbing Company...

I am not familiar with this company but I did encounter one of their drivers on the road today. At about 3:00 p.m. in the Madison- Fitchburg area going westbound on 18-151 there was a male driver being quite aggressive. He cut me off at one point and then was tailgating, changing lanes abruptly in front of people without signaling, and probably going at least 10-15 mph over the limit. A little scary. Not exactly good advertising.

What the heck is wrong with their drivers?

Update: Someone from Horner Plumbing just called me. He alerted me they have found the driver and will be bringing him in to talk to him. He appeared to take it very seriously and I appreciated them addressing it and reaching out.

Driving to work this morning on the interstate at 6:15am and witnessed a Horner Plumbing vehicle speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, and cutting people off, including myself who he almost ran off the road trying to get in to get one car length ahead. It was scary to watch knowing that he could have caused a very bad accident. Personally, I think it shows a lack of professionalism and if I were the owner of this company and entrusted my employees to drive my vehicles that advertise who I am, I would want to ensure they were safe, courteous and followed the rules of the road. I was very unimpressed with this drivers behavior. As if this behavior was not enough, when I exited, he made it a point to get up along side me to wave, flip me off and speed off again. This is not a company I would be willing to support.

Grant was our plumber and he did a phenomenal job. The stem broke in the faucet to turn on the shower. I don't know anything about the cardiovascular system or plumbing and they might as well be the same. Jerry helped us find fixtures that matched. When Grant got here he found the entire shower valve in the wall needed replacing. That didn't surprise me, we've re-piped the whole house accept for that section in the wall. I'd have given the team from Horner 5 stars accept Jerry never let us know when the plumber would be at our home. Luckily for everyone I was home Friday afternoon when Grant got here.

Staff at Horner are extremely helpful both in the arrangement and actual work done. Brian scheduled the work and was extremely efficient. George was on site to do the work. Our plumbing issue was not straight forward and George provided great insight into how to find a fix the issue. Happy to say we are all set and our shower is back in action. These guys are total pros! Horner's staff gave us a lot of confidence!

Horner Plumbing will now be my go to plumber going forward. I was having hot water pressure issues in my bathtub. I had one plumber come and spent $150 to have him say he couldn't resolve the problem. Based on a recommendation, I contacted Horner Plumbing. They felt confident they could resolve the issue. They came out the next day and replaced a part. Problem is resolved! Thank you Horner Plumbing!!
