Had an emergency-ish situation last night. Kitchen sink clogged and my wife and I spent hours trying to unclog it. No luck. Randomly tried Dr. Plumber... He was the first 24/7 service listed.

Steve was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was on time, courteous, and even took a quick look at another problem to help us out.

Recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues, especially if you run into an emergency. 5/5

We've used Dr. Plumber twice. They worked through roots in our sewage line and fixed bad pipes/clog from our shower. We plan on using them to replace all our pipes in the near future. They were professional, said exactly what they were going to do, and the price was good. They cleaned up after they were finished.

Charged me $270 to clean out some drains. Was here less than an hour, no parts needed. This did not solve the problem. Seemed to me he just did something so he could charge me. Won't use again.

I had an unexpected issue and he was here in no time (on a Saturday night!). The problem was resolved within a half hour!

I used Dr. Plumber in the passes but this time I was not happy with the results . I had a leak in my downstairs powder room that they repaired a while ago, they changed the insides out with new products and I have the old style floater ball in three toilets that were changed ! I was happy with that! But then they change the hose to a plastic or rubber white one when I had all chrome or stainless steel tubing as he corrected me! The helper complained about the make of my toilets and made me feel bad, and made little comment about the handle and stuff!
I have an opened concept house and with his work boots he walked through my formal living room instead of the family room we’re I have very light beige carpeting. He never wiped his feet! . He had tools and parts he took off the first floor powered room ! I complained about the white tubing I thought they would replace it with the same shiny chrome or stainless steel he corrected me on again! I complained and the owner came to the house slamming my entrance door because I complained from the garage several times and all my pictures on the walls ended up messed up from that it got worst ! He yelled raising his voice at me he would change the tubing but with his attitude he also walked through my formal living room with his dirty boots on a light beige carpet pounding his feet up the stair case to the other two bathrooms and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about! He yelled that he would change out the tubing but his manner was deteriorating quickly. Anyway I told him to leave because he was saying he would change them out but wouldn’t guarantee them if they leaked ! So now I am afraid that he would have done a lousy job if he did change them out! So I asked him to leave and again slammed my door so hard on the way out! Not what I expected ! Bad attitude. Out of this make sure you pick the right plumber and don’t say anything because this what happens! It cost me $511.00 the inside material in the tank was 14.99 x 3 on Amazon ! Same parts! Not a good situation at all! My husband is sick sitting in the family room just out of the hospital while this man yells at me! No respect at all ! Just terrible!

Have utilized Dr. Plumber on multiple occasions and even on a weekend. He is prompt, professional and does the job right....even down to the clean up. I highly recommend him.

Very quick response to a call regarding a possible leak. We were very happy that he was able fix our bathroom sink that was dripping as well as replace our bath spout that would also drip when we would shower. We will use Dr. Plumber again as well as reccommend to family and friends.

I would give zero star to anyone who string u along for to weeks and not show up not call email text to reschedule. That says a lot about a person so I’m glad he didn’t work on my sink.

Was at my house within an hour of my call. Quickly identified and fixed the problem and explained it to us for future reference. Charged about $200. I was satisfied.

Excellent service

Fixed a leaky faucet in the bathroom, installed a new garbage disposal and a dishwasher. Great work and the result works and looks professional. Will definitely use them again if I ever need plumbing assistance again.

Used a few times, but after recent visit, most likely won't use again. Gentleman who arrived, I think owners son, became upset when my wife took our dog out for a quick walk to help calm her down. He did not indicate that he would only take a few moments, so he became upset when he noticed she wasn't around. She did apologize for misunderstanding and stepping outside for a minute. But he still felt the need to berate her before leaving. She apologized. There was no need to talk down to a client, or anyone for that matter, in such a manner.

I'd rather hire people who respect their clients.

Have used several times. He promptly contacts, tries to arrange appointments quickly, does a thorough work. He is personable, and explains what he’s working. Prices are fair. Dr Plumber A+

HORRIBLE company to work with. Employee, Drew Hessil, charged me $350 for a 15 minute job. When I said I’d pay cash, he lowered the price to $300 which was very confusing. When I called the boss to ask for an itemized receipt. He gave me a hard time, using the excuse that he’d have to charge me more money to write out a receipt because of the time it would take. Also said that, “We give people our price and they either say yes or no. If they say no we have a lot of other business.” I then asked for a breakdown of the prices and the owner could not provide me with direct rates of why a 15 minute job cost me $300. He only said that they charged for material, coming to the home and service fees with no specifics. When I asked if $300 for a 15 minute job sounded right, his response was “how about $280?” The worker pulled up at 0900 and was back in his vehicle by 0920. The employee and owner were rude during the transaction. I do not recommend working with this company.

They were prompt In giving an estimate but don't work well with you if you have a home warranty. We went with a competitor

I had used Dr plumber a few years ago to do the plumbing part of a remodeling job at my home. He did a good job and he was the first person I thought of when I needed some plumbing work done last week. What a mistake that was! I highly recommended Dr plumber to my mitigation contractor who called to make an appointment to have him scope out the drainage pipe in my basement to make sure there was nothing that could cause a blockage, flooding and sewage back up, especially twice within a 7.5mo. period this year. Dr. Plumber agreed to come out between 10-11am on Wednesday, 12.2.20. My contractor called and left him 3 voicemails to make sure he was still coming out. None of those voicemails was ever returned. Dr. Plumber always answers his phone otherwise. I also called him. He told me he would let me know when he would be there and not at the appointed time either. He said this in a very snotty tone of voice because he never had any intention of keeping this appointment. I was embarrassed that I ever mentioned Dr plumbers name to my contractor and have since removed his name from my contact list. My contractor wanted to use him as a contact for other customers who may have plumbing needs in the future but he said not anymore. By the way, a real plumber came out today and did a great job.

Steve was just here yesterday evening and did a quick leak repair and charged less than half of what Oak Creek Plumbing charged me a while back. This is our go to plumber now.

Had an emergency call. Arrived same morning and fixed the issue. Drew was very courteous, friendly and straightforward. Fixed the issue right away and a few more leaks he discovered. Dr. Plumber is my new go to now. Thank you Drew for a job well done!

Dr. Plumber ALWAYS answers the phone promptly and does everything he can to come out and fix a problem. Dr. Plumber deserves 10 stars!

I've used them for years and will continue for years to come, called late on a Friday to set up a time to have a hot water heater replaced on the following week and Drew said I can be there in a hour, a little over 2 hours and hot water restored,, cannot praise Dr Plumber enough.

I had two toilets serviced and a under sink water heater installed. He was polite and friendly. Prices were fair enough and the work preformed correctly. He also doens't mind you watching the work he's doing.

I called Dr Plumber on Saturday morning due to a clogged kitchen drain and Steve was there within a couple hours to fix it. He was professional, friendly, and
reasonable for a weekend. I would definitely use them again.

Called Dr. Plumber to give an estimate for our house. The price was over priced we called two days later to inform him we were going with another plumber. He stated we would have to pay for the permit even though we did not sign a contract or agree to the price. We had to pay the permit fee and a processing fee of $30! We was very rude on the phone and unreasonable. Would not recommend and from the previous reviews should have stayed away!

He charged me over $200 for replacing something that didn’t even need to be replaced and it didn’t fix the problem, at all.
Huge rip off.

Called Steve on a Saturday for a plugged kitchen sink. He said he was already on a call and would get to me next which he did. He got right to work and fixed the issue within an hour and charged around $200. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned up all around. Not sure if the price was out of line but it was fine with me since it was a Saturday morning and the issue was fixed before noon so I would call/use him again if/when I need a plumber.

Please make sure you ask about the costs before they come to your home especially on the weekend as he charges double. He did not fix anything. Instead, he charged my family a large amount for coming to check the issue because it was, “Sunday and I charge double.” He was also very rude to me when I said absolutely nothing. “Do you work on Sunday’s?” This was none of his business. All we did was ask why he was charging so much. So, please do not contact him if you are not okay with disrespect, high costs, and bullsh*t.

They did a wonderful job replacing our water heater the same day it failed.

Called them in to replace my anode rod on the water heater. They burst our pipe in the process and charged us to repair it. Decided to call of the repair before they broke anything else. Definitely won’t be back.

I am a small business owner of a dog washing and grooming facility. We had an unexpected issue with a faucet in a tub that we use to wash dogs. The faucet would not work and we were in critical need of a plumber asap. I called Dr. Plumber based on a Google search, and he was able to come the same day, which I was very grateful for. He did a very good job of, according to his invoice, replacing a faucet cartridge, handle adapter and face plate screws. The job was a little tricky, because of how the faucet was not secured to the wall behind the tub, but he was able to get it done, and it took less than 2 hours, on a weekday afternoon, at the very most.
This all sounds good until you know that he charged me $480.00 for this job!!! It was a ridiculous amount of money for the time he spend and the minimal cost of any parts. I was very annoyed at myself for not getting a price upfront, but I would never have guessed a price of $240 an hour. When I called him about it, he implied that it was a little tricky, and I get that, but not nearly enough to come close to justifying that price. While his work was very good, I would NEVER hire him again, and would STRONGLY SUGGEST that you get any costs up front. I was ripped off. I know it and he knows it.

Extremely reliable. A bit overpriced, but worth it, when he arrives within 35 minutes of calling.

On time, professional. Got the job right the first time

Mr. Plumber came to our house and diagnosed our problem fairly quickly. After waiting the day for the silicone to cure, we tested the shower only to find the problem still exist. When I contacted him I was told the earliest he could return was the following week. After applying more silicone I was told there would be an additional cost for labor. Are you kidding! So either he had no idea where the leak was coming from and just put silicone everywhere to cover his behind the second time or he did a mediocre job the first time. So now we are out of $260 and he spent maybe 2 hours tops between both trips he was here. Maybe I should have skipped college and went to a trade school. Personable guy, overpriced unscrupulous plumber.

They came out really soon to provide temporary fix for my sump pump leaking, but watched out how much they could charge you in 2 minutes!

I came home from work last Tuesday evening to the sounds of a water feature in our basement. We do not have a water feature...

Our hot water heater was spraying water everywhere. Luckily it must have just started, plus it was draining right toward our floor drain.

I found Dr. Plumber here on Yelp, and after reading some great reviews I gave him a call.

I would say Steve showed up at our house within 15-20 minutes of talking to him on the phone. He assessed the situation and began his work. We ended up getting a new hot water heater installed, which Steve was able to complete in no time at all!

He is quick, efficient, and thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Plumber for any plumbing emergencies or general maintenance jobs you may have.

We had a new washer/dryer delivered and the delivery men wouldn't hook it up due to corrosion on the adapters. I was calling around trying to find a plumber to get over in a timely manner. I stumbled upon Dr. Plumber and called. Steve answered the phone and said he could be over in about an hour! (It was a Saturday!) He came and took care of the job and it was a reasonable fee. Couldn't be happier! We've found our new plumber!

Called them this morning. Gave me a quote. Came 2 hours later, replaced the water, cleamed up and we gone. Noticed a valve needed replacing, fixed that too. Could not have asked for better service, and the price was reasonable compared to others.
