They have ads set up for Roto Rooter..even acknowledged they are but not and didn't get the job done but over priced.

Thurow has been my go to plumber for the past 4-5 years. We have a 90 year-old house with occasional issues that are above my skill set and they installed a couple toilets after a bathroom remodel. They're friendly, available when you need them, very courteous in the house, and reasonably priced.

Highly recommend. They were timely and very responsive. They put in new shut off valves for us months ago and we haven't had any issues. We will be using them again.

I have had this plumber come to our house three times now (blame that on the old fixtures and little kids who like to destroy things). Each time he has been kind, efficient, and very reasonable. He goes above and beyond to fix the problem and clean up after the work is done. The one and only time we called him in an emergency and he wasn’t available, he got us quickly in touch with someone who could help immediately. I highly recommend this business.

Thurow Plumbing was fantastic on so many levels! I used Angie’s list and they were highly rated. Brad contacted me within a few hours and his brother Mark was out at the house the next day. Other plumbers I contacted had several week waits which I couldn’t do as the problem was urgent! Mark was on time, very professional and hardworking. His fees were spelled out from the very first phone call, which I very much appreciated and were reasonable for the services provided. The clog we had was extremely difficult because the pipes were very old and in a difficult to access space. But we worked together and he was able to clear a severely clogged pipe. What a relief! I inquired about other services they provide and have decided that Thurow Plumbing is my plumbing service from now on. Thanks so much!

Update: October, 2021. Mark and Brad are great! They took care of another plumbing issue I had and showed up early, were prepared to handle whatever came up, and accomplished the job quickly for a fair price. Thanks again, guys. You are my go to plumbers!

I've had Thurow come out a couple of times to fix issues with my plumbing. They have always been easy to schedule with and show up when they say they'll be there. Always respectful of my property. The most important part though is that I'm confident that the repairs made are done correctly. They'll be my first call whenever I find myself in need of a plumber.

Mark from Thurow was amazing. I had a leak coming from my shower and due to the plumbing in my house I had to turn the water off to my whole house. Mark changed his schedule around to place valves on the shower supply lines so at least I could get water to the rest of my house. He then returned a few days later to complete the repair. Highly recommend Thurow plumbing for any plumbing concerns.

I called Thurow because I needed to get my refrigerator connected to a water line so that the ice and water mechanism would work. I got a call back promptly and they were able to come over the next morning. They showed up right on time and did the work with diligence and professionalism. They even answered every question that I had throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of plumbing services.

Had Mark from Thurow Plumbing come to help reinstall everything due to us swapping out our countertop.

He was friendly and most importantly he was efficient! He had everything hooked back up within and hour and a half.

Mark also spent the extra time to make sure everything was working as planned and checking for leaks.

On top of that, Brian (the owner) was responsive and got us scheduled quickly. If you've worked with certain service people you know that sometimes you can't even get a call back.

Very appreciative of the experience overall and plan on calling them for any new needs as well as recommending them to neighbors.

Mark handled several of our plumbing needs. We had him replace a toilet, fix a kitchen faucet, and fix a drip in our shower. In addition he replaced an outdoor spigot and shut off valve. Everything was done professionally and we are very happy with the work. This is the second time we have used Thurow Plumbing and in both experiences, they have been great. It sucks to have to call a plumber, but when you need one, I highly recommend Thurow.

Nice family owned company. The guys are friendly and reasonable priced. They do a good job and clean up after themselves.

I called several plumbers to fix two toilets that needed a new seal and to fix some random broken parts (that I was unaware of at the time) and Thurow was was the first to get back to me. They were able to come the next day and get the job done in two hours before the holidays! Customer service was great and they were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Quick, friendly service. Fair prices. Made some piping repairs for free that were not included in the original estimate, which speaks to the thoroughness, honesty, and professionalism.

Brad was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Come of installation day they were on time and did a great job. I would recommend them to resolve any plumbing issues.

They worked on a toilet. And in two weeks we were having the same issue…. The came back and used a bigger drill bit and charged us again! Which I don’t understand why they didn’t use the bigger drill in the first place…. Had them install a reverse osmosis and it leaked and flooded my kitchen within 24 hrs. To have them come back and fix it and still get charged for service again! And then asked repeatedly for a whole week for a lien waiver with responses of “oh I’ll send that right away” and it’s been 7 days with no lien waiver still! And now they are refusing to pick up our calls and or respond back to texts!
